Hands down the worst auto part store around. If I could go lower with stars I would. Our brake line snapped leaving us stranded. Luckily we had a O Reillys across the street. Or at least we thought we were lucky. At first it seemed as though we would be in the road in no time. Was told the part would arrive in an hour. No big deal. They took our number and said they d call us when the part arrives or anything changes. We left for an hour and a half and came back only to be told that they weren t doing anymore delivery that day and the next truck would arrive the next morning around 730/8ish. Their hub amazingly all contracted Covid while we were waiting. No one called and the guy who told us it would arrive in an hour hid in the back. We already bought the part and it was to late to order another else where so we had to wait. We showed up the next day at the time they told us and they informed us the delivery wouldn t come until 930/10. We waited and they never called even when the truck arrived. That was even after they said they would. We sat in the parking and watched no less than 6 employees including their district manager fart around. When we finally got the part we discovered the professionals at O Reillys had ordered the wrong one. We had to go back. Magically the handful of employees that hovered around the front desk were MIA when we showed back up. Some important meeting in the back is what I was told. Perhaps about being professional. Negative stars in my book. Thanks for not helping at all and wasting our time.

The staff rocked. Very helpful in finding the things I needed. The shelves were stocked and the price of items I purchased were very reasonable. O O O Reilly

I really felt as if they discriminated against me. They claimed they could not change the battery of my A3 Audi. They also had my son do too much to purchase the battery. I provided them the vin number and the battery info and then they wanted more.This made absolutely NO sense. I had my insurance company Geico send out a vendor and immediately the battery was placed in.They made an excuse as to why they didn t want to do it and has my son there for about 45 minutes. They also failed to give him a receipt so I had to send him back to get a receipt.Very incompetent and I m certain this was a form of discrimination because they had no one there and no reason why they could not put my battery in my car. They didn t need anything special.

Amazed at professionalism! That had the parts and even installed. He thanked me for doing business with him and not their competitors... Excellent employee, you know who you are! You helped with the black Jeep Gladiator... you will always have my business. Take care guys!

Have a jeep cherokee that JTs wanted $500 to change the headlight bulb. The crazy HID did cost $125 but the young guy working about 7:30pm help me a lot by installing it in less than 5 min. Glad these guys are around to help.

I m going to start off by saying this is a good store. I had people who were really nice but today was not so good. I came in for a part for my car and it was cheap. It only cost me $3.73. I m hard of hearing so I only heard $3.00. The cashier name is Dalton he gave me a dollar bill and a receipt. I walked to the door and when I got a chance to read what my total change back should have been, I went to ask for the rest of my money which was $0.21 cents. Dalton said must have drop it on your way out. I don t normally get mad over these things but it s the principal of doing your job correctly and accepting your mistakes. Just because you mess up, don t blame your mistakes on the customer. I find it very rude that I told him I m hard of hearing and took advantage of me and thought I wouldn t notice what he did. I hope Dalton gets training for better customers service.

Walked into the store at 6.32 pm and the young man working in thier didnt even offer any assistance. When i talked to him it was like i was bothering him to do his job. Wont be back again ill try a different store.

After losing my vehicle's oil cap, I called O'Reilly's to see if they had one in stock. I chose them simply because I was nearby, they had a cap in stock, and they were reasonable with pricing. I arrived at 8:55; it took less than 5 minutes to complete the purchase and be on my way. The staff was courteous and helpful. One of the guys was helping another customer replace their wipers when I dropped my new oil cap in the engine . He grabbed a flashlight and helped me retrieve the cap and place it properly - after close! I am impressed with his willingness to help. I will definitely return for any future automotive needs.

Open the hours they post, so tonight, until 10pm. Helpful clerks that know the store floor inventory by heart, making it a brief in and out stop for me. Heather even offered to install the rear wiper, as a courtesy. Highly recommend supporting this store.

Employee Luke pulled out the wrong size part. As I got home that's when I realized it was the wrong part. So I had to drive back to this location for the second time to get the correct part. I live 25 minutes away. Then I was told that the part that I was getting this time was more expensive after I was told on the phone before I went up there the first time that the price of the part was what I paid the first time. Using a military discount the second go-around still didn't bring it down to the price that I was told the part was before I purchased the first one. I don't think I'll be doing business with O'Reilly's again.

I went in for a new battery, real nice guy working there named Andrew offered to install it for free and got me the better deal to buy a slightly more premium battery that qualified me for a $25 rebate! Will go here from now on for parts.

After being sold the wrong battery from the Autozone next door we returned to find they were closed for the night. My wife had a busy day planned the following day so we purchased another battery from O'Reilly. Hannah found the right battery for us and even apologized for Autozone, since she knew we were frustrated. She did a nice job explaining the difference between the batteries at different price points versus just saying this fits and here you go. She signed us up for the rewards program and asked that we try O'Reilly first next time.

They are always nice with their customers. I get good treatment everytime I take my car there and today I bought a New battery for my Corolla, they replaced it and I am very satisfied!!

I needed to replace a headlight bulb on my daughter's chevy silverado. I called O'Reilly's auto parts on West Main snd spoke with Steve to inquire about a price for the bulb and whether they installed bulbs. Steve informed me that they did carry the bulb and could change the bulb depending on the vehicle and access needed. He was very polite, professional and accomodating. When I arrived at O'Reilly's , I met Hunter who was working the counter and I explained that I had talked to Steve earlier about my need for a bulb for the headlight for my daughter's silverado. Hunter immediately located the bulb I needed and did an excellent job in replacing the bulb in my daughter's silverado in minutes and making sure it worked and that it was secure before I left. From my initial contact with Steve and Hunter until I left the store, I can't say enough about how well they treat their customers. Both of them were friendly,professional knowledgeable and respectful in helping me out. I'll definitely return to O'Reilly's for any of my automotive parts needs. GREAT JOB STEVE AND HUNTER!

Absolutely the worst parts store i have dealt with, twice in one day i have called to see if they had an item to be told yes i go there and they dont, i even ask the guy on the phone are you sure you have it, he said yes and i get there to be told no after askin 3 different people who didnt even want to be bothered with me, looks like i will be goin back to dealin with advance or autozone

Told us they would order a part and would be in the next day... Well they lied. Showed up the following day and said it won't be in until Tuesday. Could've ordered the part online and had it faster.

So how does a place that is supposed to be for the American workers fire a single mother on Mother s Day? That is just absolutely disgusting especially when they have the gall to pay just above minimum wage making it that much more difficult to support yourself and your young daughter on top of taking away their weekends which increases the difficulty of finding a babysitter.... just shameful
