My husband woke up to a flat truck tire and so I posted in our Greer Residents Facebook page for a mobile tire repair shop. I couldn t have wanted a better experience than we had! JB and his service dog Silo came to our rescue on the same day, delivered an excellent customer service experience in a short period of time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a similar need. He can do oils changes & mechanic problems at your home!!

Had a great communication and service experience with JB Auto Repair LLC recently. Josh was nice and patient with our circumstances. Very knowledgable. Has pretty long time warranty. Gave us a reasonable price plus helped us to save some more $ too. Rear brakes and spark plugs with coils were replaced on our Jeep Wrangler. Highly Recommend! Thanks Josh! There are just some people in life that you need and you need those people to be trustworthy, reliable and Great at what they do.Doctors, Dentists, MECHANICS.Josh s communication from the start allowed me to know I was dealing with someone who CARES. He arrived on time and took his time inspecting my pickup. He found the issue, called in the part, they had it in stock, he went to get it , came back and installed. Checked the codes at least 3 more times to be sure he remedied the issue.He then looked over the rest of the vehicle from brakes to rods and gave me a list of what should be done now and what can be done later and he s emailing me the estimates.His pricing is reasonable. I really thought with him being mobile it would be super expensive but thought I would give it a try anyway. Not super expensive. Very affordable and you know the work is being done properly. He will take his time to show you pricing and show you the part the vehicle needs, why it needs it etc. The auto parts you purchase with him also come with a Warranty!We hit the Jackpot and now I m sharing him with the rest of you. Hire Josh. You will not go to another mechanic again. And his trusty friend, Silo is an added bonus (his Dog :)*Update* Josh changed my brakes on the pickupFeb 2024.

The fact that a pro comes to you is what makes his business unique, awesome. Josh was knowledgeable and friendly. I usually do my own work but felt like I a needed a second opinion, and was glad I did. I'll be using him again and recommend to anyone who needs a trusted mechanic that makes house calls*.

I have used JB 3 times to fix different issues with my car. He is so professional, does great work with fair pricing. He even let me do a payment plan this last time bc my brakes really needed fixing immediately. He will come to you and that is so convenient. He has twice fixed my car in my employer's parking lot. I will keep using him!! Highly recommend.

Great experience today using Josh's service for an oil change and brake check. Communication was excellent leading up to the scheduled appointment today. When he found I needed new front breaks, he showed me why and gave me clear information on pricing before he began the job. He was efficient, professional, friendly, and the price was definitely fair. I work from home and will be using JB Auto Repair from now on. Highly recommended!!

Josh is awesome. The convenience offered by being a mobile mechanic cannot be overstated. He walked me through the entire process. Showed me what needed to be fixed and why. Honestly cannot recommend JB Auto any higher. I have definitely found my new mechanic

Josh was great! I posted in greer residents and found him. I highly recommend him!! He got my Honda fixed. Very knowledgeable and very nice. He definitely knows his stuff! I will definitely use him from now on to work on any of my cars! I like that he comes to you. Thanks Josh!!

Definitely my go-to guy now. Came out to diagnose and walked me through what to do b/c I want to DIY. When my skills failed, he came back out and got my baby running smooth as buttah. Reasonable price and great guy to talk to while getting the job done.

Relatively new to the area and have been looking for a reliable serviceman. I had my brakes replaced on my vehicle and was a 10/10 experience all around! From generating a quote, scheduling an appointment, to the repair there was great communication. He even showed up in the rain! Will be using for all future needs.

Had a great experience with Josh today working on a BMW. He was knowledgeable, quick, he saved me a ton of money compared to other local mechanic shops, and he let me supply my own parts. He even taught me what he was doing and let me watch him work which was a major plus to me as I m trying to learn. Can t say enough good things about Josh.

Hands down Josh is the freaking BEST!!!!! I just get so excited when I pay for anything and it is well worth it. You do not find too many honest people that actually does the job, explain things to you and not take advantage. He shows he cares about his work and the people he service. If you want the job done right and reasonable prices, call Josh!!!!!

Super professional and incredibly kind. My truck had a fuel leak so I hired JB to come do an inspection and diagnose the issue. Not only did he do that but he went ahead and patched the leak for no additional cost. Cannot recommend him enough!

I had an excellent experience utilizing this service! Josh arrived promptly at the previously scheduled time. He was incredibly personable and his work was efficient and effective. He went out of his way to help me avoid a charge for purchasing supplemental parts. This kept the price exactly at the previous quote. I plan on making this my go-to service for vehicle issues in the future and would highly recommend others do the same!EditJust wanted to add on to my previous review as I've called on JB Auto's services several times since my initial experience. First, Josh s wife did some great social media marketing to draw me to JB Auto Repair . Secondly, I was very impressed with Josh, his customer service and his dedication to finding the issues and working to fix them. I had him out to work on THREE of our cars. He did a great job and was very in touch and informative the entire way.He even found an issue on one that I didn t know we had and it was a critical one on the car my daughter drives.He did have to come back out after a repeat issue presented itself on one of the cars but he made sure it was taken care of since it was part of the original work and did it very promptly.I m very confident in suggesting and recommending Josh for auto mechanic work!Plus his prices will beat your typical shops as well.

I could have gone anywhere to get my car serviced, but when I was in search of a good auto mechanic who is fair & knowledgeable, JB Auto Repair kept coming up!! I now know why....Josh is not only knowledgeable, but he is very reasonable and efficient. I love that he came to my apartment complex and did the work needed right then and there. I called Joshua on a Saturday morning to see if he could come out to check my car. He explained that he was booked for the day (which I expected) but he said he would swing by later in the day. 4hrs later he was here. Diagnosed the problem, and 20 mins later, I was all set. Good luck finding that kind of service from an auto repair shop. I'd recommend him to anyone

Had a pretty insane wiring issue with my Pontiac. I called Josh and had him write up an estimate that was more than reasonable. His expertise and overall professionalism amazed me greatly ! He fixed my wiring issue and got my car running back up ! I can t thank him enough. I wanted to share with you the tremendous service I recently received from Josh. I was visiting relatives in Greenville SC when my alternator went out on a Friday night. I didn't know where I would get my car serviced over the weekend and I needed to return to North Carolina on Sunday. I asked Josh about his mechanical training and was impressed with the depth of his intensive training and experience . He definitely knows his stuff! Josh came to my location and had the new alternator installed in no time. It was a very smooth process and he did a great job. I appreciated getting a quote before the job started and I was charged exactly as quoted. I will be relocating to the Greenville area in the near future and there is doubt who I will be calling for service!

J.B 's mobile auto service is a service that will be in our speed dial for our auto service. He's very friendly and he knows his craft along with his trusty support dog Silo are the team you need to take care of your automotive needs. JB has extensive training from multiple schools, he's knowledgeable friendly and will explain to you what he's is doing . He keeps in contact with you about appointments. Josh is awesome! I had power steering trouble with my Dodge Grand Caravan. He came right to my house with his shop on wheels and took care of it. It was not an easy job as there was lots of rust he had to work through but he did it with a great attitude and in good time. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Josh made sure to let me know he is available any time I have questions or need my vehicles serviced. Highly recommend!
