I needed a rear wiper arm and a passenger front seat inside door handle. The parts department was very courteous and helpful. They answered every question I had with patience and professionalism. When I ordered my parts, I got the parts guy on the right of the door. When I came back to pick up my parts, I got the parts guy on the left of the door. Both men where a credit to the company. I may not look forward to going back and having to buy more parts but I know to expect a pleasant experience when I get there. Pam.

I appreciate very much the help I received from the parts department. I had ordered part for my Explorer which was almost $300. It was connector which fits on the battery terminal. They said to get the piece I needed it had come with all the cables. I picked it up the next day. The salesman that helped me the next day, which I think was named Van , said he didn t think that I had to buy the whole thing. So he did more research, even though they were pretty busy, and found I could just get the top part. It only cost $46. Saved me almost $250. Thank you so much for caring that much about your customer.

I took my truck to the closest Ford dealer and was told I would have to make an appointment for 2 weeks later. So I left there and drove a little out of my way to Jim Hudson Ford in Lexington. They said they could get it in that day. They had to order the parts but my truck was fixed within two days. I rented a truck from them while they had mine and they did not even charge me for it. Top notch in my book. I highly recommend and will be going back for sure when I'm ready to upgrade.

Jim Hudson Ford is a great shopping experience. Hudson knows how to operate and run any dealership. Great customer service and shopping experience. Wayne at the parts counter is very helpful and knowledgeable. Have ordered parts with them many times. Sales staff is always there to answer any kind of questions about the great cars and trucks that they have to offer. Outstanding service department and also a great body shop on site too. Jim Hudson Ford is a one stop Ford Store in Lexington.

The parts department has done a wonderful job finding the parts I needed got them quickly and I have not had any problems with any of the employees there super friendly and professionals at there job! Great place to get the hard to find parts you need!

This has been my go to Ford dealership for years and the service has always been excellent. I don t have to worry about cheap knockoff parts being used and they ve stood by everything the ve done!
