I had a great experience working with Mike Coral at Lugoff Toyota. He was personable and listened to my needs/wants when test driving Toyota Tacomas. It just so happened they had the truck of my dreams and they worked with me to get an affordable monthly payment. I love my new truck and I look forward to working with them in the future.

This is such a wonderful experience! Mike coral is the best salesperson ever! He has always treated me like family! Matt Baker is fantastic as well. Mike Coral and the whole Lugoff Toyota staff is great! I love them so much for always taking care of me!

Mike Coral is the man! I came in really late with my wife to to check out a truck and I realized quick I just had to have it. Mike Coral stayed way past closing time to make it happen. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely buy and recommend anyone else to stop by and check out their selection! Great people

I'm very happy with Honda Odyssey I purchased. It was a good value for the price. All the staff were professional & cordial. Arthur, in particularly, took the time to familiarize me with the van & answer all the many questions I had.5 stars!

Overall amazing experience! Mike the salesperson was very helpful in helping me navigate everything about the car and more than helpful with all the questions I had. The process was very smooth from start to finish. Everyone from the finance to the service department were very friendly! I am very happy with my purchase!

Came in yesterday looking for a new car since I totaled mine on Valentine s Day and left with a brand new Camry! Mike Coral was the best! The managers were amazing! Definitely recommend this dealership!

After searching around for a RAV4 Adventure, we found the best car and price here. We weren t convinced the great reviews were legit but we were pleasantly surprised. We showed up for a test drive and Arthur took great care of us. He was helpful, personable, and didn t pressure us to make a decision. After we decided to buy, Hannah took over and explained everything thoroughly including the service options. I mention this because we stopped by less than 1 week later to sign more paperwork and had a screw in our tire. She talked to the service team, waved us around, and we were taken care of immediately. Seriously, this place is great and we will definitely buy from here again!

This was hands down the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. It is so refreshing to have an up front, honest and thorough sales representative to make the car buying experience enjoyable. We greatly appreciated Cody for keeping us updated throughout the entire delivery process and introducing us to all the new Grand Highlander hybrid technology that I never would have figured out on my own. Finalizing the financial paperwork was also a breeze thanks to Alicia. No anxiey, dread or the normal feelings I associate with car buying. I can t say enough how about how lovely this dealership is to work with. Big thanks to Cody, Alicia and everyone at Lugoff Toyota.

Arthur Browne was a great dude! Helped us quickly and professionally. Got me into a new for me truck. Pleasure to work with, even suggested us a place for lunch! Will say that sales manager, Ralph tried to get us to pay for an enhancement package on the vehicle however they hadn t done any of the items listed such as new pinstripes and detailing. It was already listed on the price sheet however obviously it hadn t been done due to pinstripes faded and old and trash in cup holder in backseat. They took off the package during negotiating however, if I wasn t paying attention or as aggressive I doubt they wouldn t have taken it off. Besides that, Hannah, the finance manager was nice as well as Arthur, our salesman. Overall, a positive experience.

I finally bought the vehicle I've wanted for a long time! Thanks to MIKE CORAL for making my recent visit an enjoyable and comfortable one. He paid attention to details, correctly anticipated my needs, listened and worked through my concerns, patiently answered all my questions, and was with me all through the process. It was more like spending time and having a pleasant conversation with a good friend rather than dealing with a salesman. I highly recommend Mike.

Scott, Trenton, & Ralph did an excellent job from start to finish. From my 2024 TRD PRO being in transit to negotiating to arrival, the process was very smooth.They were all very kind. Excellent service. Highly recommend Lugoff Toyota.

I had been searching for a 2024 Tacoma at numerous dealerships in the area. All of them either marked up the prices $5,000 to $10,000 and called them DEALER ADJUSTMENTS . Some even said I could not order a new Tacoma so I could get the truck that I wanted with the options that I wanted.I contacted Lugoff Toyota and spoke with Cody, a salesman at Lugoff Toyota. From start to finish, Cody and the staff help me find the vehicle I wanted without those so called DEALER ADJUSTMENTS that the other dealership had installed on these vehicles. Cody kept me updated weekly on the status of the vehicle, when it was completed, shipped to port and arrived at Jacksonville, Fl and ultimately its arrival at Lugoff, Toyota.When purchase was complete, there was a minor issue with the vehicle that came from the factory. Once again, Cody my sales person, got with the service department and came and picked up my truck using a flatbed, offered me a loaner vehicle and again kept me up to date on the vehicle fix as so did the service department staff.This was one of the best vehicle purchases I have ever gone through. I highly recommend Lugoff Toyota and the salesman I had who was Cody!

I had a pleasant time discussing vehicles with Arthur Browne. He is a breath of fresh air to speak with compared to the average salesman . He s very knowledgeable about all things Toyota and if there s something he doesn t know he isn t afraid to admit it. He will find you the information. He definitely deserves a raise.

The service department is excellent! They were very informative and very helpful!! It has been a long time since I have felt such a small town helpfulness in a bigger corporate setting. They kept me informed every step of the way. They didn't try to pressure me into getting a bunch of unnecessary work done on my car either. They did tell me about the things that did need work though! The waiting area is very comfortable and I was able to get some work done while I waited. The service was very fast and they worked like a well oiled machine back there! I would recommend this dealership for anything that you need done to your vehicle, even if it's not a Toyota!

Tommy Hancock has gone above and beyond to provide the best service and recommendations. He helped me out of a jam when I was on the road. Gave me great pointers on a new Toyota, which I bought at their dealership. I drive all the way from Matthews, NC for service at Lugoff Toyota. They are lucky to have an employee like Tommy. Trust and competence ...priceless.

Excellent Service on my 2018 Toyota Tundra! I dropped off my tundra to get the 75,000 miles full service and Tommy was amazing. He made me feel cared for and valued as a customer. He explained the services and gave me an estimate on how much it would cost. The service was done in a timely matter and I m glad that I was able to get it done. Thank you Tommy for your help!

I had an awesome experience. I knew what I wanted and they helped me get it, from the online assistance, sales associate to the finance officer, it was awesome. I live in Columbia. It was worth the trip to Lugoff !!Since purchasing I returned to have wheel locks placed on my tires. That was also a pleasant experience. I look forward to many years of excellent service at Lugoff Toyota !Thanks again !

I came to Lugoff Toyota looking for a specific vehicle that I was looking for a few weeks and finally was able to find it here. Arthur Browne and the sales managers (all of them) help me out to get the vehicle with the payment I want it. Don t get fool for the the young face of Arthur, I promise you he will do WHATEVER it takes to get you a great deal and help you to get out of there with your car. I got there at 12pm and left at 2:45pm with my car and paperwork signed. Definitely they worked this deal out!!! I can t be more pleased with my purchase.

I was leary of dealing with a dealership, because I've been burned in the past, several times. However, I had a great experience with Josh and Jesse James... yes I said Jesse James!� Josh was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough as we discussed my Tundra.� I walked in and started to explain the problem I was having.� He knew right away what the problem was. They quoted me a price and time frame that didn t change at the end. The work was done right and timely. When I went to pick up my vehicle, Josh took me to speak with Jesse James in regards to my extended warranty that was out of network. They explained to me exactly what was covered, and what work they had done, along with the itemized costs. I truly appreciated that there were no hidden costs. They absolutely do NOT try to push other services that you do not need. These guys are amazing!
