Taylor s Auto is the best. My sister and I both bought a car from them. She had an issue with a tire this morning and she called Johnny and he sent someone to help and made sure it was safe for her to be back on the road. The guy he sent was great. Excellent customer service.

I did business with Johnny and he hooked me up with this beautiful '13 Explorer Limited! Mr. Owens has been awesome with getting me taken care of with a couple of things for the SUV. Completely hassle free car buying experience. No extra fees, or runaround. Very friendly, not at all pushy. I was honestly dreading dealing with a car dealer, but everything was great. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a used car.

We went to 6 different places looking for specific vehicles (some dealers were better than others) and Taylor was hands down the best experience. Johnny was straightforward from the start. He didn t zero in on our monthly payment to distract from the overall price and gave us the out the door price without having to ask.When we brought up concerns about financing he laid out the 3 options he had and didn t waste our time with the ones we probably wouldn t get approved with. The next time we are in the market for a used car Taylor Auto Sales will definitely be our first call. We can t thank Johnny enough for being the perfect no pressure salesman especially after an incredibly frustrating multi-day car-shopping experience.

Johnny Owens and Taylor Auto Sales were great! Car buying process was the way it should be everywhere. He wasn't pushy or manipulative and genuinely cared about treating everyone right. Also as an added bonus they even filled up the tank before we drove the car off the lot!

I purchased a 2016 Jeep Renegade from here and paid straight out. I had a gut feeling afterwards that I had chosen the wrong vehicle. Taylor s wouldn t let me back out from the purchase to choose a different vehicle. Sure enough, JUST after the 30 day warranty expires, a MAJOR issue showed up. The vehicle turned off on me while I was driving and flashed the ETC light. If I had been in heavier traffic, my son and I could ve been badly injured or worse. I called & spoke to Junior and his answer was nothing we can do . They got their money, so that s all they care about.

Was looking for a nice used vehicle for my 18 year old son. Found a nice used honda, fair priced. Johnny helped us and was very honest and fair with the sale. Referred us to a local credit union (Founders) who got us financed within 2 hours. Taylors auto sends their vehicles to a local mechanic to get checked and serviced before they sell them. I know a lot of dealers won t do this and just sell as is with no inspections. Very impressed with their operation and honesty. Will buy again from Taylor Auto Sales.

If you need a used car, don't go anywhere else but Taylor Auto Sales in Lyman. Their customer service from the beginning to the end was outstanding. We took it to a mechanic before we bought it and there was a list of things that needed to be fixed (about $1400 worth) and Taylor fixed every single problem at no charge to us. They even drove the car to our house in Greenville and filled up the gas tank! These folks are all about keeping the customer happy. Make sure you ask for Johnny. He was awesome through the whole process.

Truly the best place to shop for a used vehicle. They made me feel comfortable without being pushy. I knew the vehicle I wanted and Junior allowed me time to find a loan without making me feel like he d sell the car before I had my loan. He gave me a fair price(do your homework people) and put new tires on my vehicle. Overall a very positive experience and I plan to use Taylor s Auto again if I m looking for a used car. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Purchased a used PT Cruiser that I had been hunting for 4+ years. Called and spoke with Johnny, he sent me photos of all issues with car and was very thorough on any details about the car. They don t normally do over the phone deals but we were 5+ hours away. We paid for the car and had it shipped to us. The car couldn t have been better if I d had seen it in person. Very smooth easy process and very honest folks to deal with. Thanks again!

I cant say enough good thing about Johnny and Junior at Taylor Auto Sales. My family has bought 2 cars from these guys and they are the most honest and straight forward men you would ever want to deal with! They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is well taken care of. They say they take care of you like they would want someone to take care of their wives! Anyone looking to buy a used car should come to this dealership!

First time buying a car here, I was able to find a car that suited me just right. The Owner was Johnny Owens who was helped with my buying process as well as the minor engine repair my car needed. I got a 2006 Kia Optima that was blue and was the best one they had. If anyone is reading this review. JUST GO it s the best car dealership in Spartanburg. I can t say enough good things about them. Best Experience ever!!! My mother and I loved him and we will recommend his car dealership to anyone looking for a car. Thank you Johnny Owens we appreciate your help and support during my situation as well. This Dealership is honest and kind to their customers. 100/100 stars please buy from them. Family Run Business that goes above and beyond for the customer it s serves. My Kia Optima was one of the best purchases I ve ever made hands down

My wife and I drove down from Gastonia and bought a '09 Toyota Camry from Johnny. It was a wonderful experience. I absolutely hate the car buying process. But Johnny was no-hassle, no-haggle, no-games, and straight up honest. He said what he could do, we did the same, and agreed on the price. In and out in about an hour. One of the best car experiences we've ever had. I would highly recommend them.

The dealer has some good cars for sale but their customer service is sorely lacking. I really cannot believe they have managed to be in business so long as poorly as they treat the customers. Bought a car from them and I honestly believed that I was getting a good car, but it turns out that I was not. Upon having it looked at, it was having several mechanical problems and they refused to fix it or do anything and told me that they also do not take back cars. So I was really up the creek and they had me in the hole for over $3,000. STAY FAR AWAY from this dealer and hope that no one in your family has an experience like mine.

We bought a minivan from Taylor Auto Sales last fall. It was a great experience. The staff were very helpful but not at all pushy. They even allowed me to take it to my mechanic for an inspection before I purchased it.

I purchased a 2001 Ford Ranger from this dealership. I have had nothing but one repair after another and have spent just as much on repairs as I actually paid for the truck. Will never make the mistake of dealing with Taylors again.

I drove over 2 hours for an advertised price that was much lower than any locally. I bought an 06 Pathfinder via their new whole sale program and couldn't be more pleased. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and consider buying here again.

I've been knowing Junior Taylor all my Life Johnny and Mike most of my life they stand behind their word. They have nice clean vehicles, if you looking for a used vehicle, this is the place to go in Lyman SC they'll do you right check them out.
