Excellent place to repair a large truck, great service, excellent room for the driver to wait for the repair. Cold water, hot coffee, TV and cookie machines.

Parts personnel took the necessary time to find the part that I needed that the previous Southeast Excel group that allows a job on it told me they couldn't find the part took me through changes of ordering and offline from secondary companies they didn't get it right stopped in at the Excel and Lexington and they did an excellent job and got the part that I need.

Great customer service. Was able to urgently repair something that needed to be repaired in our RV for upcoming trip. Accommodated our needs with expertise and knowledge. Great with communication from Nelson (manager) - kept us in the loop each step of the way. Highly recommend! David and Jeanie L

Well this is my own experience so you do with the comment as you will I only had a window & a side mirror done right tell me why I can t use my key (on the right side) anymore it was clearly working before I left then they wanna charge me to do another work order( Bye)

I had high hopes for this shop. The shop Mgr was curious and professional. The hourly rate is $174. I believe that some parts were replaced that really didn't need to be replaced.But I like new stuff. I found out later that some of the work done was lacking proper techique. 2 days after getting my truck and paying a $4700. bill the bad work showed up. I found out that the old gasket on my wheel was still there along with the new one. That's why it leaked. Now I'm fearful of what else might go bad.

A couple years ago ETG in Virginia saved my butt and were amazing to deal with. Had an emergency this year and tried the Charlotte location and they were so rude. Called this location on my route to Atlanta and they went above and beyond!!! From the moment I called ahead, Lee, the service manager, said he'd take of my issue. I drove from Charlotte and James Brown (cooler than the famous one), spent half a day hunting down the hard to find parts I needed that were on backorder. He had the parts there as quick as they could possibly arrive. Jason, Bryan and the rest of the team were also accommodating and made me feel at home while I waited for the repairs, which they took care of as soon as the parts arrived. I left excel truck group once again feeling like more than a valued customer. This location continued the legacy of my previous awesome experience with ETG in Virginia . It's too bad the Charlotte location didn't even come close. Thank you guys for saving the day and making sure I could get the RV back on the road ASAP so I didn't have to cancel any Skin Cancer screenings, which is what the vehicle is used for. Your team and techs are all fantastic and just spectacular people.

These guys were amazing . I have 2018 Cascadia w / over 500k miles . DD 13 Detroit . I went in w a what alienates to be a def issue .. they got me right in and found the problem right away . I ve they replaced the inlet sensor they said they run it through another test that would also serve as an update to my truck . I next there with my truck running like new ! Very pleased and impressed ! Thank you Excel of Lexington !

My def pump went out. Joe and his team showed 1 in stock. Got me in and diagnosed the 1st day and out the next day before 1000 which is extremely rare for a dealership. Unbelievable service! These guys are great. My experience was the absolute best!

I had to have two rear axle seals replaced in the rear of my 2021 Entegra CornerstoneBobby Heartfield came out to my building and did the repair, came back the second day and replaced the fluid.He did a great job in a timely manner, and cleaned the area that he was working in.I will have Excel and Bobby do the service and repair in the future.Thanks Bobby

I want to give Mr. James Brown 5 stars, he is so knowledgeable on parts. He also goes above and beyond helping me. And I would like to give Joe Spires 4 stars because he deserves it. If I have to buy parts I prefer to go there. Thanks for all your help....Bobby at sky express llc

I needed filters, oil, and belts for my 2017 Tiffin Pheaton Motorhome which uses a Freightliner Chasis and Cummins diesel. They had everything in stock and ready for pick up in less than an hour. It is so nice to deal with companies that keep good people in positions to make the experience pleasant and quick. FYI, I did have my engine number handy because I worked in parts at Caterpillar early in my career.

Great experience. Had my truck at freightliner in Charlotte & they found nothing wrong. Drove it 8 miles & broke down & just had it towed to where i knew they'd take time to find the problem. So after a tow fee & Charlotte charging for nothing they got me straightened out. Now I've had my truck here a few times & very satisfied.

I would like to thank James and Emerson for all the help on finding all my needed parts for my 05 freightliner. Couldn't of done it without them, since they are the dynamic duo in the parts world.they should be wearing capes...job well done

Best Diesel shop in town ! If I could give 10 stars I would. I sold a new RV to an out of town client and Joe Denny immediately accepted the job and helped us in a pinch, he found the parts in-stock in Columbia and repaired the dash a/c for us same day. I would like to thank the entire Lexington Excel Truck Group for there professionalism and Expedited service !
