Don,Kenny and Eric are the best at there jobs and very professional and helpful with helping me find parts at good prices and have helped me with two of my Lexus convertibles.Dave is one of there mechanics with 25 years experience working on Toyotas and did an awesome job on both of mine. Plus he is a great guy as well. Love the very friendly staff up there and the quality of work the mechanics do and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I took my Tesla over here for an alignment because they re one of the only places in town who can do them. These guys are quick, honest and great to work with! Highly recommend!

This automotive center is a nightmare. I scheduled my vehicle 2 weeks in advance with an 8 a.m. appointment. I arrived at 7:40 and was told we will call you when your vehicle is ready. I took the day off of work to get my issue fixed and my wife had to drive all the way down to pick me up. At 1:30 p.m., I drove past and saw my car had not been moved from where I parked it. I went inside and they told me 5 or 6 cars were ahead of me and he couldn't guarantee that the car would be ready by the end of the day. I asked for my keys back and told them I had missed a day's pay because of them and their response was sorry about that. I do not recommend anyone go there to get their car serviced. Why they bother to pretend to have a schedule is a joke!

While the work was good, their "scheduling" practices are absolute rubbish. Don't plan on the timelines they give you being near correct, and if they tell you that you can wait on your vehicle, don't. We've been twice; once with an 8am Monday appointment while being told the work would be done that day, only to receive a flurry of phone calls Wednesday after 4 when they finally got the car into the shop. The second time with an 8am appointment while being told the work would take 2 hours and we could wait. The car wasn't even looked at until hour 3, after we started to complain.

I brought my personal vehicle here for service as was met with some of the best service I have ever seen.I was scheduled quickly, serviced quickly and given the utmost respect for my time.This is a facility that will do the job right for anyone.I will be bringing my fleet vehicles and other personal vehicles here in the future!

This is the only garage that I recommend in the midlands area. In my experience, ALL other places over-charge, lie, and/or generally do terrible work. Over years, they have performed both minor maintenance and major repairs on my vehicles with no issues. They may not offer the cheapest labor rates, but you definitely get what you pay for. Here, I have observed a very high standard of quality for everything from oil changes to engine replacements. If you care about your car or truck, this is the place to go.

Got the windshield pump replaced the same day and at a lower price that the dealership. Friendly and courteous staff. I will use them again should the need arise.

I ve been a customer of Abbott s for over 15 years now and have taken all our vehicles to them, you won t find a better repair facility here in Lexington. I ve always been pleased with the quality, cost and turnaround time, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest repair shop.

So grateful to have found a business that is able to service our fleet of diesel duallys and chip trucks. Not many shops have this skill and capability! Anytime we ve needed work done, Eric and the team have been honest, communicative and reasonable in cost. Their turn around time is amazing too! Fantastic service and work. However trying to schedule an appointment on their website is a damn nightmare. I ve had to call to make an appointment every time I ve wanted my car serviced because every time I ve tried to schedule on their website it says there was an error in submitting the form due to missing info even though every section of the form is completed.

Eric took such good care of me. The local dealership wanted to replace the torque converter in my transmission which was quite expensive. Eric and his team inspected it closely and determined there was a much less expensive fix. They completed the job promptly. Been a few years since I ve needed any service done but Abbott s is just as good as they always were before.The only place I take my vehicles for services I don t want to do myself.HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

Excellent service as always & a company you can trust to be honest, upfront, & deliver on their timeline. I discovered during travel from LA to SC that I needed to replace both of my front tires. As soon as I arrived in Lexington, I called Abbott s asking for Rob or Don. Both were out of the office so Nick offered to help- he immediately got 2 tires on order & told me to bring my car in next day. They installed the new tires, ensured alignment was straight, & had my car back to me before COB that day. And for a very fair price. Abbott s is the only automotive repair company I trust this side of the MS with any of my family s vehicles. They also keep my daughter s car serviced while she s in school at UofSC, giving this LA-based mama piece of mind. Highly recommend!Service: Tires

Had an issue of them not honoring a quote I received on the phone. Since it didn't get resolved while I was in the shop, I left a 1 star review which prompted a call from them. Happy to say it's been resolved, but only after me posting that review. I shouldn't have to do that to get something resolved. I came back here because they do good work, and the work wasn't an issue today, it was their customer service. I advise if you get a quote for something, make sure the employee you're talking to fully understands what you're wanting to make sure there's no misunderstanding.

Took my car in today for an oil change. It was done right on time. They didn't try to sell me anything, but let me know what service would be next and to call and schedule at my convenience. They are very nice and knowledgeable about each car. Will recommend.

I appreciate that Abbott's can remain as efficient as they are with the volume of business they do. Dealing with a commercial account can be a headache, but Abbott's always makes us feel like we're a priority. Thank you!

My vehicle went to Herndon Chevrolet in Lexington for a new blower motor and came back 4 days later smelling like a dead animal was in my A/C system. Herndon didn't "see" anything but offered to take apart my dash for $4,000 and look more. Abbott's had it for a few hours and removed the issue for less than $400 and had my car back to me the next day.Very much a professional shop with a friendly atmosphere and would recommend to anyone for vehicle issues.

Hard to give a 5 star review on something we all hate. Maintenance and repairs on vehicles! Yuck! But the team at Abbots is always straight with me and have done excellent work and given great recommendations on tires.

My appointment this past Friday was only for my routine oil change, but I still appreciate the the friendly staff and the work they do! I know there are a lot of quickie oil change businesses around, but I started going to Abbott's because I wanted to build a relationship with a full-service auto care business. I place a lot of value in doing business with one place, where they know my car, and I know the people there!Service: Oil change

I want to start by saying it saddens me to write this review. We have been taking our vehicles to Abbott's for several years now and have never had a problem. They had my car for the better part of 3 weeks, causing me to miss over $1000 in income in addition to the thousands of dollars worth of repairs we had done. My car is still not running properly and the shop manager, Eric, doesn't seem to care. I use my car to work and transport my 10 month old daughter in it and need it running without the fear of breaking down. I am writing this review in the hopes the owner or someone above Eric, even though according to him the chain of command stops with him, will contact me. I am now thousands of dollars in debt with a car that still does not run right. This is unacceptable.Service: Engine repair

Being a woman, they have never made me feel stupid or try to get me to buy something I don't need. I am glad that I was referred to Abbott Auto Care. This was for my old Ford truck and they listen to my concern, worked with me on day to bring the truck in, road test and checked and informed me on what was wrong with the truck, service that needed to be done and price. I felt very good about their ability as I had previously brought my Toyota in for service and good work.
