I went to get my oil changed at Walmart ( my first mistake) they told me something was wrong with my car and that they couldn t do the oil change! I came to fast lube in Lyman and they treated me amazingly! 10/10 recommend them! I will never go anywhere else to get my oil changed. Over 30 years of experience and truly the best! Me and my car will definitely be coming back! And I don t have to sit in the cold! Definitely a win for me!

We had an emergency pit stop due to our van telling us we had no oil life left, so quickly pulled up this 5 star Fast Lube, in a town we ve never heard of in all of our I-85 travels. And this is why I will always love living in the Carolinas - folks take care of each other. Justin, the tech, told us that the oil percentage wasn t based on its life but the engine time driven between changes - checked the oil which was totally full - topped off the fluids and tires with air - and sent us on our way with no bill. Needless to say I hope they enjoy our tip because his team deserves more!Thank you all!! I would come here if i lived near by!!

I came in on Saturday 12/16/23 to get my Cadillac XT5 oil changed. This was my second time coming to this establishment. The employees always seem nice , however they have this young man kinda slim and average height. Who gives STELLAR customer service he should have is own company because I would follow him and bring my SUV but all the staff are friendly he just stands out.

The first time I needed an oil change after moving to this area, I called a bunch of local places to find out their pricing. This place blew everyone else out of the water. Not only that but they are super nice guys, always go above and beyond and are the elusive combination of thorough and efficient. I ve now taken my car there at least six times and the service is always the same amazing quality. I can t recommend them enough.**Helpful tip: You get a discount for paying cash. It s not a huge amount but, over time, definitely enough to make it worthwhile

Fast and economical. Extremely professional and informative. I always use them as my first choice. Explained to me a problem I had with another oil change company. Showed me where they cracked my oil pan when they over torques the bolt.

Looks like they lost the screws and used zip tie? All the screws fell out bc it was zipped tied and probably shook off all the other screws. My mud guard was just hanging like this. I usually get my oil change here bc they're pretty quick, but doesn't look like I'll come back. They could have said something if they found it with no screws, but I'm sure they lost it somehow and used zipped-tie.

Best place to go for an oil change, never have any issues when I go there and all the people are friendly. They also don't try and push me to getting things I don't need and recommend stuff that's right for my vehicle, even if it's cheaper. They also notified me when my car needed a sensor replaced which was helpful as I was heading off to college. Overall an amazing place to go.Service: Oil change

No frills, no BS, no appointment needed. Just drive on in and they tell you which bay to pull up to. Brian the manager is a super knowledgeable mechanic. We have been coming here for oil changes off and on for 20 years and should never have gone anyplace else. It's an independent, down to earth, quality establishment that isn't going to tell you X, Y and Z is wrong with your vehicle when there's nothing wrong with it. They look it over and tell you what all they did to it. Saved us a ton of cash by diagnosing an issue that Meineke was going to charge us an arm and a leg for. Honest and fast. Thanks y'all!

Great service, have been going for years. Best place to go on Lyman. Very fast, and very nice staff. They fill up everything, check all tires, and make sure you are good to go.

I went here to get a tune up but they changed the spark plugs and nothing else.the filters were dirty the fluids weren't checked they charged me 165 for labor and 55 for spark plugs than in total I paid 229 for spark plugs. I feel like I got ripped off this morning. Prices aren't posted and it was not clear what I was getting. Instead of paying 25 bucks for an oil change I paid 45 for the "full service." Which consisted of checking tire pressure and putting some wiper fluid in. The receipt said it included an interior vacuum also which didn't happen. This was my first time here. And I'd be happy to come back again and again for 25 bucks. They were fast. But I feel like they got me and I'm not going to go back .
