I had gotten there early this morning to get my car tinted. Only to find out he had some car trouble. The guys took my information for the owner. I left, then came back. While waiting at my sister home, until 2:45 no answer; no phone call. Parked my car, from 11am to 3pm, to find out my car wasn't getting tinted. Remind anyone, I called this man about 10:30. Talked to him, he was rude during the conversation and; hung up the phone before I; could've asked a question. So, my sister took me back, and I spoke to the guy and got my keys and left. Bad customer service. He needs a better way of communicating with his customers.

Always great service. He did our tint on both vehicles and we take them to get detailed. Our vehicles look amazing once he is done!!!

Eric is a man of his word. He's friendly, great customer service and always on time. No one around can do the quality of tinting he does. I highly recommend Eric at Precision tint!!!
