Steel City has been serving both of my cars for the past 9 years. I find them to be friendly, fair and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an auto service and repair company.

Did a great job on my daughter's car. Some difficulty determining the issue but finally did & repair costs were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend !!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. My motor blew and everything worked in the car (lights, speedometer, ext..). I took it back for them to fix what worked when I brought it there that was fixed and when I got it back it broke down on the way home!! After getting it back up there they finally got it fixed they said. Because I wanted to drive it before I paid the remaining balance I got a tongue lashing by the owners daughter. Literally blessed me out. Would not recommend there installers.

This is a family business, they are fair and square. Pricing is fair and the work is done in a timely fashion. I really recommend them when you need work on your vehicle. Best service and fairest pricing I've ever received at a service center. Work was done perfectly and efficiently. Everyone was pleasant and made me feel like a VIP while I waited. Only downside is the owner is a Steelers fan and I am die hard Ravens. Just kidding Ken. If you need any type of mechanical work done GO HERE!

Excellent experience!! Owner and staff were more than hospitable, fast, and great priced. I had car trouble while traveling through right at their closing time and was several hours from my destination. They were more than accommodating, they got me to a hotel, fit my car in first thing in the morning with their already tight schedule, fixed the problem with ease, quickness, and a low price. They checked my car out thoroughly to be sure it was safe for the rest of the trip. I'm tremendously thankful for them and will be visiting them again. I highly recommend Steel City Service!

Great Service All AroundCustomer service, knowledgeable technicians, timely service and reasonable pricing. Worked me into the schedule same day service - Diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and completed repair in an hour and a half or less ! I would definitely recommend Steel City for all / any auto needs!

The wife an I have enjoyed their service since moving here 9 years ago. From servicing our Corvettes (2000, 2011 and 2015) several custom El Camino's and a hot rod S10 they have excelled in fixing anything. Many thanks to Ken and his staff for making our autos dependable.

Sense moving here we've had issues with multiple garages working on our 2005 Dodge and 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Met Mr Ken and a few of his employees while out and about now we are treated like family and that is the only place we take our vehicles. They are always upfront and never do any work without talking to us first. I would highly recommend you take your vehicle or motorcycle to Mr Ken and his crew

Mr. Ken, we are so happy with the service received in repairing our 2005 Ford Thunderbird. When we came to pick up the car yesterday your mechanic Mike took the time to meet us and explain what the problem was and how it was repaired. In addition the ladies in the office were extremely helpful and friendly! As new customers we are so very grateful, we found you! Thank you!!

I went back to Steel City to have the leaking engine oil lines replaced on my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado. The first time I went there on the 17th of last month there was a mix up on the ordering of the replacement lines and I cancelled the service. This time Steel City service was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Steel City to anyone in the future.

I called this morning to get an estimate to get the hub assembly replaced on my car. A friend had previously tried to but a bolt was not turning and I was told it needed heat to it to remove it. So when I called the female (because I can't call her a lady) was completely rude and acted like I had no idea what I was talking about! She then hung up on me. Not knowing she was completely unprofessional I called back because I thought I had gotten disconnected. I was then rudely greeted by another female, with a total attitude, told me that no she had hung up on me for being ignorant. Well if you can't learn patience and try to understand what someone is saying before being completely discourteous then you should find a new line of work just like I will take my business elsewhere and make sure everyone knows how unprofessional this business is!
