Had to replace 2 odd size tires on my Silverado. Called around and found best price plus total pricing for tires and mounting here. All friendly and professional. The service person was meticulous about his work procedures. Will definitely be using them again.

Friendly staff fast service decent price on 2 used tires and they even took the time to balance them and put nice chrome metal stem caps on them as well. I recommend them to anyone who needs a tire quick and on the cheap.

The folks at this small mom and pop repair shop are fantastic people. We have used this place since they opened. The guy with the beard will tell you anything you need to know about your vehicle or tires. The ones that work on the vehicles will tell you what needs to be done and give you the best up front pricing that is possible with what they can see at the time. There may be some unforeseen things once they start the work but they will let you know as soon as they find an issue. They are not like any other shop that charges by the book times and will they inflate a repair bill to make more money. They are good hard working people that want to help others in need. My son in the past has purchased used tires from them and after purchase had an issue. They changes out the tires with no questions asked and you cant get that from the big name box stores. Talking with all of these folks here is like talking to friends or family. They are a small shop so keep that in mind when you plan a repair. Bottom line is good hard working people and honest work at a fair price.

Been calling and calling this place to find out how much my bf owes on his car they have had for forever and no one can ever give us a price seems the owner is never there and never returns phone calls. How can they expect vehicle owners to come get their vehicles when they never return calls or have anything in the computer.. How is this place still even open u can t run a business this way very unprofessional point blank period!!!!

Oh my gosh this place LITERALLY saved my life. I was stuck with two busted tires in the middle of Lexington and mind you I'm from Charleston so I was a good two hours from home and I was stranded. They were about 10 minutes to closing when I called and I told them my situation and they were willing to stay open until I got there! I pulled in on my two busted wheels and they wasted no time in fixing me up. While I waited they made me feel very at home and made me laugh. Very sweet and kind people!! Plus I really appreciated the woman who worked there, I didn't know what size my tires were and she showed me how to get any kind of information I wanted about my car and where to get it from! As a single woman who travels a lot for work I definitely needed to know that. She was so sweet and helpful. Plus the tires and labor was very reasonable in price and their hospitality couldn't be matched. I was 1000 percent happy and they got me back on the road and to home in no time. I will be going back even though its out of my way for more tires in the future. Thanks again so much!!

Quality service and extraordinary people. I could not have had a better experience. Their mechanic Justin is 1 in a million repacked my bearings and even looked at my back drums and showed me what was wrong with my brakes. Super friendly people, treat you like a friend and a customer. Look forward to future business.

William and all of the guys were fantastic. We got a flat tire early in the morning near Pelion, called Roadrunner Tire, and William picked up and was so kind. He towed our car and his father in law brought us to the shop. They were so quick, knowledgeable, and fair. I would 100% recommend these guys. Thank you SO much for all of your help!

My wife took her truck there to have it serviced. She was extremely happy with them getting her in and out in a timely manner. Such a great group of people who own/work there. Thanks for being such a great shop.

We have been here a couple of times and we won t go anywhere else. Fast and friendly service and the tire are like new. Great prices. My husband has a dodge pick up truck and we pay $40 for his tires and I have a Ford Focus and we pay $35 for mine. I send and tell everyone about this place. I d give it more stars if I could. Great job guys!

These are some very honest friendly hardworking individuals. They do not overcharge and they are quick to fix any issue that may arise after your visit. I thought my alignment was bad but turns out I had more than one bad tire from these ridiculous potholes in our state. Will gladly recommend others here in the future as well!

I was in a tight spot, really needed a good auto repairman. Brakes were shot and I had 3 other people attempt the repairs. Needless to say this was costly. Roadrunner Tire and Repair did an excellent job, quickly and at a minimal cost. Great people for all your vehicle needs !!!!

Our son was without a vehicle for a few days due to repairs needing to be done. Jessica took the time to track down parts that weren't able to be purchased at the parts store and went out of her way to pick them up. Cody worked on the truck on a Friday night until well after closing time to finish his truck so that he could have a way back and forth to work. You do not find this kind of help at every repair shop, not saying others dont so it but it is few and far between. They have always been honest and fair with pricing. Awesome group of people and we cant speak highly enough of them.

Absotively posilutely EXCELLENT service. We were offered beverages and kept abreast of everything that was transpiring with our vehicle while we waited. There are not many businesses that will tell you.. " No. You really don't need that for your vehicle at this time".These folks here you can definitely TRUST.Of course business is about making money, however these folks are HONEST. Something that is hard to find in the automotive repair industry. The work was done at a reasonable rate and in a very timely manner.I would recommend Roadrunner to any and everyone. If you want a great value, top notch treatment and it's done right.... These are the people you should contact.

These guys were AMAZING, and the prices are best in town! I will be giving them all of my future business. Very kind, professional, and fast service. The fact they were willing to help me after hours was a life safer! Please check them out and don't waste your time going else where.

This place is a diamond in the rough! John, William, and Jessica are amazing!! They don't just sell a product or service. They actually listen to their customers and fix the problems they come to them with. The staff is warm and friendly, and very down-to-earth! They don't over-sell anything you don't need. I would recomend Roadrunner to anyone.

Great excellent service from some guys who really know what they're doing. I needed some quality affordable tires for my daughter's car, and I was in and out, no time flat with much more than I expected to get anywhere else for my money. I highly recommend, that you check to see if they have what you need, before heading anywhere else.

Very convenient awesome people, let me know my tire was not worth repairing for our little pull trailer and that it would be cheaper to just get another one ,even told us where to go for one.

Upon arrival my pregnant girlfriend has a flat to the rim, there's one person working, I was out of town working and was headed home, and they made her wait over 2 hours before they changed the tire. Ok, tire changed and gone and for $45 no complaints, until 2 weeks later the same tire went flat again, so we go to another shop, and to our shock this tire has a plug and 2 patch plugs that we didn't know were there. I'm still Disgusted, my 3 children ride in this car, so thankful that we didn't have an accident!!

Very responsive, fixed my tire, it had a nail in it, and had me back on the road in less than half an hour. They also service cars and some mechanical work, transmissions and pulling engines not so much due to their limited garage working space, but other than that they are willing to go.

This review is for 'Poor Man's Auto' - which operates at the same address, and is the car sales side of the business. The only way to really reach any person involved is to contact William Palidwar on Facebook or go in person. (This is the person this review refers to.) We thought perhaps because this is a smaller business, they would be more honest and better to work with. We were, horrifically, wrong. My friend and I first viewed a truck on sale on 12/11, and he had looked at it alone a day prior. He was ready to buy this truck on the spot, once my father - a mechanic of over 50 years - approved of it.The truck mentioned in this review is a 1989 Ford F-150 with approximately 390,000 miles (actual was 389-something) with an automatic transmission. I want to precede the rest of the review with the note that we did NOT expect it to be in pristine cosmetic condition, we DID expect it to be of sound mechanical condition.William - who chose to come out and be the sales representation for the business was the worst, most arrogant man I have ever encountered in my entire life. His completely ignorant and crass behavior was appalling, and only started when we started asking questions that any intelligent person looking to spend ANY amount of money on a vehicle would be asking. We all arrive on 12/13 - my husband, myself, my friend, my mother and my father, to look at this truck. First, William comes out to crank up the truck and tries to crank it several times, making a horrendous metal-on-metal noise. He had previously told my friend (on 12/10) that it needed a starter and he'd replace it for 70$. My dad had the hood open and when William kept trying to crank it, my father told him to stop, that the bolts were so loose - if he kept trying - he was going to ruin the flywheel.William returned to the shop, retrieved a tool, and tightened up the starter bolts, and attempted to crank it up again. The truck cranked up fine at this point and ran fairly well. This would have been well and good and my friend would have bought this truck on the spot at this point.... IF my father did not start pointing out the work that needed to be done with it. He began appraising the truck - and let me mention that it is not because of him being my father that I know he knows what he's talking about, he has done this longer than William has been alive - and said that he couldn't justify paying 1,500$ for a truck that needed over 500$ worth of work put right back into it.William did not like that my father said anything. I am not sure if he thought that my friend did not know my father well, or if he'd asked some random mechanic to come along and try to lowball him on the truck, but this was not the case. He waited until my father walked out of earshot and said "your guy obviously doesn't know what he's talking about. I could get 1500 for this all day long. Obviously he has no idea what he's talking about."Needless to say, my friend said that even IF my father had approved of the truck, or if the guy knocked it down to free, he wouldn't do business with him. It makes a difference just how much time and care you put into customer interaction, especially if you are in customer service. This is also what spurned on this review and several others that I will be posting everywhere I possibly can to save the next person some headache. I canNOT comment on their automotive maintenance work, though William reassured us that ALL the RECENT work on the truck we were looking at had been done by him, if that tells you anything.I'm not sure I would do business with these people even if my car broke down right across the road from them and I had "no" choice. I would rather be towed and pay extra money just to avoid it.EDIT: No one asked this person to knock the truck down to free, there was only a comment made about the price being too high (not a lower offer, just a comment). If any of what I wrote was actually read, I said that even IF the truck were free, we wouldn't bother doing business with this person.

My girlfriend's son went here to get used tires. They said the tires look like new. The four that the mechanic put on the vehicle were worst than the ones taken off. I told her to get new tires in the first place but still... a lie is a lie... a rip off is a rip off.

Came in and they were very professional and friendly...bought 2 used tires and had two of my own...they mounted and balanced all four and with the 2 they sold me was only 100$..and not only that but one of the tires had slow leak so I came back the next day and the fixed it free of charge and they didn't just plug it and send me on my way..no they removed tire from rim and fixed the tight way..from the inside...I'm so happy with will and John I'm taking trailblazer in for an oil change next week..so take it from me..stop on in you won't be disappointed
