Ameisha and the sales team I met with were great. Got the used car I wanted at the price I needed. Found a few issues after purchase and they were resolved next day.Confirm there are two keys if you are buying a used car. I didn't realize until after the fact. The same dealership service department quoted me $405.00. Every used Dodge on a Dodge/Ford lot should come with two keys.

Sales lady(Ameisha) was really easy to work with. She provided me with all the information I asked for in a just a few minutes. The truck I wanted was in Stock. We made a deal and I purchased it the next morning. When I arrived at the dealership it was cleaned and full of gas waiting on me. We went inside done some paperwork and was on our way. The financial manager was pleasant to. Thanks very much.

Went to Santee Ford, looking to find a service facility for my F150.My old dealership changed hands and I did not like the new one.At Santee Ford, I met Samantha the service mngr. she set me up for appt. The personnel are great, facility very well run and efficient. When I arrived for my service, I was promptly taken care of.Samantha also checked my recalls and ford pass records and set me up to get everything taken care of. I would highly recommend this service dept.My fishin buddy will schedule his next service with Santee Ford after my telling him of my experience.Met Teddy who helped me with the coffee machine. a finegentleman. A good Place.

The Santee Ford team was excellent to work with. They understood the circumstances of relocating internationally and worked hard to overcome obstacles in obtaining financing. Selection of vehicles was diverse; the sale representative was patient and understanding to what type of vehicle I was looking for. Highly recommend visiting Santee Ford and allowing them an opportunity to assist with your next vehicle purchase.

I was inquiring about a vehicle online and wanted to know if the price listed is the actual price as the car sticker price. They said for us to come down. It is an 2 1/2 hr drive. My husband wants a ford Maverick but I don't want my time wasted. If it is the price listed they would have a sale. But I don't like the games these dealers play. Either it's the price or not. I was expecting a call back from the manager for the price.

Very frustrated with my experience with Santee Ford. I inquired online about a vehicle. A salesman called me and told me the vehicle was not available. Even though I had just seen it online. I asked them if they had any of that model in stock and they said they had one but would not really give me any details. I told them that I would come out to take a look and opportunity to.I received a call the next morning from an unknown number. Did not answer it. The same number called me again about a minute later so I answered because I thought it must be an emergency.It was Santee Ford again. They told me that they had some type of program going on and they wanted to know if I could come in that day or the next day to sit down with the manager. I said that I just wanted to know if they had one in stock and what the price was.Told me they did have one in stock, he gave me the package and the color for the vehicle. I asked him what the price was. He then told me that I would have to come in and "sit down" with the manager because of some type of program that they had. I told him I was no longer interested because they would not give me a price over the phone.Why do dealers waste people's time like this? I am pre-approved for a loan, I just need to know the price and when they're available for me to come and purchase the vehicle. I don't want to be part of any program and I don't need to sit down with a manager to find out the price.This is actually putting a bad taste in my mouth for Ford. This is the third time I have inquired about a Ford Maverick only to find out that the vehicle was never for sale because it was ordered for another customer. Why is it being advertised on a website as available, even has the VIN number for the vehicle, and it's not available for purchase?

I requested to receive information via email- I had two questions that I asked pertaining to a truck I was looking at... I was woken up around 8 on Saturday morning by a call from someone who I am certain wasn't calling from this dealership and probably not even from this country. They were aggressively trying to get me to book an appointment to go in. I wasn't interested in scheduling because I wasn't sure what time I was going to be in Santee and I live over an hour away, and after expressing this a few times and trying to ask a couple basic questions I was rudely hung up on. I never received any of the info on the vehicle, and the call center worker didn't know anything about it. I also got an email from a "Client Experience Manager" which was just a template message and it also had none of the info about anything I asked for on my request- it also only wanted to make an appointment. I'm not sure if this is a Ford thing or just the way this specific dealership is run but if the employees on the lot don't have time to give me a call, I will not be giving them my business and I have decided to move on and will be looking to purchase a different truck from another dealership or company.

I m being generous, even giving a one star review. Because my family and I went to get a vehicle up there and were turned down. When we went to do the financing, we told the management myself and my cosigner. That they were only allowed to do one credit check. They ran my credit 25 times and my mother-in-law s credit 25 times in a row. So I m going to be taking legal actions due to negligence. And they can go ahead and try to take this post down off of their reviews. But I m screenshotting this.

I felt obligated to write this review after my experience with Brantley Herndon and her team of outstanding professionals at Santee Ford. Brantley and the Santee team took my online application, identified vehicles in my price range, locked in financing and a down-payment range all while I was on my way to look at what they had on the lot. They made it effortless on my end and within 4hours of filling out the online application I was driving off the lot with my new TRUCK! Thanks goes to the entire team for just getting it done. I will never go anywhere else as this was the most seemless and haggle free car buying experience I have ever been involved in. Thanks for all you do! Do yourself a favor and save yourself some time and money. Santee Ford is a one stop shop. 6 stars if I could.

Samantha in the service department is very customer oriented and pleasant to deal with. She gave a very detailed explanation of what was wrong with my vehicle, however, they couldn't repair it under my warranty because Ford doesn't honor Endurance warranty. Still, I appreciated how I was treated.

A huge thank you to Gary for being an excellent salesman. My car broke down while out of town, and Santee Ford gave me an excellent price for my trade-in. I purchased a new car at a great price, and I love my new Ford Edge! The process was effortless!

I have been purchasing vehicles for myself and my family for 30 years. This was by far, the smoothest transaction that I have ever had. Mr. Ken Sexton was amazing and he listened to what I had to say. He found just the right vehicle to suit my needs. Not once did I have to negotiate. That's how good he is. The finance team had me ready to go in just a few minutes and the gentleman that valued my trade-in made me an offer that I could not refuse in no time at all. I have been a repeat GM buyer for 30 years, but great customer service like what I received at Santee Ford is enough to make me go back and buy another Ford.

We cannot say enough about our experience with Santee Ford. My husband, myself, our 2 teenage grandsons and our 2 dogs were on our way to Key West for a wonderful vacation. We were in our motor home towing our Ford Fiesta. We were on interstate 95 when we noticed smoke coming from our Fiesta. We didn t know what we were going to do, we learned that there was a Ford dealership not far from where we were (Santee Ford).We called, spoke with Samantha, who was so kind & helpful. We had our Fiesta towed to Santee Ford and continued with our vacation. Samantha telling us not to worry about anything, enjoy our vacation, they will look at it and reach out to us then we can decide what to do.We did have a wonderful vacation but unfortunately the damage done to our vehicle was extensive.We wanted to get our vehicle home (to donate or sell for parts) but couldn t until we returned from our vacation, which was 2 weeks. Again, Samantha said not to worry at all, just enjoy your vacation.When my husband did finally get down to Santee Ford to get our car, Samantha & those working in the service department could not have been any more helpful. My husband said it was crazy hot and it wasn t easy getting the car in the trailer but the employees didn t stop until the job was done.We live in Maryland but years ago we lived in Georgia, this experience with Santee Ford, makes me miss the south even more.If we lived close, I would for sure deal with Santee Ford for all of our vehicle needs.Thank you Samantha and everyone at the service department.Norm & Robyn Anderson

My husband and I recently purchased a new used 2019 Jeep from Santee Ford Manning SC. Our Salesman was Virgil K. , Very nice young man! Very helpful! Our whole experience was great, no complaints. We will definitely go back when we are in need of another vehicle.

These people will literally leave you stranded, if you're not a local beware. They would not even call a cab for me to get to a rental car location, and my vehicle was finally repaired a week and a half after I was told it would be done. Never once did they update me on its status, even the day they originally told me it would be done, they did not call me to let me know it wasn't ready, so I ended up out several hundred additional dollars in unnecessary travel costs just to find out it wasn't even half way done. 2.5 weeks is what this place took for a 10 hour job.

I'm not happy with my buying experience. Please read your contracts they will raise the price and not tell you. You agree to one price and once u look at the contract a totally different price and not inform you. I would never purchase from them again or refer anyone to them . Very dissatisfied with this dealership. BUYER BEWARE.

My husband and I bought a vehicle on a Saturday. The vehicle had not been checked over as they got it in that Friday. I feel they should not of offered this for sale before doing a inspection. I had no tail light the door handle was missing. I addressed these problems before leaving and had to bring it back when service was open. The days between we realized the cd player didn't work the antenna was missing, the oil had not been changed to keep up with service. I just feel it was poor service all the way around. I will not return for service after I get vehicle out the shop.

This place is Amazing and Extremely helpful! They will go out of their way to help you. We broke down coming from Florida to New york And they made sure they could get us in that day while battling other customer appointments to get us back on the road. It was My Dad, Me, and my Niece & Nephew. They allowed us to use their customer room and supplied snacks and drinks for us. We can't thank you guys enough for what you did for us!!! Service department!!!!

I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee almost 2 months ago and the customer service was awesome. I got the Jeep on a Friday and that same night the engine light came on. I went back there Saturday to show them and they told me to come back Monday which I did but the light was off by the time I went back so they didn t do anything. About 3 weeks later the engine light came back on and I took the truck back so they can see it and they told me I had to come out my pocket to pay for the issue and apparently it was the same issue from before so I though it was not right and they basically didn t care and I was still less then 30 days of having the truck and they did not care. They told me that I only have warranty for engine and transmission and the issue was something dealing with the engine and they still wouldn t fix it so I m over them. And on top of that I was getting the run around about my tag so yea never again the experience was awful and I do not recommend

Am currently on a road trip and experienced an engine light in my 2019 F350 dually. I contacted Santee Ford and they accommodated me same day. They not only cleared my warning light but also completed a computer update that was overdue. No charge under warranty. Staff was friendly and they had me back on the road in less than an hour. Outstanding!!! Thanks to the service staff at Santee Ford.

I ve brought about two cars from this location the first time was perfect! Minimal issues and always great service. This time around this location has been declining. I ve been calling them for three hours just to figure out if I purchased a warranty to on my vehicle & I ve been calling for hours! I know sales is different from other departments but save yourself the hassle of being left out to dry once you make your purchase!
