Amy at the front desk greeted us kindly at 4am, she was 5 stars. She had us in our room quickly which was great until 9am. We were woke up by house keeping on both sides and the sign that said pardon the dust due to construction... should have read we will be waking you up at 9 am with a cement and tile saw. Management should give late check in one side of the building and obviously start construction on the opposite side or instruct those who are checking in late that they will only be able to sleep until 9am because they are under loud construction. We certainly would have picked some place else to sleep. We were lucky if we got 5 hours of sleep. We were driving from Pa to Florida after the death of two parents and had business to handle and desperately needed sleep. Then to too it off we didn't get far on 95 South and our tire went flat due to a chunk of tile...What a nightmare. They offered no money back and no real apology upon checkout so I don't even know if it's worth pursuing them to pay for a tire punctured due to the neglect of keeping parking clear of debris. This place is under heavy construction so stay away. Also this is not a smoke free hotel that is a lie. Unfortunately we were directed to our room on the opposite of construction so we never saw how bad it was.Noteworthy details: Checked in at 4 am, was woke up at 9am due to heavy construction on the opposite side of building that we didn't even see until morning when we drove around to check out After check out we didn't get far and we had a flat from a chunk of tile from that Quality Inn. Nightmare...stay away

Checked in late. The front desk clerk was so helpful and kind. Breakfast had a large variety to choose from. Rooms were spotless. The parking lot had excellent lighting. Welcoming atmosphere. Pet friendly. Large, clean, maintained area to walk our dog. Highly recommend Quality Inn in Manning S.C.Sincerely Bonnie LacenereSafety: Well lit parking lots. Door locks very secure..

This place is badly in need of renovation, which apparently they are working on now. Our room was obviously not one that had been done yet. It smelled, the fronts were falling off the dresser. It was supposedly a handicap room, although we had not requested that. The toilet was very low with a rail mounted in the floor to help you get up but it was still difficult. The tub and the bed were high so it would have been hard for a handicap person to use them. As a plus the room appeared to be clean.

TV didn't work correctly. Second night and motel later. Furniture and placement is terrible. Security latch on door broken. No ice bucket. Desk clerk was polite and very friendly. The place is being faced lifted but I believe it's only putting lipstick on the pig. It would be outstanding place if cared for. Pricing was great, it stops there.Rooms: Seedy

Right off 95, so ok for one night while traveling, if under 80.00. The hotel is more like a roadside motel, all doors open to outside, and all noises can be heard.Bit of nastiness came up in the. sink , while washing up, see pic.Lots of people are coming and going,up until 1 a.m., so sleep was difficult. If you can find nicer, I would.

We were driving home from FL and it was around 11pm they gave us Key to room 123 and as soon as we went in we saw roaches on the carpet next to the bed. Nope, we went back and the night girl said oh I'm.so sorry this is my first night alone. She was very apologetic and kind but I would not stay at this place an drove thru the night.

Rooms were very outdated. Smelled upon walking in. AC was on heat, not air. Took a long time to cool room. No lights in room except 2 dim nightstand lights. There was light by sink. Bathroom light very dim with no exhaust. Low toilets. Vinyl baseboard split and should not be along tub. No 'lift n turn' in tub to take a bath. Rubber mat in tub instead of nonslip decals. Fridge not cleaned. Green sticky in freezer. Bottom tray full of water. Furniture from the 70s. Found a dead bug on carpet. Carpet smelly.Front desk personnel were very pleasant. Maintenance man also very pleasant and helped with our tv.Used Choice Hotels. This is our last time.

This hotel has recently been taken over by New Owners just 3 weeks ago. However they are already in the process doing a major renovation. It's a good choice to stay now but I perceive that I'll be a great choice after the next 8 mos to a year.Did I mention their very respectable pleasant staff Safety: It's a semi-secluded property which offers easy security of the hotel.Walkability: Not a far walk to a few of the restaurants and convenient store Gas Sta.

I'd recommend stearing well clear of this place unless you have no other options... There are other choices in this town, but if full then the Quality Inn 10 mins away on i95 south in Seena, is much better. The rooms stink of mold and rot, which is very much visible in the bathroom. The aircon sounds like a trash compactor, the beds are springy and uncomfortable and there are mosquitos everywhere........ There were also two dudes, literally doing crack outside our room for most of the night...Really not enjoyable at all....The receptionist was friendly, but the person who I assume to be the owner was intrusive and rude. The pool was closed and full of gross brown muddy water, which I think sums up the picture of this place.Overall I felt uncomfortable staying here for 1 night and I wouldnt dream of doing so again.

Don t waste your time. The pics don t do it justice. It WAY worse. I usually don t leave reviews at all. But this place was worth an honorable mention to try to help someone before making the same mistake I did. Lol. Booked 2 rooms and Stayed 3 nights and never had a change of towels or beds made. Outdated, old mattresses, problems with keys and not clean. This is a last resort.

The front desk person , Bridget, was friendly and helpful the room was clean and well appointed . Grateful there was a table and two chairs so when we ordered in we did not have to sit in the bed to eat dinner. It is pet friendly and plenty of place to walk the dog. it is right off route 95 for east on off access. The bed was comfortable. The furniture old style but I m not purchasing the furniture. Reasonable price and the standard free breakfast

Hotel is very old and not well maintained. We killed 3 roaches in the room. The staff said the entire hotel was sprayed the day before. Sheets were clean. Room appeared to be clean but it was hard to tell for certain simply because it is older and not well cared for. Beds were comfortable, price was 81.00 with tax. Not horrible, but definitely not high quality. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean bed. Great shower head, clean towels. Terrible TV service. Very old crusty and rusted fixtures. We needed rest from our long business travels and the front desk booked us in the back of the hotel next to construction workers that were drinking all night long and talking way too loud to even be able to sleep. The front desk would never pick up our phone calls. It was a very unrestful stay at this hotel. This Hotel should be $19.99 a night...this is not a Quality Inn status hotel. I hope they improve their conditions and be considerate of your guests who need a restful night's sleep.

This was a HUGE disappointment for a Quality Inn. We asked for a handicapped room, we got a room with the toilet so close to the floor, it looked like it was made for kindergarteners. The bed was disgusting, if you stood beside it, the mattress looked like a u, it was so collapsed in the center and you could feel every spring. Certainly not made for someone with a handicap. Besides that, it looked like they totally missed the floor when vacuuming. I can see them keeping office doors locked at night, but they don t unlock the side doors in the morning which makes access to the breakfast area difficult. Plus, handicapped rooms should not be so far from accessing the breakfast area. Really needs updating. Not what I expect from a Quality Inn.

People, i stayed in this hotel on november 19th, 2022 . for the price , its very good hotel. before write a review, I look at others, seems that lots of reviews not same as i had experienced with this hotel. I had No roaches, no cold water. Y es, furniture is outdated, but not broken, Mattress was good, no back pain or something. I staying in many hotels, this is good for your money, can not wait for latest accommodations like other Hotels where your cost per night over will be $150. Good Hotel for your buck.

In town for the holiday and time with family. This hotel was an late option and we found out why they still had rooms available on one the biggest holidays. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Just dirty and very old/outdated. They lack customer service because the staff is not qualified to work in the industry. I know they are independently owned but Choice Hotels needs to take back this hotel back. Just terrible, poor management and ownership. This place needs to be closed down and revamped, totally overhaul. They could not pay me to stay there. Checked out early before we were able to enjoy the holiday festivities. Two thumbs down.

I walked up the stairs walking right into a spider web! Yuck! It seemed decent when I first walked inside. There was a bug on the sink when I walked in but it was an outside bug so I figured, no biggie it must ve flew in when I walked in right? RIGHT? WRONG.(Keep reading it gets worse)I inspected the bathroom first as I always do and I took a shower because it was late. I did notice that there was a significant gap in between the door and it kept making noise? I put a chair behind the door because it s practically open and as a solo female traveler your worse nightmare is someone breaking into your hotel room during the night. Just as I was about to lay down I noticed 3 more of the same bugs on the ceilings and the curtain. I called the hotel staff which was very INCONSIDERATE and NEGLIGENT. No hospitality whatsoever. Was rude and hung up on me. She basically told me her manager was sleeping so there was nothing she could do. Huh? There is no one at your location at 1AM at a 24 hour establishment??? Didn t offer any help. I asked her at least could she spray the room for me, NOPE.Their customers are WORTHLESS to them. Just dollar signs apparently. As I m typing this literally another bug crawled in! I can t even sleep tonight and they won t give me a refund! They allowed someone in a truck to take up a total of 4 parking spaces on the side of the building, and it s already a small area to try and park in!Lastly, The remote in the room wasn t even programmed to the television.

This hotel was at best sugar coated to appear clean. The room was out of date and remodeling occurred maybe in the last 5 years. Service was excellent. It is situated with a truck stop that had rig parking out back. Decided against trying the breakfast bar as there are restaurants very nearby. We were happy just to be able to sleep. I would not recommend this place. Please update it!

It's basically standard. More modest and humble than most... the pool is in operable. No luxuries. Cereal will be your breakfast... that's it. Ice machines are out of order. Snacks in the machine are old. I seen NO BUGS! BIG PLUS. Hot water is available. You will be next to a chic-fil-a in the very near future if it's not built when you're reading this. The waffles house is within quick walking distance now and the night shift is spectacular right now. The hotel has got the very BASIC necessities you need and it's near gas and food. Nothing special here but IT IS CLEAN AND BUG FREE.P.S. though "animal friendly" THEY DO NOT ALLOW CATS.

Quite rundown for a quality inn. Old junk just sitting all over the place. Old furniture in disrepair. Bed was comfortable and no bugs. But a bit of a moldy smell in the room. And the front desk girl was ASLEEP in a chair in the lobby when we checked in. Wasn't very happy to be woken up either. All attitude. And the pool was absolutely disgusting! Would not stay again.

Staff was courteous and helpful. That's about all I can say about this hotel. It is right off the exit ramp to I95. Trucks, trucks, and more trucks. Says there is truck parking, but anything pulling a trailer had to park along the road. NOT ON THE PROPERTY. This was the noisiest place I have ever stayed. It says there is a pool, but if you call a concrete hole in the ground filled with mucky water a pool!!! I think I will scratch this place off my list!

The Bedspreads were very wrinkled, the TV didn't work, no A/C and when I had to wipe up the floor, because I spilled my Tea, the towels I used were filthy! If we weren't exhausted, we would have left. We only slept 5 hours. When they sent me a Survey & I filled it out. They replied with, we will try to to better for our next guest. They should have given us a refund or at least a partial refund.
