Safelite's organization worked great for me... On the other hand not so much for my son. We desperately needed to speak to an agent and was unable. They called the morning of the appointment after scheduling 3 days prior. It was my son's 18th birthday and I wanted to get his car detailed in and out! I was disappointed so, from that experience, Safelite lost two stars from me

The service I received from Phillip, the glass technician, was world-class. He was kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. Treated my old Tahoe like a Porsche! Maybe you could have him cloned!

Staff was short but the manager got us in and out quickly and correctly. I definitely recommend them for all your glass needs.

My windshield mysteriously cracked after the cold snowfall a few weeks back. The guy came out to my job and was really nice. He even gave me some repair tips for my car (his wife has the same one). I was very pleased. He deserves a raise.

The technician was late getting to my house then he broke the windshield that he was supposed to be installing. The next appointment he was able to make to replace that "new windshield" was 5 days later and now I'm driving with a windshield that's worst than the initial one that he replaced! I'm completely dissatisfied and they have the nerve to say it's covered by warranty when the product wasn't even installed properly it's not a warranty issue

I had a 8am appointment. I was on time but the glass didn't arrive from the warehouse..they gave me a refund but I missed a day of work for this appointment. I'm very upset..this is so wrong to waste my and all they said was "I'm sorry man"..this is unacceptable

I was seen immediately upon arrival. My car was started to be worked on within approximately 5 minutes of my arrival. The technician was professional and friendly.

Horrible. Came out to fix my windshield(2-28-2017)and said they couldn't because of rust. It was leaking so of course there would be rust. Cut half of top seal off and left it unsealed. Worst experience ever!!!
