Great experience with D&J Wrecker Service, horrible with AAA. Broke down on 74 East, while AAA demanded that I had to be with the vehicle at time of pick up, so had to leave the vehicle on 74 overnight. Vehicle passenger window busted and battery was stolen. D&J arrived within the hour of AAA contacting them. Vehicle towed 70 miles to my house. Thank you for your assistance!Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

Joey was absolutely wonderful! We were stuck in the side of the road, in the pouring rain with a flat tire. He was prompt, extremely courteous and replaced our tire expeditiously all while in the cold rain. So thankful for him and his wonderful service!!

Joey was extremely RUDE! He bad mouthed the mechanic recommended to me by AAA. Tried pressuring me to take my car to his mechanic. Then he refused to take my debit/credit card forcing me to pay cash, saying he gets charged a fee when running a card. He threatened to drop my car back off the truck if I didn't want to pay cash. Also the payment he asked for was more than quoted to me by AAA. I let the automotive place that I took my car to know what he said about them and I plan on letting AAA know about the extremely bad service too.

I would absolutely recommend this company. A very professional gentleman (I believe his name was Joey) came out on this cold, rainy Sunday afternoon to help remove my truck that was stuck in a muddy situation. He arrived even faster than the estimated time and was able to have my truck back on solid ground in very little time.Thank you again!

The owner could have been there on time I called an hour before I was going to be there and my mom and I had to wait an additional 25 mins and then he got there he never even stepped out of his truck. He was also the company that towed the jeep and showed up 90 m8ns late!!!! 0

Showed up at my house told me a 62 yr old lady to pull my truck out into road so he could pull it onto his truck bed when my truck wouldn't start so I told him to leave. He did same thing back in Feb I had to call a different tow company to come out to do his job. Laziness well he isn't getting paid by triple A twice.

Very rude, told my mom she had to remove the vehicle from behind his gate, told her she had to be gone from his lot by 4:30 or he owed her for the weekend of storage... this guy needs to learn some manners & professionalism!Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towingServices: Special vehicle towing, Car towing
