Best experience I've ever had trying to buy a vehicle! Al was patient and informative walking my wife and I through the process and successfully put me in the truck I wanted. This is the place to go if you want to be treated fairly and like family.

I went to little bear car company..and perchase a suv and when I got of the lot and to have my mechanic to check it broke down 2miles from my home..We called a tow to take vehicle to the car lot to see what was going on with the Owner was very rude he told me when told me he does not have a me mechanic on lot and did not help and when calling to ask about mybe we may split the bill of 4300.00 in REPAIRS...and it was as is the car company do not care about the buyer..oh and it broke down in two days...Al is great I but the most bad experience I have ever had all my year of buying cars....Stay clear

Very disappointed with our experience at Little bear car company. My husband and I went in on a Saturday to look at a truck. While working the numbers we advised we had a pre-approval, however they don t work with the lender we had a pre-approval with, fine we ll see about a different lender. While discussing lenders we came across one that we specifically said we didn t want to work with. Since it was Saturday we were told we might have to wait until Monday and we were fine with waiting so we left with the idea we would return Monday after they heard from other lenders. Once we got home we got a credit alert that a lender had pulled credit and of course it was the one lender we said we didn t want to work with, seems real shady to me. Not to mention we were told about several people who had gotten approved for the truck but walked away so that leads us to wonder what is wrong with it they aren t disclosing. Overall several red flags while working with this dealer. We will not be back!

GREAT... people, inventory and prices with a straight forward honest approach with everything from the moment I walked in the door until I left driving my new car. I can't say enough about how helpful everyone was or how far they went to ensure I got the best deal with a "no pressure" approach about any decisions that I made unless it was to my benefit!! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is in the market for a good quality car that comes with a great price tag this is the place to go. Stop by and let Kevin and Al make your day as they have mine!! Thanks again guys,you're the best!

Drove 1.5 hours from home to look at a mini van. Have had really bad luck at other dealerships (cars were not as advertised, no wiggle room or WEEKS of back and forth, selling the car right after agreeing to a price etc). Not at Little Bear! Kevin agreed to work with our budget and they stuck by their word. We got a great van at a great price for our little family and our 3 kids think it is the coolest van we have ever owned.Thank you to Kevin and Al! My husband enjoyed watching the rest of the soccer game with you and we will check with you all again when we need another car.Great and easy experience all around!Update. The van driver side heated seat didn't work. The sliding doors started sticking immediately, the dvd player they said just needed batteries didn't work, the driver side window didn't work and when cleaning it out for a road trip, there were cigarette butts in it.We emailed little bear within a week and they said they would check on things and NEVER GOT BACK TO US.The check engine light has since come on and off and apparently, it needs a catalytic converter and who knows what else.Will not buy from them again and will not buy a chrysler again.

I definitely recommend this dealership. I first contacted the dealership after seeing the Nissan Sentra that I thought would be perfect for me since I m 16 and was looking for my first car. As usual me and my dad went to test drive the car. Kevin and Al were the most kind and helpful people, they answered and questions or concerns. If you are looking for a great car at a affordable price go to little bear car company!!!! They made sure me and my father were satisfied with everything. It s been a month and I love my car. Thank you again Kevin and Al!!!

I bought a used car with Little Bear and couldn't have asked for a better experience. After multiple purchases through large dealerships that always took at least 6 hours of stress, the honesty and friendliness I received at Little Bear was faster, easier, and quite refreshing! They also have a great selection of cars in excellent condition!!!

Too much to write in such a small space... Sold me a car with blown head gaskets. Extended warranty didn't cover, the owner claims to have it fixed. I've been in 3 different loaner cars all with issues, and yet once I return and tell them the issue, they are placed on their lots still for sale without the problems addressed. BUYER BEWARE. No way 4 out of 15-20 cars are just problematic and i got them all by luck. They do not inspect the cars and the owner is very condescending and talks to you like you are stupid. DON'T WALK RUN AWAY!!!!!!

This establishment is a great place to buy a dependable nice looking vehicle in great shape. The business seems to be genuinely selling very good vehicles and the salesman wasn't pushing to purchase any of the vehicles or not the owner was the same if we liked it we take it or leave it i like that my self let the products sale them selfs. I would recommend these establishment to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and feel confident its a good purchase

Selling cars damaged without the buying party being aware and fold nothing is wrong with the vehicle is completely awful I don't know how y'all stay in business! Good luck y'all won't be there long.

He really sold my girlfriend and I a bad first car, 2001 Toyota Corolla we asked multiple times was there anything wrong with the car he looked us dead in the face and said no, the very next day it was doing funny malfunctions and losing oil after we just put some in the day we got it so sorry but the fact that we had our daughter with us and he told us that it was nothing wrong with the car is really foul then when we called to tell you guys about it they keep saying sold as is Well that was really messed up hope God blesses you all and have a wonderful life
