Took my 2013 Ford Edge in to repair rear liftgate. I had mentioned that I needed to reset the Change Oil indicator. Jiffy Lube usually always resets, but missed it on a recent visit just 2 weeks prior. Not only did Jim Hudson's team reset the oil indicator, but refilled my Window Washing Fluid, too. In a world where it's hard to get your money's worth, these small gestures were most welcome and appreciated. Give Jim Hudson of Lexington a try for your next routine maintenance or repair!

Bought a F-250 super duty with all the warranties, was told not too long ago that I had a specific amount of oil changes left and now they tell me that it expired due to time. Not happy with being misinformed and definitely will never do business with Jim Hudson Ford again. This is twice now that the service department has tried to get over on me and will not allow it to happen again. I will find another reputable company to perform the maintenance on my vehicle.

I had to wait 3 hours for an oil change and it was by appointment.Do not accept appointments if you do not have the staff to do so.The facilities were very clean and the staff were very friendly.

Parts Department.DO NOT TRUST THEMI have dealt with them twice. One time was to get brake pads, they said they had them in stock. When I went to pick them up, they had 2 different pad compounds. That is very bad when putting on your vehicle. Parts guy said it be OK, and it is NOT OK. Wrong pad on your rotor will wear the rotor incorrectly and cause problems. They didn't care.Second time. I verified on Jim Hudson Parts online if they had a part, i called them, and they wanted $110 more over the phone. He said if you don't like it order it online. They do not honor their own pricing, DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Only reason for 2 stars is because the staff is nice and respectful. 3rd oil change after buying a $40,000 vehicle off the lot, all 3 times I've set appointments, sat and waited for OVER 3 hours. Don't book appointments if you aren't staffed. Don't advertise "quick, convenient oil change" when that's the furthest thing from the truth.

Called yesterday and asked for an appointment for a oil and filter change on my 2022 F450. Was asked if 1:30 tomorrow would work. I said yes. I Arrived the following day at 1:20. Was promptly greeted by a service advisor. Quickly checked the vehicle in, and was asked by the advisor if I would be waiting. I told her yes. After waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes in the waiting room, I again approached the service counter. After 10 minutes, I was finally told that they had not started on my vehicle. I asked to speak to the service manager. I was directed into his work area, and I asked him what he was going to to make this right. He then said he would change the oil for free. I told him this oil change was already free (Ford Pass Points). I then told him whoever is responsible for this should be fired! He said he was responsible and if I though he should be fired. I told him yes, and asked to speak to his boss. While talking to his boss, he came into the room and said this is his first time here, he has no service record. We will just give him his vehicle back. Sadly, this vehicle only has 7,500 miles and was only due for its first service. More so, I have spent about $15,000 with this dealer in service on my 2011 F150. This is an utter disappointment.

I took my 2019 Ford Edge in as I noticed my coolant was very low. The Service Advisor asked if I wanted it topped of, I said yes. Well the mechanic came to the car with water ONLY. I said what are you doing? He said he was going to mix it with anti freeze. He topped it off with water. I said anti freeze helps to keep your engine cool in the summer time. NOT impressed with service!!!

I had an appointment at 7:30 May 11 for routine oil change and tire rotation. I called at 10:30 for a status. I was told by the service advisor that they were slammed. The technicians put the people who are waiting at the dealership a priority. My vehicle was still in the line awaiting service. It's now 11:30 and no call. What is the use in having an appointment if you are pushed to the back of the line. This is a major problem at this dealership. The service manager needs to change policy if this is true. Won't be seeing me back there.Services: Tires, Oil change

Had to deal with Bob Hargrave, rude person!! asked him to please print in big letters on order as in past 2.5 years same problem of service people forgetting Def refill during oil change....why ...he thought this was funny....he also could not read the mileage correctly and insisted he was right, until I called my husband, then he went and checked again and only stated O the sun glare I couldn't see... wow...there must be better, smarter, respectful people to do these jobs...think we'll be looking for another dealer to spent our money at...three vehicles in 7 years...We Have Been Loyal...!!!!! It now 2 hours since my 8:30 appointment for a OIL CHANGE....

I brought in my wife s car for an oil change and to fix the radio. They did a reset that didn t fix it, I bring it back. I was told the diagnostics to find the problem was $200-250 and covered labor. I was then told the part to fix it was $300-$400. Total so far less than $650. Then that part didn t fix it. Then the next part they need to replace is $400-$500. So now they wanted $1250. I promise my math isn t wrong, they continued to increase labor costs. I was upset with them to the point they did a deal for me, both parts/labor/diagnostics all in for $800 ($469.90 was labor). I had to prepay them, but then to get them to finish the job I had to open a BBB complainant against them, in which they have many. I was promised the repair, an oil change and some refunded labor costs due to their inefficiency with internal communications. I went in, they wanted another $430 because one part wasn t listed on the previous invoice of the all in deal. They then decided to wave that part s cost. They didn t do an oil change and Greg Freeman said I lied about prepaying, no refund on labor. In the end All of this took 16 weeks and 5 days.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Poor communication! All you are ever told is it s in line. Vehicle has been there for almost a month, due to something covered under Ford s warranty and all I m ever told is it is in line. Loaner Vehicles are never available. This used to be a great place to do business.

The counter guys were not very helpful. But Catherine Murray was extremely polite and helpful. Because of her I may buy another Ford. She gets 5 stars

Impressive new garage doors. I was welcomed instantly. Directions were clear, waiting area bright and clean, progress information thoughtfully delivered. I feel so fortunate to be a Jim Hudson client.
