I'm very impressed how they repaired my vehicle. My vehicle was hit by a deer ( Yup that's right Deer decided to cross the road and ran toward my car) They sanitized inside and cleaned it as well! I'm very satisfied and thank you for the very positive experience.

Very dissatisfied with Customer service. It took 6 weeks to repair a "fender bender" due to parts being order and damaged during shipping and then reordered. I think my vehicle was pushed into a corner and rescheduled due to parts issues.

They were very nice, pleasant and professional! They recognized my profession as a nurse, when I picked my car up, which was heart touching!

I chose this store and location for my insurance claim. I never received a call from them. I called a couple days later to ask if I could just drop my car off and they said I needed an appointment and someone would contact me. Never heard anything for a week so I went in my claim online and chose Caliber and they called that morning.

ZERO Stars! Horrible experience at this business from the beginning. Showed up to my scheduled appointment on August 19th, 2022 to be advised they didn't have me scheduled. They proceeded to bad mouth the guy who scheduled me in my presence. They did work up my estimate and then told me that they couldn't take my vehicle in until September 28th. I was told that prior to intake, they would be checking on parts availability to ensure they could have the parts when my truck came in. Ok, I get understaffing and supply chain issues despite being anxious to repair something that was my fault. Shop worked well with State Farm to get the claim processed. On August 21st, I got a call to be advised they had "lost a technician", were running behind, and needed to reschedule me for "the last week in November or first week of December". She also advised that the muffler (not even on the repair list) and the rear bumper were both on "back order" with no time frame. There are PLENTY of bumpers for my truck currently showing in stock on multiple sources online. I could never get the lady to explain why I was being put back at the end of the line, and she kept referring to loosing the one technician. This is an obvious case of a business not knowing how to properly schedule work around their workload, and I am taking my business elsewhere. While I can't objectively say I was lied to, the math in their story just doesn't add up.

ABOVE & BEYOND! In addition to them doing an amazing job just restoring the car, their customer service was truly impeccable. They kept my brother updated with the status of both the repair work as well as any communications they had with the insurance company, by text. They also volunteered to stay open a tad later on the day he arrived to pick up his car, so they could explain everything & make sure he was fully satisfied. They were in no way obligated to do this but did so happily. The owner was so incredibly kind & thoughtful. The damage you see in the images I uploaded was from a UPS Driver who took out the right front end of my brother's car while it was parked at his office. The driver was very apologetic & UPS paid for the restoration. There was no question as to where my brother would be taking his vehicle for the extensive work that needed to be done. Carolina Paint and Body has always done fantastic work for our family. This is why I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for great body work by people who are not only great at restoring vehicles but also great with the public.

They had my car THREE months. They said they had shipping issues for parts, and people out with covid. But three months??? During that time, there were multiple times they were confused about the state of my car and even where my car was. I have zero confidence in the repairs they did, and am now very nervous about driving my car. They didn't even bother to check the pressure in the tires. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Do NOT recommend.

Wade Shull (one of the gentlemen that works there) is an absolute pleasure to deal with! He is a 100% straight up honest, sincere & absolutely only gives you the truth with no BS! He goes out of his way to be as accommodating as possible & unlike other auto places he & his colleagues actually do look out for what's best for you the customer. They do outstanding work as well. I honestly wouldn't even hesitate to make them your 1st choice!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Professional staff. They did great work. It took longer than I hoped, but that was due to the supply chain issue. No fault of Joe Hudson's. When I did get my car back, the work was absolutely stellar.

Second car I've had repaired here and been pleased. This time was a BMW SUV and they did a great job replacing the door and matching the paint. They are very through and courteous.

Took my car there to get the bumper replaced after a fender bender and they did a great job. They worked with the insurance company to ensure I didn't have to worry about additional costs. As an added bonus when I picked up the car, they cleaned the inside and out!Highly recommend!

I d like to retract my last rating and or comments about this Business , and to apologize to the owners/managers and staff and anyone that I may have caused them to not really experience this level of yeal people that understand you and when situations become heated. Which happened in my first post .. we are just people and I am a disabled Army Veteran and I can say I m ashamed of my last review I let my PTSD control my people skills . And they still took me back, and welcomed me and are honest about there Work and explain and help you through the process even if you come in without an appointment... !! The 5 star rating is what they deserve and that s what I give them and recommend you try them or give them a second chance ! Their work speakers for itself and they actually care about you as a Costumer an a person !! I truly hope you let them do what they do best and take car of your car heck all your family s cars ! I m a customer for life !! !! And I ll be letting others as well especially my military brothers and sisters !! !!

It is hard for me to understand the wide divergence of reviews on this shop. My experience with them (2 occasions of mild to moderate damage, both involving insurance) was absolutely positive: excellent work, fastidious craftsmanship, completed timely, good communication, good customer relations, willingness to cooperate with adjuster about changes to scope of work needed, . . . and on and on. I can only speculate that the reviews are skewed by a variation on the squeaky wheel phenomenon: that a minority of people, who had an atypical unpleasant experience, are more likely to take the trouble to enter a review.

This is a review from 2015 that was previously posted on Yelp.Car was damaged in an accident that I was not at fault for. Being new to the area, I differed to what ESurance recommended in terms of body shops. Initially, I was impressed by the service...receiving prompt phone calls, updates with pictures online that I could follow, e.t.c. But from there, the problems started.1) Promised delivery date was changed 3 times, delayed 1 1/2 weeks: Annoying, yes...but in their defense, the accident occurred around the same time as the South Carolina floods and they were having issues getting parts and the proper vendors to service the vehicle.2) Car not properly detailed: When I picked up the car, it looked great. I excitedly drove the car off the lot only to realize, when I was grabbing something in the center console of my car, that the glass shards weren't vaccumed. How this was missed, as well as the glass shards in the vents that were never vaccumed and came flying out towards me is beyond me. Furthermore, my GPS unit has a mechanical drive unit in order to rotate the screen out to access the DVD/CD player. Glass was all over the inside of the unit and the unit temporarily jammed. What really pissed me off was the fact that the person I talked to claimed that "he didn't realize that the unit opened up." Considering this shop has been around for 20-30 years and can't properly detail a car was a huge red flag. Additionally, their defense was "we detail the car 2-3 times after everything is finished." You clearly didn't.3) Damage to the front fender: When I drove the car off the lot, I "road tested" the car on the highway after finding problem #2. Now, I will say that the horizontal slat of fender was previously damaged by myself when I was installing my license plate but as I was driving, I discovered that the car made a "flapping noise." Turns out that the whole vertical support structure of the fender was damaged. Currently, this is more of an annoyance factor as it seems the shop has missed/overlooked this because of the previous damage...the shop has submitted a request with the insurance company to get this repaired, stay tuned to see if this does get repaired.4) Missing plastic wheel well retainer clips/loose body work: This one really pissed me off. After discovering the damage to the front fender, I decided to go through the car with a fine tooth comb and discovered 3 missing plastic wheel well retainer clips and that the piece of body work where the bumper meets the side panel jutting out after my highway test. These clips and the fix for the loose body work aren't expensive by any means...what concerns me is the overall picture of my experience with details missed time after time and the concern of what corners were cut with my car putting it back on the road after 68% of the value of the car was damaged. The only saving grace of this experience was the customer service. Anna, the front office lady, was great. Jack, the shop owner, was the one who addressed my concerns personally the two times I brought the car back to get it looked at/repaired/cleaned.TL;DR: concerns of shop missing details/cutting corners

Unfortunately, on Sat., 7/28/18, while driving along a country road, at about 10:00 pm, and cruising at about 55 mph, a small deer suddenly jumped out of the woods and collided with the front of my car. It was too dark and dangerous to stop. Once home I noted damage the front of my car. I dropped my car off at Carolina Paint and Body and they started work on Tue, 7/31/18. It is now 8/3/18 and my car is back in my driveway, flawlessly and beautifully repaired. Their level of professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and expertise would be very hard to match and even more difficult to exceed. I received daily messages on the project and was always in the loop as to what was being done. If you ever need auto paint and body work, you csn surely trust Carolina P&B to do right by you.

We have used Carolina Paint and Body twice now, once in 2010 and 2020. They did a fantastic job both times. I definitely recommend. Happy customer.

Ive now had 3 vehicles done at the location in Lexington. 6 years ago i had some cosmetic damage on my 2002 Trans Am. The car was Pearl Metallic Silver, the absolute hardest to match. They painted the front fascia and passenger fender blending into the hood. The car was a flawless match. Even in bright sunlight you could not tell. Recently my 2014 Silverado Z92 had a wheel come off and damaged the front fender and bed quarter. This is a custom order $63,000 truck and once again the work quality was impeccable. Im very satisfied.

Took our car in to repair a dent in the rear quarter panel and touch up the rear bumper. They sent us an email on Wednesday and said the car was ready. We were out of town so we went by to pick up the car on Friday. When we got there the car had a spot of wet paint on the bumper that did not match the original color -not even close. The paint was still wet and came off on my finger when I touched it. The bumper also had a crease in it. When I brought it to their attention I was told that the pearl white paint was hard to match and that was the best they could do. Very low quality work and terrible customer service. I will use another body shop in the future.

I worked with the Newland Road location on my wife's Volvo. They did a very thorough and professional job. Everything is fixed perfectly and the Volvo looks brand new again. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Went there to go get a quote, was told to come back a few days later. Ridiculous. There's a charge for sanitizing your vehicle, asked what chemicals were used, associate responded I don't know... Nickel and diming every different type of fee overpriced and very disappointed.Too bad the original owner sold the company. Meh!

Wish I could give a review of the quality of work, but can only mention customer service. Walked in for a quote and was told by the admin that I would have to wait because the estimator was busy working on fixing a computer problem. He said it would probably be more than 20 minutes. Sad when customers aren't put first.
