This place is a true gem and helped diagnose and repair my car quickly. They were so welcoming, down to earth, straight forward and knowledgeable. They are also a lot more reasonably priced and don t add expensive fees to diagnose mechanical issues. Several shops in the area charge $120 to diagnose, this shop wanted nothing, went over any ailment they noticed with my car, explained the time frames in which I could wait to repair certain aspects and only diagnosed and recommended the necessary parts for the vehicle to run safely and efficiently. I couldn t have stumbled upon a better shop or group of guys! Thank you!

A true $20 oil change if cashed used, no bull! This place advertises a $20 oil change which is very rare these days, a lot of these places claim something like this but then charge disposal fee or only certain cars or certain oil this place didn t do that which is nice. I brought 2 cars here for oil swap, one car I brought my own synthetic oil in and they put it in for the normal $20 fee, but didn t offer any discount nor give me any of the oil they would ve had to put in my car had I not brought my own. Other car took a 0w-30 oil, a bit of a rare oil, they claimed they gave it to me and that they use synthetic blend motor oil but there s really no way to know if they or any shop are giving that an especially at $20. The receipt they give mentions nothing of the type of oil used nor the weight given, it s all a bit strange. If they are really giving synthetic blend for $20 then it s the best oil deal in the whole county period! But again who knows short of them taking the customer and showing them what s being used. So my advice is either bring your own oil or ask to see what s being put into your car if you need a special weight oil.

I've been going to this place for over a year and half, they did my turbo on bmw when no one else would touch it. I let them do all my services on my car and I wouldn't take my business any where else. Very professional with reasonable prices. Thank you guys!

Nice to know that there are still good honest people around. We are on vacation and our truck started giving mechanical codes/ warnings. Took to Guaranteed Auto Center and they plugged into their diagnostic tool and was able to determine that is was not an issue with the truck but was due to a telemetry module that was plugged into the port. We were sent to resume our vacation with no charge. Thank you!!!

I paid these guys $2,000 to fix my vehicle.. when I got my Xterra back I was told that the power steering pump didn't work and that the timing had been fixed. In further exam the electrical plug for the power steering had been unhooked and zip tied to the subframe. The gaskets on the passenger side valve cover had not been sealed down and she was smoking from under the hood. There were parts to other people's car in my passenger seat. The computer had been removed from under the hood and then never bolted back down. They told me the computer was bad so I sent it off to be repaired at my own expense. The company sent me the same computer back telling me there was nothing wrong with it. Stay far away from these shade tree mechanics..

Very honest and reliable shop. Don t understand any bad reviews on this page, Guys got me in within 10 mins and I was out within 45 mins. you can tell they rely on customer satisfaction and repeat business vs quick scams.Thanks!

I am from out of town vacationing in Myrtle beach and had problems with the brakes on my ford pick up truck. I found these guys on the web read the reviews and every one had nothing to say but good things. I went in talked to the owner Dave, told him my problem and my time line. They looked at my truck right away told me what what wrong and how much it would cost. They did everything they said they would , very friendly, very helpful, made me feel good about everything and was done in one day would highly recommend them to everybody. I can't say how happy I am with guaranteed I used to use cherry Gove automotive but they changed and way over priced me not only on parts but labor...I'm a single mom medically discharged from the fire service and they was so friendly and even if it is the same issue they said sooo much cheaper for same parts and work. And then to top that off even got brought home because it's my only car I will forever now use guaranteed auto center for everything and will always recommend to everyone...definitely recommend 1,000%Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

I highly recommend guaranteed auto center! I have been here several times and the great customer service has always been consistent. I always feel comfortable getting my car worked on here. That's important to me as a woman because auto repair shops in the past have always tried to take advantage of me to make more money. The waiting room was nice and clean. The owner Dave is professional and very honest & knowledgeable at what he does. He had alot of patience in explaining to me what was going on with my car. My car has always been serviced quickly at a fair price. Dave even put some fluid in my car at no extra cost which actually helped my transmission from shuttering. This place will be were I continue to go from here on out. I will be recommending this shop to all of my friends. Dave, Rick and their crew are the best! My car was perfect when I had my intake manifold gasket replaced. It didn't take them but a few hours. They replaced hoses, L- joint; flushed radiator, tested water pump. They even changed my oil and topped fluids off. I appreciate their caring and professionalism.

Took my charger up there the was nice at first but but they drove my car for a half of hour knowing what was wrong with it it don t take 30 mins of driving to figure out what s wrong if you a professional mechanic!! I won t not recommend!! Wasted my gas when I went to picc it up then said serve feed gonna be 6500 and my car didn t even wanna crank up at first definitely wouldn t recommend

I brought my pickup truck to have it serviced. The staff was able to diagnose the problem and repair it within a reasonable amount of time. I have no complaints regarding the quality of the work. It did seem the cost of the repairs was a tad bit higher than what I have paid in other places but there is a great consistency and reliability with this location. I will definitely continue to bring my automobiles back as needed.

Wouldn t even leave a one star review. If you re a woman especially please beware coming here. The service man likes to belittle woman and will discriminate you based on your gender alone. He seems to have issues honoring his customers wishes & will do things out of his own connivence. When a customer is paying for a service our needs should be valued above this companies wants. They are money hungry, lazy, & sexist. Speaking to people in such a derogatory manner is so unprofessional. Please save your money and find service elsewhere.

All my vehicles are serviced by the people at Guaranteed Auto and they have consistently proven that they deliver top notch repairs at a reasonable price. No pressure to get extra stuff, though it may be mentioned, and the service is performed quickly, though the are usually rather busy. Appointments are available via their website or by calling and they offer routine maintenance plans to keep your vehicle running the best it can, for as long as it can.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

I have been servicing my families cars (3) since 2017, This place is professional and honest and Dave the owner is a straight shooter that always seems to look out for his customers. He has SAVED ME THOUSANDS by being honest and not doing unnecessary repairs that other shops told me I NEEDED! DON'T THE GO THERE FOR ELECTICAL PROBLEM! They did a good job on my jeep exhaust., but the parasitic drain on my battery was a disaster. They had it from July 4th until just before Thanksgiving and told me it was fixed 3 time after replacing the starter, altenater twice, and the battery . Two days later it won't start without a jump start. I was charged for diagnostics and all the parts and it was never fixed $1300 dollars later, and it still won't start after 2 days.Services: Electrical repair, Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair, Electrical, Auto maintenance, Battery

DONT COME HERE. I was told about this place and went to give them a try. I dropped my car off and came back to a dent in the side!!! I was told to come back on Monday morning to talk to the owner. And the owner was horribly rude and condescending. I m a woman. So they think they can get away with being absolutely rude. I ll spread the word about this place to everyone I know. And all at my work. To never come here. I put my car in your care your supposed to take care of it. And not return it damaged !!!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Great place very willing to work with you on repairs and replacement. My A/C had been repaired 2 or 3 times in the last 2 years and they finally really fixed it. No fun in SC in July with no A/C. Would highly recommend! We were in the area for vacation and our maintenance light came on. It turns out it just was never reset after our last oil change. Just went and got my timing done, they just never talked to me about where the transmission fluid is coming from after paying 2400....was it their or did it start after. Our sway bar was making a loud clanking sound when we were on vacation that kept getting worse the more we drove. I looked up area car repair shops and Guaranteed had great reviews. We stopped in without an appointment and they had the issue taken care of in less than two hours. We definitely recommend them even if you're not from the area!Service: Steering & suspension repair
