Brian is a great guy. He has been in the car business a long time and has a lot of knowledge on finding people the exact vehicle they want. Brian has been able to find the vehicle I was looking for several times through a painless process. I highly recommend reaching out to Brian if you are in the market for a used car.

Jim is great. Got me into a great car. And when I left the lot and realized there was a nail in the tire, and a headlight out he immediately addressed it and sent me of for a replacement tire and bulb change. Will recommend them over and over again. Thank you Jim!!!

I was really impressed by this used car dealership. The car lot was organized, staff looked professional. The deal was painless and even though i was from North Carolina the process did not take long at all. These guys are on their game making the customer feel comfortable about his/her purchase. Quality Cars is a class act! Jim and the owner (sorry I forgot his name) took OUTSTANDING care of our teenage daughter who wanted to trade-in before heading off to college. She purchased the least expensive vehicle on the lot, the car is perfect for her. There were some small known issues with the car that lead to the recognition of a much larger issue after purchase. Jim (and the owner personally) bent over backwards to make sure the issues were fixed, with multiple trips to the mechanic (and conversations) needed. My daughter being 2.5 hours away at college, and us living 9 hours in the other direction, Quality Cars took care of us, and eased our worries through the process. 100% trust this operation, we will recommend to everyone in the area that we talk to, and we'll be back!

I bought my car back in April, Jim was fantastic. I bought it early that day and then drove it to Pennsylvania that night. Best car ever and best salesman, Jim is absolutely amazing and so extremely helpful. Future purchases will be coming off of the Quality Cars lot.

Jim sold our family a van, he was professional, friendly and did not pressure us at all. We will always come back to Quality Cars for our future vehicles, it was by far the smoothest vehicle transaction I've ever done. We had a small problem a few days after and they took it into their shop and had it fixed by the next day with no problems. Every car dealership should have this level of customer service. Thank you guys so much!

The ones to do business with if you're looking for a very nice used car at a reasonable price. Jim Granger, hats off to you my friend. I had been searching for a minivan for the summer ( for weeks) and bingo. Quality Cars had what I wanted. From my 1st email with Jim to our drive out the gate, just Awesome. He delivered on every question & promise and then some. Thanks for excellent Customer Service Jim Granger. Your Manager/Owner was very nice & friendly. I'll be back for my cookies

*long but worth the read*So my fiance and I were just recently in the market for a car. When I say we looked EVERYWHERE. We looked all over for a good reliable car. Being I do not have the best credit we were unable to be approved to finance at almost every dealership we went to, although we made well enough to pay the payments. When I called Jim he told me like every salesman says "i will put you in a ride today" of course because I was denied everywhere I was skeptical. Next thing I knew I was approved and picking my car out. We got a 2014 Toyota Avalon, it is everything they promised and more. He didn't pressure us into any of the vehicles. We explained what we wanted (leather heated seats, sunroof, etc.) and he made it happen. He made the process easy and kept answering all my "silly" questions. I recommend Quality Cars to ANYONE and EVERYONE. They are down to earth, easy going people. Mr. Jim is a very personable, intelligent, all around good person. Soon my mother in law will be in the market and I am 100% going back to them! I have never been more pleased with a place.

Today, On April 21,2022 I had the pleasure of working with Brady and Jim. They were absolutely AMAZING!! THEY were straight forward. Got me in the car I wanted with the payments that were a great fit for my budget. If I was to do the car buying situation again I'll do it all over again with them. We are the Sheppards and we were in the market of looking for a everyday vehicle and was directed by another local company to go by quality car's and I can only say it was the best car buying exsperience I have ever encountered. My salesman James was the epitome of perfect customer service. He was honest , polite, and knowledgeable of the inventory. We initially went to purchase one vehicle but was so pleased with the services we ended up purchasing two cars. I recently bought a Jeep from Quality Cars and was extremely impressed with the service I received. They went well beyond the call of duty to satisfy me . I have always been a little hesitant when it came to smaller car lots but these people really did step up to the plate even when they didn t have too to make sure I was happy with my purchase. It was truly a privilege to deal with them. My family and I will be purchasing vehicles from them in the future. It was a blessing to meet such honest and caring people.

I have to give this car dealership the best review possible. These people are top notch and will do anything to help you. They are honest and trustworthy.. don t see that too often in car sales. Oh,my goodness,there are not enough words to describe these guys. We have dealt with Jim and Kyle many times. They are the most honest car dealers we have ever known.They made us feel like family. Matter of fact, I pretty much adopted them as my family. I got my Chrysler Store N Go van from them 6 yrs ago. I love my van. It has been camping many times. What's so funny, is that it was pulling those hills just like the jeeps were. Its awesome. I have been around many years, and I'm telling you, that if you want a honest deal then you need to check these guys out. I have been taken by dealers before. But I Highly recommend that you check them out. If you want a good and honest deal this is the place to GO. Me and my family together have purchased maybe a dozen. Vehicles from them. NOT because they are bad, we had great vehicles. We just keep returning to upgrade them. I pray that God truly blesses this business , because in the world we live in, HONESTY IS HARD TO FIND. This is the only car dealership I will have ever or will ever use! Kyle and Jim and the whole team at Quality do their absolute best to get you what you want at a price you can afford. I have personally bought two vehicles from them, my family has bought 6 vehicles and my husband has bought two. All have been great quality and always fairly priced. If you need a car, there is no other place to go than Quality Cars in Longs!

I was in the need for a newer car and was greeted by the most helpful sales person Kyle. He really was very honest and helpful. Then when i went to pick up my new car, the sales guy Jim Granger was super helpful and fun to work with. I would highly recommend these wonderful guys to anyone in the search for a newer car. They are awesome!!!!

Great service! I love in NC, Kyle worked out all the details over the phone then drove the vehicle to my mechanic in North Carolina. There was a minor issue and Kyle paid my mechanic to fix the issue. Kyle was very upfront and easy to work with!

If anyone is thinking about buying a used auto you need to go here. Jim is so honest and goes above and beyond to help you get the car. I've bought a few cars in my life time but have never met a dealer like these people. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. You will be pleased you did and more so you will be happy with the service and attention Jim gives you.

In my opinion this is, hands down, the best place to buy a used car in the Grand Strand area. The owners and the salesmen have always gone the extra mile in making sure that I not only got the most suitable car, but also that each phase of the process was smooth and stress free. And I am definitely speaking from a lot of experience.......having bought well over a dozen cars from Kyle, Jim and the team over the years. Whether they were helping one of my children get a car on a very limited budget or, more recently, getting a later model GMC Diesel truck, the service that we received was always consistent, friendly, and extremely professional. For anyone looking for this type of honest car buying experience, I definitely recommend starting with Quality Cars of Longs.

My daughter purchased a nice car from them. Later, I stopped by, wanting to purchase a car from there, as well. The same salesman that dealt with my daughter, came out to speak with me, and informed me the car I wanted had too many issues and that he would not sell it. I probably would have bought it, even with the issues, if he would have sold it. This salesman was honest, ethical, and had integrity. It was an honor to meet him. Even though I did not purchase anything that day, I shall return, and I shall deal with Jim.

Jim was awesome,we couldn t get to the dealership till after 5:30, he was very patient with us.Jim worked hard for what we needed. He would be looking through his inventory while we were looking or test driving the cars.They made it so nice for us. I would deal with them again.

Mr. Kylie helped me and my boyfriend pick the perfect car ever since we've got the car Mr. Kyle and Jim has A1 customer service anything goes wrong their on top of it. Couldn't find a better dealer ship. Highly recommended!
