I can not say enough good things about this company. The customer service was NEXT LEVEL. I needed mirrors installed at my business ans they were installed in a professional and timely manner. The employees were so nice and walked me through the process. I can not recommend them enough!!

First, I just want to say the service was super fast and everyone there was so kind. I had been devastated that I broke the glass in a heart shaped picture framed of a picture of me and my dad, who has since passed. Not knowing anywhere that could make another heart shaped piece of glass, my friend recommended Central Glass and was right on point. Everything was done in 30 minutes and now the pictures shines brighter than ever through the new glass. Thanks Central Glass Team!!!

Let me start off by saying " Go with Central Glass of SC!!!" I called my insurance company and they are affiliated with Safelite. Safelite quoted me almost $600.00 including a bunch of added fees. ( Recycling fee, and an additional charge for coming to me, ext..) I called Central Glass of SC to get a quote. Not only were they curdious enough to hear me ramble about my situation, they were extremely sympathetic to my situation and did the best they could to meet my immediate needs. They quoted me $270.00! That was everything including tax! When they got here, the gentleman that fixed my windshield were not only efficient, but cleaned all the glass they could! They went above and beyond to meet my needs! Long story short, Stay away from e Safelite and go with this amazing company! Thank you for all your help Central Glass of SC!

Central Glass is a 100% satisfaction company. The whole team, and especially Chris were outstanding start to finish. No job is perfect all the time, but this company knows how to navigate customer service professionally and in the best interest of the customer. I will be sure to use Central Glass in the future!

My rear window defrost lines had stopped working. I went to the Central glass web site, got a quote, and Chris came to my house the next day. It is working fine now! Thanks.

My husband came to have glass in a shed window repaired. I don't know much about the cost of glass repair so can't comment much. Girls in the office super nice!

Great local business with friendly staff! I went in needing my windshield replaced Thursday afternoon, was promptly greeted with a smile, asked what I needed replaced and was scheduled the next day, Friday at 3:30 to come in to have it replaced. I provided my insurance card and was on my way in 15 minutes or less. Friday, received a call from them asking if I could come in early since the tech was ahead of schedule. Arrived at 3, they pulled my vehicle around and by 3:30 I was walking out the door with a new windshield. Total time spent there was 45 minutes between Thursday and Friday. This is superb customer service which is extremely rare nowadays!They will also come to you if you need them to but I elected to bring my vehicle to the shop.Thank you to all the staff at Central Glass for the outstanding customer service! Keep up the great work!To anyone looking for glass repair, I highly recommend Central Glass!Service: Auto windshield repair

I would not do bussniess with this company for anything but auto window glass repair . I paid this company to come out for a special job they told me over the phone . That they could do it I made my self very clear with them on the phone , they claimed they could do it the day before I call up to go over everything and tell tell me that there is bad weather they might not be able to do it lol lol I called them over 10 times about this I even paid a deposit I call back kinda mad and they threaten me with the police .. now idk where my money is they prolly just kept 3k what a joke of a company . Don t do anything but auto glass repair luckily I can afford to eat a 3k loss .. .Update to review .. not one time did I threaten anyone .. u guys are the only people that threatened anyone . They clearly got in over there head and instead of admiting it they threatened me with the police how nice of people not one time have I ever made a threat . Ur lady told me that she might not be able to come out and I said u guys f d me .. (I was very clear about the timing of this project I made over 15 calls to this company for them to tell me less than 24 hours away hat they can not do it .. they were looking for an excuse not to come out . ) trust me don t use this place for anything other than simple jobs anything complex there brains aren t big enough to handle and they don t care if they mess u up .. tbh as I m writing this I wouldn t even use them for a simple job .. not good people for sure Another update . I talked to another company and told them what material they were going to use . And the people that are installing it now said that the plan that they had wouldn t work it was going to bend and it wouuld never do what I wanted .This company obvi does not understand the term of project . If they did they wouldn t try to do a job they don t know how to do .. after what I have found out my Intial response to them now knowing what they are doing is in fact correct ..I repat . Don t use this company for anything that is custom at all I would stick to simple projects with them . They don t even understand the basic principles of a custom project def selfish people only care about them selves . At least I did get my refund I will say .. but they ended up costing me a coupple thousand extra bc of time .. tbh if I was Brooke I would file a lawsuit . But lucky for them I m way too busy for that . I normally don t write revs . But this company really messed me up . And then threatened ME with the police what a waste of space

I rate this company the best i have ever used in my 50 plus years of home rental repair business in different states.I needed to find a repair of a full glass door my mowing sent a stone to the door and i had immediate crisis as the loud bang sounded like back in Vietnam combat and followed by panic as the sounds of the glass breaking into thousands of tiny pieces but at the moment most contained in door-- see pic as beautiful but potentially dangerous design.My deck builder texted name and phone #... from my 1st contact with manager Stacy i knew i was in good hands.Everything about her leadership down to gnats eyebrow was decisive, accurate, and all happened as promised on time and on target.Her 2 techs called and arrived as planned and they are world class: Chad and Chris. Both pros and top shelf skilled.Above all PRICE is very fair and surprising in this time of new inflation post COVID-19.My only regret is i have no other projects for Stacey and her crew. They are the BEST they can be.

Outstanding customer service and follow up before and after the installation of my new glass in my old truckI was provided the contact information for Central Glass from my insurance agent as one of 3 potential companies to assist me with getting my windshield replaced in my 2006 Ford F-150I contacted all 3 companies and just had a bad feeling about the other 2 which I ll leave nameless, man when you get that gut feeling about something follow it, mine was sure rightI can t say enough great things about Central Glass and will never use anyone else for my future glass needs, talk about Service!!!!Even sent a present with her glass technicians for my dog , a new collar with a bow on it, that s First Class Top Shelf service right there , I could have picked anyone to replace my glass, it s just an old truck with 200,000 miles on it that I rarely drive and the front windshield had been cracked for 4 years so it s not like it was a high priority on my list and something I had been saying I need to get fixed for yearsWell I am sure glad I waited and crossed paths with Central Glass, from day one this company went above and beyond to meet my needs, listened to what I had to say and what my concerns were, worked around my schedule, came to me to do the installation, and never tried to high pressure me into anything which is what I felt from the other 2 companies I contactedIf you use anybody else for your glass needs you are making a mistakeRock On Central Glass , awesome awesome awesome is all I can say to sum it upAnd Sugar thanks you too for her new collar Services: Installation, Auto rear window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

I contacted Central Glass having reviewed several windshield repair services in the area. I explained our Lexus windshield had a 6-8 inch crack and needed replacement. We wanted a Lexus replacement windshield due to all the electronics utilized. She volunteered to contact our insurance to see if covered and to contact Lexus on availability of windshield. Later the same day she called to report it was all covered and we set an appointment date/time. They installed in 50 min and did an excellent job. Everyone involved were professional, helpful, and very nice. I definite would use them again for any glass need. First class!

This has been my second dealing with Central Glass and i can say they are top notch. Stacey and her crews are the best and i would never use anyone else but Central Glass for my glass needs. A1 service and speedy installation and onsight delivery. Doesnt get any better than this in my opinion. One of the best companies I have ever done business with and they have never let me down. I have had several windshield replacements and home window glass repaired and everything was taken care of to perfection. Not are they only the best at anything dealing with glass repair/replacement, but the folks at Central Glass are friendly, professional, and just plain awesome! Had a rock fly up and crack my windshield pretty good on the interstate. Called Stacey at Central Glass and had a windshield the very next morning. The same day the windshield came in the tech came out and changed it out for me. Very friendly technicians and they were in and out in less than 30 minutes and left my vehicle in better shape than when they arrived. Extremely happy with my service and would quickly and highly recommend their services to anyone at anytime.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I absolutely love central glass! When my car window was broken into, central glass made the repair process so easy! My window was fixed within 24 hours and Stacey handled all of the insurance paperwork! They went above and beyond, even coming to my home to repair the glass! This company replaced a back windshield and front windshield on one of our cars and they were absolutely amazing. They quoted us the best prices in the area and they were there 2 days later when our windshields arrived. Highly recommend Central glass! I was lucky because my contractor chose Central Glass to install a frosted window and frameless glass door for my walk in shower during my remodel. The staff were knowledgeable friendly and invested in during the job right. I could not be happier with the job they did and the always helpful customer service. It's rare to find such an honest and trustworthy company who go the extra mile but Central Glass certainly does.

We used Central Glass for a new shower door in our master bathroom. They were FANTASTIC!!!!! We had a ton of issues with contractors and they were so kind to hold onto our glass for 6 months while we waited the bathroom to be completed so the glass could be installed. Will always go to Central Glass for any glass needs. Stacey is so kind and would personally text me to stay in touch and so accommodating!

Name the issue involved with Glass or glass doors and Central Glass is the only place needed.- Windshields? Check! They make it simple and work with insurance to replace.-Side car window damaged by owner? (might have been not the brightest action of my life); Check!- Glass storefront door closer? Check! Don t need the closer but need a handle? Check!-Glass shower enclosure? Only if you want to smile every time you see the result.I ve worked with them for years and cannot recommend them more highly.
