Nolan and the rest of the team at Lugoff were awesome! I drove over 2 hours to look at a pre-owned Subaru Outback and ended up driving the car home! They met all of the terms I requested and I was in and out within 2 hours. Thank you Nolan and team, it was an excellent car buying experience.

Everything about this visit was exceptionally pleasant. Both the receptionist, who took my initial call, and the service manager, who greeted me and heard my concerns, went above the normal standards of customer service. The facility was beautifully constructed and so clean. They had multiple seating areas and a children s room. I took a seat at a window that allows you to watch your vehicle being worked on. I even enjoyed the friendly conversation with other customers in the waiting area. Overall, I would rate this place 10/10 and recommend it to anyone looking for quality car services.

Great experience. Nolan Beecher our sales guy and Mike the sales manager went above what was required to make the deal work. Only had one concern and they took care of it without hesitation. Definitely will be a repeat customer in the future. One of the few dealerships not trying to use the "market adjustment" scam also. Thanks again.

Everyone was super helpful and respectful. We took our time with the sale stretching into the next day and everyone was patient and kind! Shane is definitely someone I would recommend to others. I love my Rogue!

We had not planned to even look at the Nissan Pathfinder. Luckily we chose kfc for lunch which led me to walk over and look. We immediately fell in love with that car. Noah helped us and he was extremely knowledgeable about the car. He was able to tell us all of the features it has. The whole experience was great. A few doors down they ll try and sell $3000.00 pin stripe and car washes. Ridiculous tactic that I noticed immediately. We ve had a Nissan titan since 2007 and it has never let us down. Hopefully the pathfinder will be just as good. We absolutely love this vehicle so far.

Ms. Sywgert was the sweetest person ever with excellent customer service and compassion. Everyone was so nice and went above and beyond to make sure we were getting excellent service. I had my baby with me and the staff was so nice to him while we waited. To make things even better the restroom was beyond clean and had a changing table that was also exceptionally clean. It really made me feel comfortable changing my baby while waiting on my car s oil change. I will only go to Lugoff Nissan

Nolan Beecher was our Sales Associate! He was amazing! I reached out to do a test drive for a used Toyota Highlander. He had it gassed and ready to drive when we got there! He researched the cars features and was very prepared for our questions. He was not pushy or insistent on us buying the car. He took his time with us and made the purchasing process seamless and simple. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Nolan for making our car buying process unforgettable!

Outstanding and very surprised. My car buying experience was low key, no pressure and simple straight dialog. No games, no back and forth. In fact I had decided to buy another vehicle down the road. My salesman Terance (please ask for him, he was great) called me, offered to meet my trade in. With careful and prayerful consideration, I decided on the Pathfinder, (Rock Creek) everyone, I mean everyone was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this dealership.

These people were beyond amazing. It was my first time ever there last Saturday and let me tell you. I've been looking for a car this past year. The timing was never right and you know how every car dealership is. They are like vultures watching your every move. Me and my parents went to multiple places in Lugoff and we didnt find anything my mom liked. We pulled into the Nissan parking lot, Matt was out there already and he had such a huge smile on his face. My parents got out to look at cars while Matt was talking to them. They find one my mom likes so we test drive it. Matt was super knowledgeable on the vehicle my mom was test driving. He was very soft spoken and friendly. Long story short my mom test drove another car and immediately thought that car fit me, so like any reasonable person totally not set on buying a car that day I test drove it. And I LOVED IT. Any questions I asked Matt knew the answer and when he didn't, he did not hesitate to admit he wasn't sure and would go find out for us. All in all they got two cars from us that day and my buying experience as a first time buyer was absolutely amazing. These people are not like any other dealership. They listen and take care of you. 1000/10 would recommend anyone to go to them first. They are the real deal. Me and Boo Berry will definitely be back.

Amazing customer service, clean and relaxing environment while we waited. How ever, the vehicle I bought was damaged and I had to verbally fight to get it fixed (they fixed the issue but not the damage) because they tried to tell me I damaged it when I had not seen the giant Crack. But it's in the picture before I left the parking lot. Second, the tires had tiny pin holes in them wich I had to again fight to get them to replace the tires at no cost. And now I get my payment and ita higher than I agreed. I traded in a vehicle at a similar cost my payment is higher than someone who bought the same car woth nothing down (same credit score) overall I am done using luggoff nissan. The people seemed really nice but buying a new car should not be this stressful. So I now have a payment higher than what I can afford. Thanks lugoff nissan

I worked with Nolan and he was awesome! I originally came to buy a Nissan. But ended up seeing a traded in 21 Elantra that I loved. I spoke with him about the terms I needed, and he made it happen! Transparent people with a lot of knowledge on what they re selling.

Ronnie was very helpful and upfront about everything. We found the car online, and it was a recent trade in. It needed some minor repairs, and none were big enough to make it unsafe, they did have the list broken down so that if I wanted them to fix any before picking up the vehicle I could.Credit was moderate/good and they got me taken care of with a finance company at a decent rate.Overall very happy with the service and the vehicle. I will update if needed over time, but so far happy.

I was wanting to buy a used truck off their lot. I was wanting to trade, and they offered me $3,000 less than CarMax offered. So even though they say on their website that they do what other dealers won't do. They are crooks like the majority are. If they would've matched Carmax's offer, I would be driving their truck now. So they let a mere $3,000 come in-between a deal.

Horrible experience. The sale person Ronnie told me whatever just to get me to fill out Financial application and Drive 30min. Just to get there and find out that the 2 promises he made was not true and now a hard inquiry is on my credit report! I do not suggest this dealer nor trust their words public trust lost!

Easiest and friendliest buying experience ever. I bought a new to me Rav4. Set up a test drive for next day. Crystal was my sales rep. She was great! I told her exactly how I wanted to handle everything, down to the financing and it was no problem. Very refreshing to walk in already financed and not receive any pushback to go through their financing. No sneaky, bloated or bs fees. Whole experience was seamless with lots of laughs. GM Bobby is super nice and took the time to talk to me and ask my opinion on things. Highly recommend!

Lugoff Nissan Saves Lives! Driving through from out of state and Chris Hough from Services agreed to take a look at an increasing rattle under the car. Turns out a wheel was loose! He and another Chris fixed the issue had a replacement part for us in stock and got us back on the road in 2 hours! Thanks to the team - great facility too.

Had a great experience purchasing my Infiniti; Crystal was very pleasant to work with and didn t try to pressure me into the purchase.Although I had to come back the next day to pick up the vehicle, it was clean and ready for me to drive off the lot. Great experience at this dealership .

Shane Parker and Bobby Hill of Nissan sold me an absolute piece of junk!! Then between the both of them told more lies than I could count. I told Shane I didn't want to trade my truck in at no value and he said ok! Then after driving 2.5 hours and being made to wait another 4 hours I'm signing my paperwork and someone else tells me I'm only getting $500. Shane will lie and tell you he is your friend and he is nothing but for himself and Bobby Hill has his back because he makes sales. suing Nissian of Lugolf and if I where you I'd go up the street to a different car lot!!
