The people in this shop are outstandingly both pleasant and helpful. They worked to identify a wiring issue in my truck, and could not have been any nicer or more thorough. I will head to this shop for any trailer needs again!

Leonard Truck in Little River SC has been a wonderful place to go to add accessories for my towing needs. Added a hitch and lighting hook up that was installed efficiently and promptly. James also added lights to my bike rack which demanded some creativity. His customer service is excellent!

I brought my 2019 F150 truck into your shop this past Wednesday, and I want you to know how much I appreciate Adam's attention to detail. I purchased a new lid,I picked out from the samples on the show room floor. The lid arrived at the shop in two days. I also had Adam install new tail gate light bar for me. He was quick and courteous and worked hard. I will recommend this Leonard store to others, who need accessories for their trucks or suv's and in the future, I will return when my truck needs some new accessories. Satisfied customer, P.W. I ordered a 12x10 shed and it came in 9!weeks ahead of schedule and was a perfect match to look my home s siding. I could not be happier with their professionalism at both the point of sale and the installation of the shed including hurricane straps and a ramp.

Roger Lovin is one of the most honorable and courteous gentlemen that I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. He expertly helped me determine the right solution for my towing needs. He knows the products available, how to expertly install them, and briefs the customer on exactly what was done and how it was done. Roger delivers!! Don't hesitate to deal with him!! Employee listened to my situation, regarding measuring the "puck system" in the bed of my truck so I could purchase the correct 5th wheel hitch. I drove 42 miles one way...he took one look and said, I'm not sure what hitch would fit. I said, "aren't you going to measure the puck system...like you told me on the phone"...he acted as if he didn't know what he was doing. Wasted 2 hrs of my time and didn't even try.

I am forever grateful to Adam! He was incredibly helpful. I do not know what I would have done without him. He went out of his way to get the part I needed to tow a car. Not only did he install the part he was kind enough to check the hitch and car the next day before I left on my road trip. highly recommend stopping at the store and seeing if he can assist you.

I ve dealt with Roger a couple times....the first couple were pleasurable and he seemed like a very nice man but the last time was terrible. I hate to bash but I was accused of bill dodging by Roger with a nasty attitude when then problem was between Leonard and there finance company Lendmark. Both accused each other of being at fault after all the paperwork was signed the first time and I had the trailer in my possession for several weeks after being approved/finalized. I get a call 2 months later from Roger saying that I need to come up right now and fill out all my financing info so that they can run my credit AGAIN and get the same loan that was supposed to be in place already. As a business owner I am busy and sometimes cannot just show up when on someone else s request. I told him I would come up at my convenience and redo the paperwork. I was hounded for a couple of days until I could find the free time to come back, which was less than a week later. To be honest I really like their trailers but the customer service and financing options are garbage. I hate to say it but as long as Roger is there I will not do business at this location.

I've been to two Leonard locations Wilmington and Little River, both salespeople were not very interested in selling anything. Wilmington the guy was on the phone with his and or girlfriend and left me standing there for 15 minutes. The guy in Little River was not interested in selling me what I came in for.

This is my first review I have ever done but wanted to tell everyone how well I was treated by Roger. He installed cover right away at a fair price and I am returning for mud flaps! Thank you, Roger!!

I purchased an aluminum cap for my Tundra. This was supposed to be custom-built: it was "cookie-cutter built. I was told that the canoe racks were 5 inches high (I was not told that they could be as high as I needed them) on the 23 inch high cap. This height would not accommodate my canoe so I opted for the 25 inch high cap. When I went to have the cap installed on the body of my Tundra, the racks were only 3 inches high! The front rack was not level across; it sagged 1/2 inch in the middle. The end caps were missing from the square tubular frames; the inside roof beams did not extend all the way to the curve of the roof to the side-walls-I can put my fist between the roof beams and the sides of the cap. I had to install a piece of angle aluminum between two roof beams to hold the aluminum roof up so water would not pool on the roof. The roof leaks; there are leaks at the front of the cap where it sits on the front of the body; it leaks at the corners and on the sides. I made several phone calls to LEER LEONARD, sent 3 emails, and even went back to the Little River store twice. The "owner" said he would get me the end caps- he didn't have any in stock, he'd have to order them-he never did (I bought them at The Home Depot for .50/each!). The cap was/is an absolute piece of junk. The owner said he would get with LEER and inform them of my dissatisfaction and he would call me: never happened. I wanted to return it but was told I could not do that and if I did that I would have to pay a re-stock fee of almost $300! I wasted my money! I still have not carried my canoe nor slept inside yet. I have had this cap since April. What a piece of junk!

We have had Leonard's install a tow package and then a trailer hitch on our Equinox and the service has been great. Roger is a great person to work with and delivers as promised

This place should not be your top choice. The prices are extremely high, and the guy there (I think his name is Roger) made me feel unwelcome and he had an attitude. This is not customer service. An employee should make you feel welcome and happy to shop there, but Roger did not do any of this. On the signs there it says "leonard's cares about the customers and is the best place". I don't know about the other leonard's locations but this location proved that wrong! Not spending any money here. Not a recommendation!

on friday feb. 9 i came in to buy a trailer. upon agreeing to the trailer i was to purchase I was informed it would cost me 40 dollars extra because I was paying with a credit card. they were rude and assured me they were in there rights to charge for using a credit card. needless to say, i went elsewhere. It is a shame that a company would choose to lose a 1.500 sales over 40 dollars, all I can say is, greed must be there creed!!!!!!! you don't deserve the one star but I guess your attitude deserves something

Worst run place been too in long time. Ordered parts months ago, keep giving excuses. Told will call back, never does. Guy had attitude, needs to go back to fast food or wherever he came from.
