I had an amazing experience with this business when my vehicle was hit by a driver who was at fault. From the moment we spoke on the phone till I picked up the vehicle and got my keys, the service was top shelf. Brian Tucci and his staff kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and they dealt with the insurance company. The truck was a leased vehicle and after the repairs at the shop to the front and side of the truck you would never know it was in an accident. The experience of the accident and filing with the insurance was stressful, but Caliber Collision made the repair painless. I could not recommend them any more. You won't be disappointed with the friendly staff and most importantly the repairs.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I had an overall great experience Mr Scott was the one taking care of my vehicle and he did an excellent job by keeping me updated.I will definitely be returning in the future and will also be recommending .Customer service was also great.

Great experience!! I was kept up to date, it was finished timely and Mr Scott was knowledgeable and pleasure to work with. My mom also had her vehicle worked on a few years ago in the Myrtle location though and she had a great experience as well!!

Great place from start to finish. I had an appt within a few days, Scott assessed what was needed and it looked perfect when it was done. They also worked directly with my insurance company so it couldn't have been any easier. Highly recommend!

We were hit by a flying retread from a tractor trailer - immediate damage looked much more extensive than it was. Fortunately, I reached Brian T. at Caliber in Little River. Brian listened to my angst, offered a suggestion knowing he could not fit my vehicle height in his paint room - his suggestion worked, calmed my anxiety and offered to take a look at the fog light that was dangling. After seeing the vehicle he was able to order a replacement and install.I am incredibly grateful for his kindness & understanding and highly recommend this shop if you are in need.

We worked with Josh to get our car fixed. He was very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. We appreciate how they did everything to make sure we were happy with their service.The lady at the front counter was very sweet as well! We would definitely give Josh five stars! We would definitely use Caliber Collision in the future!

The crew from Customer Service to Auto body team are awesome .. for me to have gone through such a scary situation with my accident it was so nice to not have to deal with any issues with my vehicle it looks like new great job everyone !!!

The customer service here was exceptional. I dealt with Penny initially who was extremely professional and very helpful. Always pleasant , returned every phone call and email promptly.Josh, who did the AUTOBODY work on my car was exactly the same. He had my parts already there when I bright my car in. So i was not minus a vehicle for too long. He kept me updated with the progress on my car and what an amazing job he did. My job was completed in one week! Scott and his team at caliber collision of Little River are excellent. I got rear ended and they work with me from start to finish to make the process quick and easy. They worked around my schedule and had my car done within a day. This is the 2nd time in a few months that I have used this Caliber Collision and they have been great! I have dealt with Brian Tucci and he has been very professional, communicative and never hesitates to answer my questions and keep me up to date on the repair process! Both times the repairs were completely timely and you can t even tell my vehicle was in an accident. Would definitely recommend!

I have a claim number. Why didn't I make an appointment when I want to acctimet the car? What's the point of the receptionist even giving the insurance phone number when you received my documents? Even she gave me hospital number. Lol.

Josh took care of my car and kept me informed through the whole process. The repair took a little longer than initially quoted ( not their fault, a needed piece was on national backorder) but I was kept informed every step. I am extremely happy with the work, I got my car back cleaned and detailed. Man I love those guys at Caliber Collision. I have to shout out Curtis and Brian for their service. They were extremely friendly and professional. They really know how to treat people as people. I also have to give a shout out to the technician who actually worked on my car, it looked basically brand new and better than before. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and it was ready on Wednesday. The workmanship was wonderful and I was notified every step of the process. Curtis went over and above to take care of me and I would not take it anywhere else. I have told all my friends about my experience. Thank you for a great job. From start to finish, my experience with Calliber Collision (Little River, SC location) was beyond my expectations. I was greeted by the General Manager, Brian Tucci, who listened to my concern for needing an estimate for repair, and immediately inspected my auto liftback damage. He also had the repair technician, Bobby, inspect it as well not only to make sure pounding out the dents was the correct method of repair but also to corroborate with a second opinion there was no need for certain to replace the entire liftback part. Once the estimate was completed, I reviewed it. It was thorough, detailed and with an estimate that was uncomparably much less to other prior auto body repair estimates I received. Scheduling for service was timely and fit my convenience. When I brought it, the Service Advisor, Curtis Reynolds, was there to review with me the scope of work, the time frame for completion and answer all my last minute questions. I received texts daily updating me regarding the repair process. To my surprise, my auto repairs were completed in 4 days rather than the estimated 5! I called to verify with Emily, the front office receptionist. She was quite open, cordial, willing and detailed to provide answers to my query. When I did pick up my auto and inspected it, the finished repair was beyond all expectations. It was so skillfully repaired and painted by Bobby, that detecting there was even a hint of damage was darn near impossible. To say I was a satisfied customer with my interactions and business with Calliber Collision (Little River, SC) does not do justice for the remarkable quality work completed and the outstanding courteous, professional and knowledgeable staff members of this establishment. It will be my pleasure to refer to the name of this company to local friends and family members should they ever find themselves needing vehicle body repair services.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Stopped by to get estimate after someone dinged car in parking lot. Talked to Curtis and he advised that he could take care of it. Took car back and within 20 minutes he brought it back and looked good as new. He told me that there wouldn't be any charge. I will definately return for any body work in the future and would recommend to my friends and coworkers.

I called for an estimate after a fender bender ( a lady came into my lane and collided my right side) and Scott told me they do restoration only. That s not what the website or reviews imply. Scott did refer me to Atlantic Collision however
