The Little River store is the best. But one young man stands out to me. Mr Dauris. He is always helpful. And goes above and beyond. I had family member coming in from New York. I called there and Dauris answered I explain to him what happened . My brothers car surpetine belt broke. And he was turning in the parking lot. I told Dauris make and model and he had the belt pulled for him and had it ready. Now that's good customer service. Keep up the good work Dauris

Been shopping at store for years, always have had great experience. Same thing today, stoped by to get head light for my truck and grabbed wrong one . Ran back and James helped me grab the correct one and had me in and out in minutes.. As usual nothing but helpful.

I ordered some parts that were coming the next day. And I got a phone call the next day from a representative of Advance Auto Parts telling me that my parts were in the store. The employees are extremely friendly and very helpful and I appreciate the next day service call that they gave me

Great service and professionalism. Store was well stocked and clean. Easy access and good parking area. I bought 6 new spark plugs for a "Heritage" edition of the f150 ford, 2004. 4.2 L. 238,000 hard miles and still going strong. Thanks Guys at Advance Auto.

So, 2 weekends ago (the 2nd and 3rd of June), I decided to endeavor down the road of replacing the leaking valve cover gaskets in my 2004 Nissan Frontier. I've done this once before on an in-line 4 cyl Dodge Neon. I have the Haynes manual. So, I assumed it couldn't be that much more difficult on my V-6 3.3L Nissan. Not as easy as I thought. I ran into a few snags along the way and seriously started to question all my life decisions at various stages of the replacement process. From beginning to end, the staff at the Little River, SC Advanced Auto Parts location were extremely helpful and supportive. They went above and beyond to help me get the job done. Absolutely a pleasure to work with. They even brought a little humor to my struggle bus moments. Thanks to everyone there for the help and patience. I will be going back there for any future, vehicle related projects. And, yes, I was able to get the job done with no extra parts. No more leaks.

I want to send a big shout out to HUNTER! I am new to the area and was extremely concerned when my vehicle was becoming weak in starting! I know nothing much about vehicles and to be living alone in the area, I decided to take a chance and go to Advance Auto in Little River S.C.to seek advance! Even, thought it was very hot outside, Hunter took the time to diagnose my problem and professionally took my old battery out, replaced me with a new one and cleaned my battery clamps that had corroded. My vehicle started up strong like a charm. I felt a piece of mind after leaving Advance Auto. HUNTER, you are the best! I hope you get recognized for job well done under very hot and humid conditions! You deserve it!Cyndy Autry

Needed a battery for my Jet Ski. Went to the local Little River store and the woman was great, she opened early and tried to help. Her store was out of stock. She told me the N. Myrtle Beach store had 2 but they won't open until 9:00am. I took s slow ride only to be told "We don't have any in stock"All retailer's use inventory software. Advanced needs to improve theirs. Waste of time. Ended up going next door to Batteries + for a better deal and a better warranty.

Folks,,, I ve always shopped this store. The past year, including today I've purchased 4 batteries for different vehicles. Today my equipment battery took a dive. I called and spoke with Jamie, the store manager. The experience, knowledge, pleasant personality was out done today when she , herself delivered the battery so I could work. amazing!!! Thank you Jamie I sincerely appreciate all youhehelp.

After being told at another location about a month ago that my battery was fine, I needed a jump again today. Made it to the Little River location and waited patiently as it was busy. Darius took the time to explain things, determined it was my battery, and installed it quickly. They may have been busy but they were helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back.

Needed a replacement mirror for my truck. Very big deal seeing I m pulling a 40 fifth wheel camper.Joe was very helpful. In fact went above and beyond to help me get the mirror I needed and also installed it for me.Great job Joe!

Swveral hours from home, I broke a belt on the road and started calling stores. The little river store was about 6-7 miles south of me and didnt have the exact belt I needed, but they had one we could make work. They delivered it to me on the roadside and stayed with me while i got the van back up and running! Awesome service!

We had been long-time customers here, but just now I tried to go in to buy one fuse that I needed It was 5 minutes to closing (7:55pm) People were still in line checking out, but I was denied entry. The worker was very short with me when I explained to him (who was outside working on someone s car) that all I needed was one fuse and I knew exactly where it was, and that it wasn t even 8:00 yet. He rudely refused again and said that they re closing the register (when, in fact, they weren t) Very disappointed. I will not go back.

COULD NOT BE MORE RUDE AT THIS LOCATION. I have a large family and spend a good amount of money with advance buy I'm starting to use other companies as local stores have very rude associates and also their associates don't seem to possess much vehicle beyond the basic knowledge if less than. It's just frustrating and I try to be so patient with them but I believe I've run out of patience. If you want to be spoken to in a rude way and also deal with product you already paid for not being available go ahead and shop away this is the place to come.

Used to come to this Advanced Auto frequently in the past with my older car, and have come several times in the past month or so with my new car and the service has always been excellent. On some occasions when I've had problems beyond my knowledge of cars, many of the employees have gone above and beyond the diagnostic test to explain the issue further to me, as well as pick out products for me during general visits. Noting the stated above, I am still in and out in 5-10 minutes max.

Another wonderful experience with the crew at Advance Auto in Little River. Practical knowledge, sound advice, multiple solutions to choose from and always a smile to brighten your day.There are lots of choices for similar products, but these guys think outside the box to make it happen.Today, they couldn't help me, but they found the person who could.I'll be back.

Needed a new battery, as soon as I came in Dixon was extremely helpful and was training a new employee to do a test on my old battery. I did need a new one and he installed it right away and was very professional.

If you are an auto enthusiast like enhancing you vehicle this is the place to go. Working with a friendly staff. They will change batteries and windshield wipers if you don't want to even in the rain. I recommend them highly.

Went in..got what I needed. While waitin' in line I got to readin' the back of a product at the end of the aisle near cashier. After he finished with his customer he politely came over to see if he could help me find something...to which I told'im I was jus' waitin' to check out. I asked about the Military/Veteran discount I saw on their website which stated was offered 'in store only' & sure enough..they do..& after showing my DAV I.D. he gave it. He also went out to my car with me to show me where to pour in the product I bought so I would be sure to get it in the right opening ... being they aren't allowed to do it themselves ... he took his time to show me & I really appreciated that !!! And no..in case you're scratchin' your heads...it wasn't oil !!! I do know how & where to put that in don'cha know.

Knowledgeable, honest people. We were prepared to buy a battery, but they checked ours and told us that we didn't need one. We were from out of town and they could easily have ripped us off. GOOD FOLKS!
