I deliver for door dash & frequent this place to take orders to car shops, dealerships, & even customers homes. They allowed another dasher to take my order since it was the same person & let them sign for it only for that dasher to I assign from that order & potentially steal those parts.They should have never gave that dasher the order I was supposed to pick up. You should make the dasher CONFIRM PICK UP on their screen after they sign the order slip so there is no excuse for this to happen again. I don t care if it s the same customer & same address. You NEVER give another order away if that dasher is not assigned to it. I door dash to make a living & because of this issue my lively hood was messed with. I remained calm with the staff as I ve worked retail before however this is completely unacceptable!!!!Please make it harder for people to steal door dash orders. This is not ok.

This was my first time coming to this location and I was absolutely blown away by the genuine kindness, helpfulness, and level of customer service I received. I was really stressed about my recent car troubles and just talking with them I left in a much better mood. They went above and beyond to offer their help and I will definitely be returning. Ron and Kenzie are amazing!

Great experience here Sunday. I logged into the app, found my part, was offered a 15% discount on my order. Walked inside, the young gentleman, with a beard, was very helpful, brought me up 2 options to choose from.I asked if I could order on the app & get the discount, he quickly offered to apply the same discount. It was very nice to have him easily apply the discount. I got home performed my repair, then noticed the rear needed the same parts, so I returned bought the rear bolts and performed the same repair on the rear Axl. It was a very nice experience, I just wish I would have gotten the nice associates name so I could have given him the acknowledgement he deserves.

Service I got from Earl was beyond disappointing. Told me that he would have to do a whole new search to pull up another filter if I wanted to buy 2 different types. Asked him if he would mind doing that for me and he sighed and acted like it was a huge inconvenience for him to do anything for a customer. and there was no one in the store at all at this time. Other employee over heard me and was able to help, never had a problem here before. But Earl was just not knowledgeable and unhelpful or friendly. I would not do business with that type of experience.

I asked for the diagnostic machine to be put on my car. So the man did the diagnostic, but had no idea what the code was. He told me to google the code. Why doesn't he know what the code means?

Advance had the products I needed readily.The store is clean and well kept.My only complaint is how slow the service was when I was trying to check out.

Bubba was so helpful! I never take the time to go in and leave a review but he deserves to be recognized. He had the best customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor. I feel like he truly loves his job and loves helping people. I am so thankful to him and his willingness to assist me. I will only go here for future business!

They usually have what I need and I can order it online at a discount rate and pick it up in the store. If you use their app you can also accrue points to reduce your cost significantly.

Advance auto parts is great. They usually have essential items (windshield wiper fluid, coolant, etc...) on sale when I go in. That is nice as you can never really have to much of those items on hand. Friendly staff, well stocked, and overall a nice auto parts store. Also being a UPS drop off location is a plus!

The staff were terrific! The young team were knowledgeable and so welcoming. They replaced my battery to my P/U with flare and saved me so much money!! I'm definitely an Advanced Auto parts patron now!!!

Went get my battery tested, have used Advanced Auto many times and bought numerous batteries from them. Travis was very pleasant and extremely helpful, he even cleaned the battery terminals. I asked if he could check the alternator as well. He did and was able to diagnose the onset of a problem with the voltage regulator. I'll be back soon for the next battery, maybe an alternator . Another staff member, Bobby was also helpful in confirming Travis' diagnosis. Thanks guys for a very nice experience, this is how a business is supposed to treat customers. With this awesome service, sales are sure to increase.

Matt did a great job helping me! Unfortunately the blond lady at the counter would not take ownership of a problem that I had had earlier and blew me off with a " come back tomorrow when my manager is here". I got my issue taken care of at another Advance store with no problems.

I stopped by this store location earlier this past week, because I was in need of a part for my 98 Toyota Tacoma. It's conveniently located on Main street in Lexington, SC and they have a private parking lot. Upon entering the store I was very impressed with the customer service. An older gentleman was very friendly and courteous and gave me some suggestions on alternative partake that would work. I ended up picking up one of his suggestions and it worked out great. I'm positive that I will be back in near future when I'm in need of a part for vehicle again.

After checking the "other 2" well known parts houses online I was able to get what I needed here. Was needing a vinyl repair kit and vinyl/leather paint. They had both. 4 stars due to the fact their prices were slightly higher than the other 2 parts houses. Could have gotten them a little cheaper at the other 2 but would have had to waited until next day.

Ordered online, went in and the young man I saw was with a customer so I walked down an isle to another employee named Missy. Upon speaking to her she looked and ignored me. I spoke again and she was obviously very bothered, I ask could she help and she said no, wait on him.

Great Advance location! Brittany and Josh are real helpful, courteous and knowledgeable!Update:Just went back in there today (06/08/2022) for a part for my Vehicle. I looked for Josh but I didn't see him. He must have been off today.Luckily Brittany was there! Brittany found the right part in like 10 to 15 seconds, and I was good to roll! I installed the part once back at my shop, and Bigo!.... my AC is working again like a champ! No more SC Summer heat stroke for me while driving! Thank you Brittany!! You and Josh are true assets to Advance! Hopefully they recognize this. Always an absolute pleasure going to this Advance! This will be my permanent Go-To Advance now for my Shop.Update 10/05/2022I stopped in because the battery in my Wifes Lexus GX470 seemed to be developing a dead cell. Came to Advance and went to my Go-To person Brittany and sure enough, the batter was going bad. 15 minutes later she had the new battery installed and I was back on the road! Thank you Brittany!!

Wasn't the best experience today, obviously there are management issues. They were very understaffed with only two employees, the lines were long and wait time was excessive. I had several small items and it was raining, then I was told "sorry we are out of bags" Out of bags? good lord, can they not go buy a box of bags at Walmart? The manager must have forgotten to order them. I don't want to make a big deal out of this but if a manager can not manage the basic functions of a store, then he needs to be replaced.

The front girl Olivia is very nice. Kenny in commercial sales needs to check his attitude... hated I had to go in there but they are the only ones that had my wiper blades. The wrong part was ordered but in the end, the correct part was far more expensive and they didn't charge me any more for the more expensive part. Take the good with the bad...

Just ok. Seems like they have management issues. This poor Teenage kid was working the front alone with 7 people in line and two waiting on him to put their battery in. He called for help to no avail and eventually had to walk around to find "Kenny" who ended up being just plain rude. Some soft skills would go a long way.. the teenager was customer oriented and the only positive thing about this visit. Ill just go across the street to auto zone next time.

I recommend this store very highly. I own a two tree removal businesses between Lexington and Columbia so I'm always in and out of a parts store. I will gladly pass both of the other two advances in between my shop and here just to deal with Kenny. He always gives me the correct part the first time. And if for some crazy reason he can't get the part he will find it somewhere else for me. That's just how he and his staff is. No need to call and price check because advance gives you the best price from the start. Thanks Kenny and your team for keeping Southeastern Tree Removal going!!!!

I called asking about a battery, as I walked into the store I was looking at the batteries the gentleman came up and goes you must have been the one who called then showed me other options and better batteries for my vehicle I took the advice of the gentleman and upgraded to the gold versus the silver, great customer service.

Stopped in tonite because I needed wiper blades for my truck , it was like 8:40 pm . It had just got done raining . I saw on your web site and it said they would install them for you . The guy would not install my wiper blades because he said it was thundering ! So I had to go next door to Auto Zone and they were very happy to install them . Personally he was lazy and just did not want to do it . He was doing a good job at holding the counter down not doing anything . I have been going to this Advance for over 20 years for all my Automotive needs and I will think twice before choosing Advance Auto . They should Do their Job !!!!
