Omg my headlight went out and I stopped in at CLOSING time expecting for someone to tell me they couldn t help me install my light but JR helped me with no attitude and a smile!!!! Thank you thank you thank you JR for helping me!!!! I will definitely be calling corporate to let them know that they have an awesome employee!!! I wish I could give you a 1000 stars!!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AUTOZONE LOCATION. THERE'S AN EMPLOYEE THERE BY THE NAME JR THAT HELP ME FIND THE RIGHT ALTERNATOR TO GET MY TRUCK UP AND RUNNING AGAIN

Ran in there when I was in a hurry just to get my headlight replaced and a young woman named Jordan was so helpful. She replaced both of my headlights and I was back on my way in 10 minutes. I will continue to go to the store. In an age where Customer Service is not always given, This store demonstrated a lot today.

My car's engine was vibrating and JR helped me to scan, diagnose and ultimately replaced the faulty ignition coil. Everything was done quick and efficiently. Thanks JR

Mr. Eric, the manager, and the rest of the staff, is so awesome. I came in with battery trouble and without a hassle or long wait, I was taken care of and treated with the upmost respect. Kudos to old fashion service. 5 star

I had a great experience getting a new battery! Jenny and JR were very helpful. They took the time to look for the battery that I needed that wasn t in the right spot in the store. My battery was a bit corroded making it difficult to change, but JR was able to do it!

Went in to get my battery checked and they treated me as if my service was less important than other customers. Seemed no one wanted to provide service to me which only took, the lady I had to force to do her job, a minute. She was quickly back in the store since she also didn't want to replace my battery that needed replacing.

Joe went above and beyond to clean my battery terminals and replace a bolt that was causing my terminals to disconnect. His determination and kindness alone made me want to only shop at this location. This will be my go to auto part store from on now. Thanks Super Joe!

Jordan was absolutely amazing! We came in thinking it was one problem, and she solved it, knowing that it was not the situation! I highly recommend this place because she took the time to help us out!

I love this Autozone and there is an Autozoner you should go to, Jr. He put a new air filter in my Saturn Vue and my gas mileage is so much better! Thank you Jr!

Awesome! Went to advanced auto and they wouldn t even look at my tail light. Came to this store and told him I think it s out and he came right outside and checked it and replaced it in less than 5 mins

Mr. Dillion was very very much on top of his job this morning. I had an issue with my starter and needed one asap. He made it his job to not only locate it he had it ready upon my arrival. He seemed very engaged while assisting me asking very helpful probing questions with concerns. I would definitely vote for him to get a raise if some kind. I am going to recommend my friends and family to visit that store in the future.

Mike, Dean, and Parker deserve the biggest raises. Ball joint collapsed, so I was making runs into the store while my boyfriend worked on the car and they went above and beyond to help us get this figured out! Mike even came outside to physically help is get this thing off so we could change it. These men deserve so many good things in life. Mostly way more money than they're earning.

The store manager Jordyn and her staff went above and beyond to help me find the right windshield wipers for my vehicle. In the pouring rain they kept working to fix my problem when I had already been turned down by another company because it was raining. They were very kind with amazing customer service skills that you don t seem to find these days! Thank you

Dylan in maudlin, SC store went above and beyond. He called another store and secured the part for me. We already went to several stores and were at a loss. He was helpful and personable. One of the best experiences at any autozone!!

This store is, without a doubt, the most helpful parts store I've been to in years. Not only did they have the exact part I needed (for a 2006 car), they even helped with the install--which I totally did not expect. Callie split her time helping me and helping another customer with a radiator hose--and succeeded in getting us both back on the road. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated the help and the can-do attitude. It's service worth going out of your way for, for sure.

Dylan J at the Mauldin location was on his way out the door when we came in. He stayed to assist us with finding a part. If we would have tried on our own we would have ended up with the wrong part and a lot of frustration. He truly went above and beyond. Thanks Dylan

Went there today due to my aunts battery dyeing. The Mgr Callie glady replaced it since it was still under warranty. She is the new Store Mgr and has excellent customer service skills!!! By the way she looks very young which really impressed me. The clerk, Robert G. put the battery in and he was nice, friendly, and helpful and went out his way to help my elderly aunt with a few other things. It's wonderful to see young people with excellent customer service skills. The store was nice, and clean. I would definitely do business with them again.

Bought a battery from Autozone in Mauldin. Staff unable to install. Had to call another AutoZone to change out battery. Laurens Road staff very helpful give them 5 stars.

THE MOST OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We purchased a battery a little over a year ago and it started acting funny. Micheal Valentine and the Store Manager William took care of the issue for us with swift, friendly and professional service! Micheal got us in a new battery and not only did it not cost us anything because it was still under warranty he got us in a better battery for less money and refunded the difference. He did all this leg work on his own to take care of us. In addition to really knowing his stuff, he was also highly personable and attentive throughout the exchange. As Micheal was installing our new battery, William (the Store Manager) came out to let us know that our warranty started over with the exchange and to make sure we were happy with our experience. All I can really say is that these two gentlemen have earned a lifetime AutoZone customer in not only me, but my entire family. Amazing experience!!! At the auto parts store no less!!! Thank you both for taking the stress out of the situation!!!
