Front desk lady was nice and I appreciated that service. However I went to get oil changed and alignment. Come to find out I needed filters changed which I agreed to. But The price that I was charged for my alignment and oil change was too pricey. After they said it was ready my car still needs alignment because it's still pulling when I started back driving, my tire pressure light still on, and my oil light still on. I don't know if the mechanic know what they are doing. This will be my last time coming here. .

Two weeks ago I dropped my truck off at 8 o clock to have four sets of tires put on the diesel. They wanted to know when I wanted it back. I said by 230 I had to call them and I also wanted an alignment done. They waited until I had to call them at 2:15. I didn t know if my truck was done, and they waited I was about to come up there and pay to tell me they couldn t do the front end alignment but they put the new tires on anyways they had it for more than half a day. I left the next morning. I had almost 3 flat tires took it back up there Saturday first thing in the morning hour and a half later, I m kind of pissed because it s a second time and the weekend manager acted like it s my fault that I m complaining. I ve ran a business for 20 years here if I ran a business or I did work like that I wouldn t be in business when you buy A full set of tires you expect better service especially when it s 20 inch and I put a call into the corporate in Whiteville and still haven t received a call. They didn t even ask if they could give me a free oil change or some kind of a discount I m sorry, but when you buy four tires and three of them are leaking, would you ever go back there? No, so anybody in the Loris, area in the surrounding area of Loris, I would not go to Black tire and auto you need to go somewhere else poor customer service and when they re in the wrong and you re complaining they look at you is being at fault

ALWAYS satisfied with get service we receive at Blacks Tire! Blacks has been servicing our personal vehicles and our dump trucks for a few years now, and they always go above and beyond to make sure that everything is safe, and road worthy!!! From the moment you re greeted when you walk in the door at Blacks, until the time you pay and leave, you always feel that you, and your business is truly appreciated! Thanks Blacks Tire for ANOTHER job well done!!!!

I had a flat tire during travel. We waited for 2 hours for AAA and Allstate Roadside Assistance. A family member called Black's Tire and Auto. They stated they could come to our location in 30 minutes. We decided to trek the 5 minutes to Black's and was taken care of immediately. Thank you

I have been a customer of Black s Tire & Auto (I use the Loris location) since 2021 and have always received exceptional service. I ve purchased tires for my RV and car and had mechanical work done on my car. I will continue to use there services because they take great care of their customers!

Black s Tire Loris location helped tremendously by replacing all four tires on my SUV prior to a road trip. I am very pleased with the tires and the great service! These folks always deliver the best.

Everyone here is very helpful and looks out for you and your vehicle. They never try to up sell you anything and let you know if something is wearing down and if it needs immediate attention or if it s fine for a while.

Black Tire in Loris, SC, had the best prices of any place I shopped for tires. The customer service was the best I ve experienced in a long time. I purchased tires, light bulbs, an Oil change, and a tire alignment. During their test drive after installing the tires, they heard something banging under the car. According to the mechanic, they voluntarily repaired what was banging without charge. Before I visited Blacks Tire, many different auto repair shops failed to find what was banging under the vehicle. The staff at Blacks Tire acted like it was no big issue for them to repair this, but to me, it was a huge issue. The prices for what I received were good, but fixing the loose part of the vehicle that was banging was priceless. Thank you to Black's Tire and staff in Loris, SC for making my day by stopping my vehicle from making the horrible banging noise.

I'm being generous with 3 stars.Well I will be contacting you tomorrow to schedule to bring my car back in again. The check engine light came on today again and after scanning it, I have the exact same error codes.So you replaced the plugs did an injector service. What's next, replace the coil packs? What are you going to charge for the packs, 200 each? Since you had to remove the coil packs to change the plugs I certainly do not expect to be charged for labor again.

I came in as a wayward motorhome needing tire rotation. These characters are a real look-you-in-the eye straight-up operation.Front people were courteous and read people well.Even tho busy, competent techs got me on my way with minimum time.If I lived in LorisSC, Id do all my bidness there! Thanks, Blacks tires!!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I ll save the hassle of a long review. Just know if you want to be left stranded on the highway, these are the ones to use! Granted they fixed it again, but still came home with yet another issue. Just save your money and go elsewhere for problems. This place isn t trustworthy. They will mess your car up more than anything.

The service personnel were very professional and polite. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the duration of the wait. While I regularly get my service completed at Blacks I wish an appointment schedule would be instituted to minimize my wait time

Staff is always so nice and courteous. Very convenient for people who need work done and can t get off work to take vehicles. I drop mine off on way to work and then pick it up on way home.

The folks have been keeping my old RV on the road for many years, they are the only shop in the entire area that can or are able to do alignments on older RV. Stacy and the crew are fantastic.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great place for your intended use. However, certain services are way over priced,i.e. scanning services. For tires or oil change service, good place for the price.

Had an oil change, in by 7:30 out by 8:15.Tires rotated and fluids checked along with brakes. I always get great service at Blacks Tire, Loris.

I spent 1000 dollars on brakes then on the way home somehow my powerbrakes did not work it worked fine before I brought it in then they said it would be another 8 hundred to fix it lol no thank you!
