Hello, we are on vacation and needed our battery and alternator checked. I called the store and they said they could help. When arriving the sales associate Derrick was Very Friendly and Kind, he came out checked the battery, alternator and starter, he told us what we needed, was super helpful and we got a new battery and were on our way. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. With us being on vacation you never know who or where to go to get auto help, but if we ever need anymore help Napa will be the place we go. Thanks again to Derrick for his help!!!

I don't unbranded having store hours then not opening at that time then lying that your open. I also don't unbranded why have people in positions where they aren't properly trained for the job or the customer service aspect of it. Why did I as a customer have to call soothe location to figure out my charges at the store i made my purchase at. That should be done by the store not the customer. My problems occurred about a month ago and I still have yet to get a agreeable resolution. Then they don't even have the courtesy to say "let us order your rain visors so when you bring the damage ones in we can just switch them out". That's what a person knowing about and believing in customer service would of suggested.

Pulled up at 5:30 on a Friday and they were closed. This stated they were closing at 6

I went in for a windshield wiper. One employee was taking care of one customer. There were 3 employees talking to each other. I walked up to the counter and they continued to talk to each other. It's not like they didn't see me, they looked right at me. I stood there for a minute waiting for them to finish which they did not so I had to interrupt their conversation. Apparently that was not cool because I was treated like a nuisance. Good news is they had the wiper I needed at a good price. From now on I will go to another auto parts store.

I was helped greatly by the knowledgeable staff. Bryson went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and even hung out a few minutes after closing to make sure I was all set before shutting down. I bought all parts for a full brake job on my truck including everything for rear drums that I had not yet done before. They made sure I had EVERYTHING I needed and the price was awesome. The truck is doing great now. Thank you for all the help. Highly recommend.

To Bryson, Mike, and the other stooge who helped me out today, THANK YOU. NAPA has helped me get grade A parts for my screen printing shop for years now and it s about time I left a review for them. Thank y all for helping our little shop out! We won t go anywhere else.Just to update this later on, thank you to the crew who works there now! Their knowledge and expertise helps keep me in business!

Best place for auto parts in the area. AutoZone, Advance, and Riley's might be cheaper but they don't carry everything. And if they do have the part your looking for, NAPA quality is far better and still cheaper than a dealer.

Great staff, asked if I needed any help as soon as I walked in. They sold me exactly what I needed an didn't try an load me up with stuff I didn't need. I recommend this location highly. Also I will be a returning customer there

They have a great selection of everything you could need. I found flasher unit that no one else had. Priced a little higher than other places around me but fun store to look around.

I buy all my parts from napa in n.m.bch and at crossroad, every since Danny had the first one in n.m.bch, he will be miss R.I.P.Danny,still shop at napa,they havegood ,and polite employees, but has had some changing,but hope things get back in shape soon..

WAY OVERPRICED!!! Wouldn't warranty my battery because of their mistake. Will NEVER shop there again.

This store stops answering their phones at 15 minutes before closing and locks their doors before their actual closing time of 6:00pm. If they aren t going to be open the full time maybe they should post the actual time they are closing and not answering their phones.
