Line x product is great. The front office staff don t explain real good to customers about the process. I had a toolbox that I got line x. They didn t do the bottom of tool box. I called back and their answer why they didn t do it was, it was on a stand . I have taken alot of stuff to the Lugoff location. They keep changing ownership. Whoever owns this store. I need a better explanation.

Awesome customer service from start to finish. My bed liner came out way better then expected, Sam did a fantastic job. Got a bed cover from here as well. They do great work here, highly recommend.

Anna & Sam are AMAZING! Everything was explained perfectly and this was the smoothest and most pleasant experience I've had so far while trying to get a truck ready to give my son for his birthday. Will definitely being doing business with them again in the future.
