After an accident, we were eager to replace our totaled vehicle. We found a potential replacement at Herlong and drove out on a Saturday. All of the staff, especially our sales associate Drew, were fantastic. Helpful, honest, not pressuring at all. The sales manager Matt was also eager to help and both made sure we found the vehicle we wanted. Financing was easy, tagging was easy. I cannot recommend Herlong Chevrolet enough.

I recently purchased a new 2024 Silverado RST 5.3 litter! I m so happy and excited with my new truck now. Herlong Chevrolet staffs are really nice and are professional! I believe that all customers will be happy and pleasure with prices and customer services at Herlong! I highly recommend to everyone! Special thanks to Tabatha and the manager Math! They are great people!

We had our third pleasant car buying experience at Herlong in the past 6 years.:) Kevin Levels was our sale rep, and he was extremely friendly and professional! What we like about Herlong the best is that they do not put the pressure tactics on you to buy a car from the moment you drive up. They make car buying a very easy and pleasant experience! Cassidy was my Salesperson. So friendly and helpful while shopping for a new truck making sure we were getting all of our questions answered. We love Cassidy. Truly a home atmosphere. Sales Manager Matt was great in helping us get the truck we needed at a fair price. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. No hard pressure sales. Was a great experience. On February 16, 2024, Cassidy Foreman, a salesperson, was contacted about a particular truck. She seemed was very knowledgeable about the dealership s inventory. My fianc� and made the trip from Aiken, South Carolina, to Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina, to look at the vehicle and have a test drive. I was very pleased with the truck and decided to see what deal could be made. Cassidy was very personable but professional with the negotiations. After a couple of back a forths which included her supervisor, a deal was made. I felt very comfortable with those I met at the dealership which included Rochelle Perry, the customer care manager. On February 19, 2024, I went back to the dealership where Rochelle gave me the full tutorial about how to utilize all of the truck s amazing features! She was so knowledgeable as well as patient with me. I really appreciated her time!I had not purchased a vehicle in ten years and this interaction and purchase was so much more pleasant than before!Thank you,Kimberly Wyszynski

I visited the Service Department this morning as my new Silverado was acting up. They immediately diagnosed the issue and had a technician work on it. I sat in the nice waiting area for about 1 hour until the repair was made. This place is great and customer service is obviously a priority. I will be back! 5 Stars!

I traveled 3.5 hrs from outside of Atlanta to test drive a used Suburban that they said was in great shape. The engine stalled three times on a test drive. Once right after I crossed the train tracks in town. All they said was "sorry"

Cassidy was great, I would have liked for the finance person to have gone through line by line what was being financed. I had specifically said I did not want the extended warranty/service contract yet when I got home and reviewed paperwork it was included. I called next morning and they said it was too late to redo the finance contract. It was an additional $4300 added to the loan that I did not want.

Beware of allowing this dealership to retain your tag!Sold a car back in March to this dealership, and come December, we're pulled over for a routine traffic stop only to discover my husband's license had been suspended SINCE JUNE. Fortunately, the officer was understanding and let us go after we switched seats (though a different scenario with another cop could have led to legal complications and fees).Upon visiting the DMV the next day, we learned that Herndon Chevrolet hadn't turned in the tag until September (6 months after the sell) causing the DMV to reveal the license suspension from back in June. Shockingly, we hadn't received any notice from the DMV, and we had no clue about the suspension.Even though we offered to take the tag on the day of the car sale, and the sales rep assured us they would handle it, they delayed, resulting in a suspended license. The DMV expressed that this handling was highly irregular and not the standard procedure. This unethical and poor practice, especially considering the dealership's proximity to a DMV, has left us with a significant inconvenience. Due to this ordeal, I won't be engaging in any future business with this dealership.

Such an amazing buying experience. No predatory sales tactics or pressure. Cody was amazing. I told them what I wanted my numbers to stay at and they worked with me to get me the best deal possible. It was such a quick and painless process, and I am in love with my 2022 Tahoe.

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERLONG CHEVROLET IN BATESBURG!I bought a car from them in June, told them a week later there was something wrong. I was told to bring my car in for a check, so I did & repeatedly was told nothing was wrong. FINALLY after 2 months they determined the transmission was bad - awfully funny that it took so long & passed the return window. Soooo now IT IS DECEMBER & they finally get a transmission in after having my car for FOUR FREAKING MONTHS.I have gone up there multiple times, called numerous times & continuously got the run around. I am a generally calm and understanding person, today they have pushed me to my limit - I have asked for my money back twice now and they TRIED TO SELL ME ANOTHER MORE EXPENSIVE VEHICLE Be warned, they are shady & will continuously gaslight you.

On December 18 2023 I dropped off my vehicle to be diagnosed.(by appointment)They checked the pulleys and belts and said that s not the issue. Then called me stating they would have to break down the motor. I informed them two days after I dropped off my vehicle to go ahead and take the motor apart(December 20th)Meanwhile I don t have anything to drive I asked for a loaner due to my warranty covering one. It took an entire week to get me one.Three weeks go by and I m informed by a friend that the tech had yet to be told to go ahead and break down the motor. I call Herlong and the service advisor (Briana) informs be that the tech has not been able to work on my vehicle due to being behind on other work.(please keep in mind I had an appointment on the 18th of December- NEVER GOT AN UPDATE FROM MY ADVISOR UNLESS I CALLED IN-which I tried to do once a week) it s sad she couldn t give me a weekly update unless I initiated the call.Well a month in a half goes by the motor has finally been taken apart. I m informed that an inspector will be coming out and will inform of any updates. Well due to me getting the run around at Herlong I decide to call my warranty company. I was informed by them that they have been waiting on Herlong to give them a call in order to move forward.Needless to say I then call Herlong and ask for an update and I was informed that they are waiting on warranty company to call them. Mighty funny when I just got off the phone with my warranty company and they are waiting on Herlong to call. I was then informed by the advisor oh I just off the phone with them .Well that same day I got my new motor ordered after myself and another friend made phone calls and two months later I got my vehicle back, but with my bumper flapping and loose, with my less than 20 PSI in my tires (how did they even test drive my vehicle accurately without the proper PSI) and NONE of my tire sensors work anymore- keep in mind I have BRAND NEW TIRES. They let my 2018 LTZ Silverado SIT for so long and didn t even have the decency to put air back in my tires or correct the fact that now none of sensors work.The points are -It took MONTHS for repairs I had to follow up on MYSELF- I work a full time job and shouldn t have to be following up on my repairs when that s my service writers job.Brianna never called me ONCE with an update- I had to call myself once a week (which I felt once a week update shouldn t be to hard)My tire sensors she quoted me $200 for when they were ALL WORKING when my truck was dropped off.This is my first experience at Herlong and I m very disappointed with the care my vehicle received and how it was returned to me. All I asked for was honest communication and they couldn t provide that

These people are something else I was in constant communication about a 2010 dodge challenger told the sales person Kevin that I was driving 2 hours from Charlotte NC and he waited until I was 20 minutes from the dealership to tell me they sold the car honestly the car is still posted and I don't even think they have it I will never consider buying a car from anyone at that dealership or any other dealership affiliated with them

This was my first experience buying a car. I bought a 2007 Cadillac Escalade from Kimberly at Herlong Chevrolet, she made this process easy! From start to finish Kimberly was there for me, I handled almost the entire sale through text to my phone. I made this purchase strictly off the posted pictures and reviews of this dealership, I live almost three hours from Herlong Chevrolet so test drive wasn't an available option for me. I depended on the mechanics to do Herlong's 170 point inspection to make sure my family would be safe in this purchase. I paid the minor delivery coast and it showed up a day later. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!

We drove from Murrells Inlet,SC to buy our vehicle.. we enjoyed working with Cassidy and Brooke had our paperwork ready when we arrived. Straight forward transaction with no surprises or pressure. Batesburg-Leesville is really nice town and countryside, peach farms, etc. we enjoyed our day!

This was a total GREAT experience buying our new 2020 Chevy Tahoe! Our salesman, Nick Franco, couldn t have been better!! He made our car shopping experience at Herlong Chevrolet priceless!! He s considerate and honest, he worked hard not to make a dollar but to make us happy! The entire experience was top notch and friendlier than any dealership that I've ever dealt with, hands down, and they were professional as well. After making a deal over the phone, Herlong Chevrolet added the options that we requested. Nick did a final walk through video for us explaining some of the main features. They delivered our new Tahoe to our door 200 miles away and picked up our trade. The entire process was nice and easy. Thanks Nick!!
