Customer service is top notch. Pricing isn t as bad as the dealership, but still not what I would call fair for things like cabin air filters and wiper replacements. That said, convenience of not having to do it yourself costs more so I don t hold that against them. I do think corporate needs to dial back the upselling that they are clearly requiring with every interaction. Not a knock on the staff, they re doing what they re trained to do. This location absolutely deserves 5 stars.But ..selling a monthly subscription of $30 (that s $360/year) for vehicles that will almost never need more than 2 oil changes in a 365 day period is straight up robbery. Even if I were to have paid dealership price for an oil change and a tire rotation twice a year this monthly plan would actually be more expensive. Recurring revenue for auto repair shops should be the byproduct of exceptional service and training.

Great customer service last time we were in. Especially from Chad. Very detailed and attentive. Found stuff the last place never mentioned, which explains why my vehicle was having the issues. Chad had a great personality, was friendly, and compassionate about his customers. We need more people like this in customer service. I can't remember the name of the lady working at the counter but she too was very friendly!! Thanks yall

Johnny was amazing he helped me as I was traveling from Atlanta Georgia . Guided me through Lexington to find the the store . He walked me through their amazing specials their having and also ran a free diagnostics with my oil change . Highly recommend. Amazing customer service !

I had taken my car there a few months ago and the problem wasn t resolved. I brought it back and there was a new team. They immediately checked out the car and had everything fixed. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and informative. I trust them with my vehicle and would recommend.

The young lady that serviced my car was awesome (and she was new to the Precision Tune Auto Care Team). The manager was handling a difficult situation about a warranty (or lack of warranty) and he was very polite as he multitask between the phones and customers. I love this location!

Lily provided amazing above and beyond service! I got an air flow sensor replaced but then took it back because there were still issues. Turns out it was defective but she replaced it free of charge and took care of the issue!

After getting no acknowledgement or service walking into Northlake Automotive one morning, Precision Tune guys took care of me promptly and gave honest service and trustworthy expert advice. They offered me the service I needed with no hassle. Car is still running a lot quieter. I will be going back to take care of a couple other things.

Been getting my oil changed here for the last few years, but this time I could tell management was different. They were very up front about everything, the price, what they were doing and what I needed. They also got me in the very last second so I appreciate that as well. The guys at this Precision Tune location went above and beyond! I needed some work done on my car and called ahead. Brian talked to me on the phone and gave me great advice on what to do. When I got to the store the next business day, I overheard him talking to the woman in line in front of me, also giving her helpful advice. I came near closing time and thought I d have to schedule an appointment the following day, but Brian got Coby and they fixed me right up. A car repair I d been putting off for 7 months was repaired in 7 minutes. So often, women dread going to get car repairs because of the time and the hassle. These guys were honest and saved me time and money. I ll be recommending Precision Tune to everyone. Thank you Brian and Coby!

Paid for an engine diagnostic and they said it needs new spark plug wires and throttle position sensor, so I paid $480 to have the work done. They said it didn t fix the problem and would get back on it Monday. Monday morning I was given the diagnostic report that a different, more knowledgeable technician performed which stated that there were two cylinders misfiring because of clogged fuel injectors. I was charged for spark plug wires and TPS which I didn t need because they didn t run a diagnostic test when they said they did. They just guessed at the problem making me pay for it and when that didn t work they waited for the real mechanic to come in and do the work correctly. England, the manager, was cool and courteous

I purchased a new battery for my truck from Auto Zone only to discover the positive terminal was corroded so badly that not only could they not get it loose but the terminal connector and fuse box on the end of the cable would have to be replaced also, which they don t do. The manager referred me to England, the manager of Precision Tune just down the street. I drove there and England himself handled the whole process in his parking lot. I am 70% disabled and never had to leave my truck. It s this type of service that makes a loyal customer. I applaud England. Precision Tune should feel fortunate to have him in their employ. I highly recommend him and his company.

I absolutely would recommend this spot to anyone looking to get their vehicle serviced. England was very kind and professional and I didn t feel as though I was getting swindled out of my money. The whole team worked quickly to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner. AND the prices aren t so bad either.I m definitely going back to get more of my car service needs done in the future.

Thank you to England and his crew!I called Precision Tune Auto Care because my truck started acting funny as I was running errands with my daughter. (I stopped at another garage and they wouldn't even try to help)Precision did not hesitate, they stated I could come over for them to look at my truck. When I got there they too seem very busy with other vehicles, yet they quickly connected my vehicle to the computer to tell me exactly what was wrong and when it could be fixed.My vehicle has been fixed and running well.

I always bring by car here to John. My daughter also just had her alternator fix and replaced and I find this place honest and trustworthy. I recently started hearing a strange noice under the hood, and John helped me right away determine the problem. My insurance paid them over $3,000 plus $400 out of pocket for the water pump replacement, my 2013 Mazda Cx-9 spent 7 months at this shop and it came back in worse shape than it went in, They gave me the car leaking oil, timing belt off, missing nuts and screws, missing parts, and the engine out of place by 2 inches due to motor mount lose and bent. After many attempts to repair the extended damage they created and couldn t fix I decided to go to a different mechanic and I had to spend over $900 just to fix the mess this shop created. I don t recommend going to this shop.

The crew at Precision Tune in Lexington went above and beyond in reparing my automobile. They searched for the right parts until they found them and focused on my particular auto until they came up with a solution and fixed it. This is what many other car repair shops would do as well but these guys did it with a very helpful attitude. They helped me understand just what needed to be done and how much it would cost before they did any work. They told/showed me exactly what they were doing during the repair process and why it would be best for my automobile. I have been satisfied with their work in the past and I plan to continue being their customer in the future. I feel that I can really trust these guys.

Just want to commend two of your employees at store 64-38. England and Blake are always very professional and friendly. They never try to force a service that isn't necessary and always complete what is needed in a friendly, professional and timely manner. I got stranded in my RV on the Saturday of MLK weekend on the way to New Orleans and called 20+ auto shops with no answer or no help offered. Just when I was about to lose all hope, daylight running out, England Foster picked up the phone. He told me if I can get it to him, he ll try and see what he can do. This man and his crew squeezed me in at the end of their day and even stayed an extra hour and a half to re-thread an engine piston/cylinder and replace a blown spark plug. He s honest, kind, extremely fair-priced, and someone I hope to have a beer with someday! I wish more people were like him in this world. Under new management now. Spoke to Kenny. He was very knowledgeable and apologetic for the previous work (that wasn't his fault) and he got me in and out in 30 minutes. He's got years of experience and he's a great people person too. I highly recommend giving them a try under this manager.
