Drew is a master technician. He was able to diagnose and repair a recurring oil consumption issue I had on my 2017 Flhtk. No one was able to fix this, then came Drew!Beach Customs is the place in N Myrtle Beach area to take your bikes for services and maintenance issues. Thank you Beach Customs!

They replaced my water pump. Could not be happier. They did outstanding job at reasonable price, even put in a upgraded pump. I highly recommend them for any service needed.

this place is a joke, had a new tire put on they scratched and gouged the rim and belt pully, I will never go or recommend anyone to go there , you should be ashamed to call this place a costom bike shop

Came to myrtle on a wore out tire. Would have made it home, but someone decided to pull out in front of me causing me to lock it down for a split second. That second got thru all the rubber and showed the cords... called these guys just b4 they closed on sat so I was SOL until monday. I was waiting on monday morning when they arrived to open for the day. WOW! Now these are my kind of people they did everything they could to get me back on the road. I'm sure they pushed me in front of a few who dropped off their bikes as I was waiting to leave for charlotte... super fast, very friendly, and appreciative for my business. For all your bikes needs while visiting or living at myrtle beach I suggest Beach Customs. I know I have a go to bike shop here at my home away from home.

Best bike shop in the Myrtle Beach area, and I'd go as far as to say on the east Coast. Big, small, a complete mystery?? ..there is no problem Drew and crew can't solve. Above and beyond is where this shop begins. And prices can't be beat.

The best place to take your bike! I've know the guys at beach for awhile. They are always ready to help and get the job done correctly with no issues! I rebuilt an old yamaha xs1100 special and needed some tires I can do most of my own work being an aircraft mechanic but I don't have a tire machine. Took the bike in and within no time it was ready for pick up. Terry Drew and Laura are always very willing to help and always a great experience whether I stop in for work or just to say hey! I would recommend anyone that needs anything motorcycle give them a call you won't be disappointed!

Above and beyond is an understatement when it came to Beach Customs. Took care of my nephews bike. From the moment I inquired on the phone, to checking out in person, A+ service. I was treated with respect, kindness, and patience. We drove an hour and we are soo glad we did. This will be our new go to shop! I cannot say enough good things about my experience!

They repaired my big dog chopper when the front spark plug not fired, at home every other shop told me the fixed it but they where wrong, beach customs found the real issue and repaired it with no more issues, thanks for saving me at bike week.Highly recommend, excellent work.Thanks guys

Brenda took her bike here to get a voyager kit put on they did a great job they're very nice people there if you need something call or go by there it's a good place

Writing for my friend, Mickey. He had a flat tire on our way to Bike Week. We called several places knowing it would be busy with the influx of bikes. Everywhere I called including the Harley shops were un accommodating and even rude when I asked about timing. Beach Customs seemed equally as busy but cared about making sure we came to their place. Laura took both our names. When we got there she was fun and had a great sense of humor. She quoted us a time we thought was more then fair and left. She called before we got home saying it was done. We turned around and thanked them.. the BEST customer service, and cheaper then all the others. THANKSPs.. Micky had the Bud Light can look a like bike

Hands down one of the best shop I ever been in. I'm from North Carolina and was celebrating Memorial Day in Myrtle Beach for bikes fest. I have a complete air ride system on a 2015 Harley Davidson Road Glide Friday night while riding my air hose came completely off which cause the bike to lower itself all the way down. I woke up Saturday to only find no shop had time for me. I contacted the friendly warm welcoming men from this shop who told me to bring the bike by to see what they could do to help me in my time of need. Once at the shop I was greeted by the owner, his son and another male that I believe was a friend of the family all nice and helpful men. After explaining my issues more in detail the owners did not stop until my bike was fixed. They gave us pizza, water and good southern hospitality. The world we live in can be so cold and negative I think we forget to give praise when praise is do and these guy are great at what they do so I just wanted to let anyone who may be in the area and need help please support this business because I know without a shadow of doubt you will be treated the same way. When I'm back in Myrtle Beach if I do it don't have bike problems this is where you can find me and all the guys I ride with. This time I'll buy the pies thanks again for your help and I urge anyone to support them. Thanks again keep up the good work and great customer service.

These guys rock! Rode into town (1100 miles) and needed a new front tire. First day of bike week. They got me in immediately, pricing was extremely reasonable, in fact i think installed it was less than the local shop I use at home. They got me in and out in an hour. Good honest shop with good work and grest service.

I've known Terry & Drew for many years. They are talented, stand-up guys who know what they are doing. Service is always quick and well done. The new lady, Laura, at the front desk is a great addition to the Beach Customs family!

Absolutely hands down THE BEST SHOP in greater Myrtle Beach area Drew and his staff are above and beyond, took my bike there with mystery issues, Drew found the issues and fixed it and 2 other issues I had coming down the road, hid work is ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESSand his prices area Great, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Had an exhaust leak while on a trip. Terry and his crew squeezed me in to their busy schedule. Found both pipes needed gaskets, rusted bolts snapped and were replaced. Pricing was more than fair. If I ever need anything while I was in the vicinity, it will be from this veteran owned, dog rescuing shop, motorcycle knowledgeable shop!

Worse experience had a 26 wheel installed price was almost triple what they quoted me, which is fine .they installed a longer throttle cable never tightened it throttle stuck, now I have to readjust it on my time after paying them over $1100

OMG... These guys are the absolute best!!! My Harley security system shutdown on me and they saved the day and made my vacation even better. Thank you guys soooo much I really appreciate everything you did for me while I was in Myrtle Beach. I recommend these guys for all of your motorcycle needs.

You can't find better service or nicer guys than the team ad Beach Customs. I first took my bike there because it was running like it was lean, except it's fuel injected so, no. Adam spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem, which turned out to be bad injectors. After giving them the go ahead to replace them they called me back the next day and said instead they had cleaned them out, saving me about $250 when they could have nailed me for that. Been a customer since, recently had new tires and brakes done in a day. They've got my business, should have yours too.

Excellent service. Had my bike taken in for a new tire, rear brakes, and oil change. Super fast service and friendly/reliable shop. Will be using them for all my future needs.

When you're in a pinch and the "big HD dealerships" don't have time for your problems, these guys do! So glad I found this Custom Bike Shop! Now the repair shop I will be using when in the Holden/Myrtle Beach areas. Thanks guys, yall rock!
