I live in Idaho. I was searching the country for a specific model Challenger and found one at Carolina CDJR. After contacting them we negotiated a price and I purchased this beautiful Challenger. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was so helpful and made it worth my time to fly out and drive it back home to Idaho! Road trip ! Thank you to Marshall, Kati Rose, David and Cody for helping me with this transaction. They were all great! I love my new car!!! Great experience and I highly recommend them to others.

Kati Rose, was my sales lady and first off, she was amazing you can just tell when someone loves their job and that is most definitely her. On top of that - Cody, Dave, and Damian were all amazing people as well at Carolina Chrysler and easy to work with. We had a horrible experience at the dealership NEXT TO this one prior to our experience at Carolina Chrysler and they made our 5 hours trip worth our while. I would highly recommend and I would buy from them again in the future! They also have a decent amount of inventory, especially Challengers!

Went looking at a jeep they were very honest with my about the issues it had and showed me another one. I got there at 5 and they close at 6:30 and even though we were there until after 8:00 not one time did any of the 3 people helping me have one issue about leaving. They were very respectful, helpful and made sure they did everything they could to get my jeep for me! I can t thank them enough I absolutely love my jeep!! I cant recommend them enough I really wish I remembered my sales persons name because he really was awesome!!

Everyone there was very understanding and helpful! They made my entire experience easier and entertaining. Very genuine energy within the staff. Heads up; the prices on the website are different (higher) than the one presented in store, but they work with you on payment arrangements! They reassured me when I felt indifferent and took very good care of me.

This place is truly amazing. From the second my father and I pulled up last Saturday on December 16th, we were instantly greeted by Anna before we even got out of our truck, and she was super helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the whole transaction. I ended up leaving with a beautiful car that hadn t even been listed on the website yet, as it had just came in Friday, what are the odds? We initially left to browse around but Anna kept in touch with me throughout the day and I told her the car I had test drove with her was definitely the one, and when I got my father to return to the dealership both Anna and a gentleman named Cody were extremely helpful in talking my stubborn father into understanding why this car was a good fit for me, and even got him down to the price point he was happy with so we could finance the car at a price point that was sustainable for me monthly. Even the gentleman in financing, Dave, was a huge help and even though the car wasn t in my name, he talked to me just the same because I was the one who the car now belongs to, which definitely made me feel good because other dealerships only talked to my father because he was the one with the money. This place was extremely welcoming and worth the trip, I will definitely send everybody I know to them, they absolutely rocked! They helped me find the absolute perfect car for me, a 2015 Kia Sorento, and I could not be happier. I wish I could rate higher than five stars because I most definitely would, Thank you guys so much for the stellar customer service, I look forward to working with you guys again in the future!

FYI everyone. I traveled from Colorado to South Carolina to buy a truck. Why you ask. If it wasn t for the team at Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram , I probably wouldn t have traveled to that dealership. From sales , financing and the shop , my time there was great.These guys are awesome. Deondre in sales went the extra mile for me to include videos of the truck prior to my decision. His manager Cody was very helpful in solidifying the sale. Finance manager David Nudelman was extremely helpful with the closing of the purchase. The shop even went as far to inspect and repair everything the truck needed, even the windshield wipers. I had a great experience for the entire time I was there. Thanks again Deondre , Cody , David and the entire South Carolina Dodge Ram team.

I wasn t in the market for a vehicle, but my vehicle decided otherwise. The team at Carolina Chryslers was wonderful! Couldn t have asked for a more friendly, understanding group of people. Transaction was smooth - in and out the door in 3 hours, and atleast 1 1/2 of those were me making a decision. Thanks for everything. Love my new to me vehicle!!!

My experience was great. Anna, who helped me initially, and the team here offered an experience tailored to my needs. The servicing of the vehicle took longer than expected and it would have been better to get more updates on the progress, but whatever questions I asked were answered honestly. I felt free to explore my options on my own timeline without feeling pressured to make a purchase. They were all welcoming and friendly. I would recommend buying a vehicle here.

The sales department did a truly outstanding job for me. Deondre Floyd-Bamberg, my sales rep, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted; very helpful and very easy to deal with and walked me thru the whole process. Cody ?? was also extremely helpful in finding the right vehicle and having it delivered to the dealership in a very timely manner; much quicker than I imagined. Another sales rep, Damien, assisted in the initial process and again, very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I have no problem at all recommending this dealership.

This was the best car buying experience I've had at a dealership. As a person who buys new vehicles every two to three years, this says a lot. Jonathan (my sales rep) and Daniel (sales manager) were spectacular. I never felt like I was being hustled, and they were able to find a way to get where I wanted and needed to be. They were extremely professional, courteous, and genuine. I highly recommend, and look forward to future business with them.

Well, it took time, and a couple of starters, but finally found the cause. Starters on warranty so no extra cost. But they found the wire that was getting intermittently grounded that kept my car from starting all the time.Joel in the service department is awesome and took care of my car issues.

I purchased a Ram 2500 in December of 2019 and have had my truck serviced here since purchase. Joel and the guys in service are always available and receptive of the trucks needs instead of trying to sell some service you don't need like the other repair shops. I have over 118k miles on the truck and it rides as good as the day I purchased it. OEM parts are always best and do not cost that much more than the knock off brands. Factory parts are engineered to keep your automobile running at it's best. I would rather pay a little more now than a whole lot more later. Thanks guys!

The salespersons were courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They did not pressure me into a decision. Kati Rose and Deon made my experience 100 times better than others I have had in the past. The only negative is that it took forever for the paperwork.

I was very interested in the Jeep that we purchased because of the online price when we got to the dealership there was a price hanging in the windshield with a reduction underneath that was was still around $5000 more than the online price and the young man who was very Professional and nice told us that was not the actual price. The Jeep was exactly what we were looking for so we went inside to talk about the price. TheSalesman brought over the paper that had a price on it of exactly what was on the sticker with the reduction , of course that was upsetting. It seemed like false advertising like a reason to get you into the location after negotiating with what seem like everyone who worked in the building, we agreed upon a price still more than was advertised they kept talking about this certification that they put the jeep through, when we were about to leave, I noticed that the spare tire had to stab holes in the tread. How in the world do you certify something and inspect it like you claim to and don t notice that the spare tire has been vandalized I gave them the opportunity to fix that , they would not do it so we had to leave the dealership and travel back home two hours with no spare tire. This just struck me is very unprofessional. I would never encourage anyone to purchase a car from these guys but like I said the young man who helped us was very professional.

I wanted to take a few minutes to rave about the service department. Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I bought my last 4 cars from this dealership and have all my service done there as well. Everyone in the service department is great, but Joel is usually the one who greets me and checks me in and out. He is always very professional and always has the best attitude. Thank you for a great experience everytime I come in.

We had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Previously, we had visited JT's where the salesman did not listen to us and attempted to undervalue our trade-in. Daniel and De'ondre, on the other hand, were fantastic! They actively listened to us and negotiated the deal in a way that allowed us to purchase the car at the exact payment we had anticipated.
