Awesome group of people. Got my truck in and repaired within a two week time frame. Received daily updates on the status of the repairs. No complaints and definitely will be a first choice if any future repairs are needed

Great technicians and great staff. Sent me weekly updates on progress of my vehicle. Even finished early and waited after hours for me to pick it up. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend using this shop.

The service here was quick, courteous, and great! I was surprised and pleased with how quick the turnaround was. The repair looked perfect. Kimberly and Duane we're in constant communication with any updates, which I appreciated. They washed and vacuumed my car too! Tire shine for a bumper repair was a nice touch.

On our way from Southern Ohio. To board Our Cruise Ship, We hit a giant piece of Semi Retread, Our Car wasn't 2 months Old yet. We spent the night in South Carolina Where this occurred,They took our Car to be repaired. We got a Rental. Made the Ship. With Hurricanes threw out the State they finished up our Car. So Satisfied With their Work.

The level of customer service here is beyond words. From the first time I reached out to Kim, she took my concerns and made me feel welcomed, confident, and cared for. She didn t over promise me anything, in fact, she gave me a realistic time frame for the repairs to be made, but ended up having the work completed two days earlier. My car looks fantastic! Also, she provided me with a rental car discount, unlike my previous mechanic, saving me over $1,000 dollars. She, and her staff, followed up with every day of the process, and made business easy and convenient. What she did was not only gain a new customer, but a friend. This was the absolute worst body shop I ve ever been to. From the rude receptionist at the front desk to the rude mechanics. I was referred here by my Insurance claim. First, I was scheduled an appointment a month out from when I initially brought my vehicle in. During this time, I was told all the parts needed would be ordered so when I brought my car back I wouldn t have to wait on parts to come in. Upon bringing my car back, I was told it would take 3 days MAX to make the repairs. At day 3 I was told that the repairs couldn t be made and they still needed parts for my vehicle. I immediately cancelled the services. When I went back to get my vehicle my right turn signal light was out. I mentioned it to the receptionist and she was extremely rude to me and told me it was nothing they could do because I denied services. Eventually one of the mechanics came out to fix it. Bottom line, this was the worst service ever and never again!Service: Body & Trim

Best experience ever! These guys did an amazing repair on my F250. I was extremely impressed with the high level of service I received from the first moment I contacted John Reeves at Baker Collision Express in Lexington.I backed into someone 3 weeks ago causing what I thought was very expensive and extensive damage to my new truck. When I contacted my insurance company they informed me that there were only a few repair shops that could repair the aluminum body. I was pleased to know Baker was one of them since I have had contact with the owners at many community events in the past. I called in and spoke with John Reeves, I made an appointment for the same day and took it in to see him. He was very confident they could repair it right and we scheduled the repairs. I took it in the next week and they delivered the goods,! They delivered it on time and for what I thought was a very reasonable price for a repair that was top notch.Need your automobile repaired due to an accident? Trust me, take it here! I don t review a lot of people, because I m extremely picky, but these guys deserve a good one.Thanks guys!BKP

I had an accident on January 22, 2018 around 7:30pm. I had my vehicle towed to Baker s the next day and called them to explain the situation. They were very helpful over the phone and answered all of my questions. Heather was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She always returned my phone calls after leaving a voicemail and always seemed to be in an excellent mood. Everyone here is friendly and has the best customer service skills out there. My vehicle repairs were originally estimated to be completed on February 16, 2018 but they were done a day earlier! I was so happy to get a text message with a photo of my vehicle waiting to be picked up! This was my first accident and they were there the entire process to answer all of my questions, and trust me, I had A LOT. I also love that they have an Enterprise onsite as well, as that allowed me to drop off my rental when I picked up my vehicle. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future. Unfortunately, two days after picking up my vehicle, I was hit my debris from a vehicle. I went back to Baker s and got an estimate quickly. I will be getting the repairs done at Baker s as soon as all the formalities with the other party are complete. Thank you!

Staff is courteous and professional. We brought our 2020 hyundai Palisade in around Dec 16, 2021 for an estimated $2,300 collision repair. Our car is still drivable which is good because our parts are not expected in until mid March or April. Parts must be made in Korea then shipped into the U.S. into a supply chain which is still inefficient.Yet the staff remains courteous and attentive to nearly a hundred car owners in various stages of our "pickle".Thanks guys!

WOW! I had an AMAZING experience at Baker Collision. The office staff and auto technicians are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. I am a person that is very hard to please but I must admit that Baker EXCEED my expectations. I took must Lexus IS 350 in for a nasty dent that ran the length of the driver side of the car. Steve gave me an estimate that was very competitive to the 10 other body shops that I priced. I had a major concern about their painter being able to match the factory paint. However, Steve eased my fears by introducing me to their painter who stopped working on his current project just to talk to me. The painter inspected my car and explained to me in detail the process he uses to match the paint. I had no problem with leaving my car with them after our conversation. The work was completed on time and I was extremely happy with the results. There was an issue with additional charges (almost $200) for work that was not authorized by me that came up but Steve quickly resolved the issue by NOT CHARGING ME! I was throughly impressed and would recommend Baker Collision to my friends and family.

I am so pleased with my experience at Baker Collision Express. They did a wonderful job painting my car. It looks like a new car just off the lot! I appreciate how John, Jeff, Jake and Chase made me feel family. Their professional and yet friendly attitudes gave me great confidence in this establishment. I traveled from Aiken, SC to Baker Collision Express Lexington because of their outstanding reputation, and I'm so pleased that I did! I will definitely recommend my friends make the trip to Baker Collision Express Lexington for any of their collision needs.

My entire experience with Baker Collision was great! My GMC Acadia was repaired in a timely manner and it looks amazing! I was also very pleased to learn that they had cleaned out my entire car! It looks and smells like new! Heather, Chase, and Jake were all polite and very helpful. I will definitely recommend Baker Collision to family and friends!

The team at Baker was professional, they communicated well and they helped me navigate the insurance process. I had two separate claims but they were able to give me the needed guidance so we could complete both jobs at one time. The work included replacing my side mirror, driver side window and windshield. In addition my car needed paint work on the front bumper, hood, roof and side panel. My car looks great and I'm very pleased.

Shop is apparently good at what they do as there was a two-month waiting list to get my car repaired. Crazy but you only get a waiting list that long if you're good at what you do and have plenty of satisfied customers waiting.

Baker did a great job with repairing my vehicle again this is the second time they repaired my vehicle. As always they have great customer service. I would like to thank Heather, Chase, Jake and the entire baker collision team for making this another great experience.

This location used to be Baker collision. When the Baker family was running it they were very friendly and this was a good place to do business with. They are now owned by Gerber and they are A** holes!! Do not trust your car with these a** Holes!! When the baker family sold this business they keeps the family members but they are all gone now. No bakers still work for this poorly ran franchise!Service: Body & Trim

Baker repaired our car on time & it looks like new.If we have collision damage in the future, we will use Baker without a doubt.They handled all the insurance paperwork for us & returned the car clean.They even provided a warranty and followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with the repairs.5 stars! Gerber collision and glass is the best. They fixed my car up and got it done faster then they thought. Their customer service and hospitality is great! Baker Collision went above and beyond for me when I got in my car accident. I had severe front bumper/hood Damage to my Subaru Outback, and I honestly thought the car would be totaled. I was pleased when baker collision assessed and said they could fix it, picked it up from the tow shop (the accident happened 4 hours away from my home), and then kept me updated with every step through the process. I was driving a rental car during that time, and the repairs took a bit longer than expected, but these guys helped me cover the cost of the rental, and then personally delivered the car back to me in a completely different state so I didn't have to make the 8 hour round trip to pick it up. Accidents are super inconvenient as it is, but baker collision really helped make my first time dealing with a car accident not be nearly as annoying, expensive, and time consuming as it could have been. I really appreciate the help guys!

Baker Collision Express did a phenomenal job today repairing my Honda after a door from a truck severely dented my drivers side in the Best Buy parking lot. Both their body shop crew and their detailing crew did tremendous work and it looks brand new! Thanks! Keep up the good work!

This is the most professional body shop I have ever visited. They will return your vehicle to the exact condition it was in before the accident and they have certifications from auto manufacturers to prove it. Go to Baker, you will be glad you did. Top notch people doing top notch work every time. :)

The service my family and I recieved from Baker was impecable and my vehicle looked better than they day I bought it. As someone who can be hard to please and very detailed their service and quality of work thoroughly impressed me and my husband. I would highly recommend Baker Collision to anyone needing collision repairs.

My car was badly damaged and Bakers Collision Express was able to get me back on the road in a week. Their work is amazing. Trust them with your car, you want regret it. I will also like to give a shout out to Jake and Chase

When it was Baker's collision we never had any problems. This time we showed them the 3 little places (about an inch for each one) scratches. Scuffed the carport. $655 later and go to pick it up and they smoothed out 2 of the places and painted. Looked good. The 3rd was touched up and rough and nasty looking. Told us they weren't told to do that one. They touched it up for free. WTH. Why would you fix 2 and not the third one. Gladly offered to fix it for a nice price. No thank you. Guy was nasty.

Very pleased! Our Chevy Silverado was ready the next day. We were getting updates from Jeff and Heather shortly after it was dropped off and Jake got us checked out quickly. Very professional and friendly staff.

HORRIBLE!!! They worked on the same problem twice and I am now here stranded for the same issue. They did such a poor job that upon picking up the car I was told the check engine light was on due to a wheel bearing being put on the wrong way. They then had my car for another several weeks. This place is lazy and it shows in their work.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance
