So I ordered a keyless entry fob from their website, after I picked it up, I come to find out it is not for the car I had entered the information for. It's not very helpful to someone who is looking to buy stuff for their cars/ trucks, if the website and store personnel doesn't even have knowledge of what works with what vehicle. My mechanic even said my first mistake was going to Autozone. At least returning the product was easy enough.

After having trouble and with poor service at the Ricky Lane Location in Columbia, I visited this location, and the Employees here helped me out and reduced the stress that was brought upon me. They were able to help me out and even informed me that the Location in Columbia charged me for a gold Duralast battery but gave me a battery that was $60 Cheaper than the one I purchased. They helped me and I walked away a satisfied customer. Thank you to the Batesburg-Leesville Team! The receipt didn't have a name but the Casher #is 78 and I went on 6/12/2023.

If I didn't have to come back later to get my part I would have given 5 stars. The women they have working up there do a great job. Dena helped me find the part I needed, good customer service and very knowledgeable in comparison to the associates at Advance.

Well ordered and paid for online was given confirmation number and bar code to prove purchase. Was told email would inform me when ready for pickup.. Received and visited location my purchased items had not even been pulled and waiting on my arrival.. Could definitely make an effort to check online purchases more frequently due to pandemic..

They got my blinker light that I needed. Asked if they would check my battery and he was very nice and did. Told me my battery was no good and I needed a new one. While that was being done he noticed my front right tire that the wires were showing. Told me that I needed another tire. I'm recently widowed and haven't learned to check all of those things so I was very grateful that he paid attention to my car. I ended up buying a new battery and tire at a friend's shop.

The store assistants were very helpful, being I had a serious problem with figuring out how to get my money back after someone made a purchase from my phone. They made the situation not seem so bad.

Came in shortly before the store closed to get power steering hose. The guy sold me the wrong one, knocked on the door at 9pm and asked if he could trade it for correct one. He said no he couldn't help me and left me stranded. I will never go back to buy anything from themNo home town service. Anywhere else would have helped

I needed to swap the fuel filter on my Ford Focus, and it was a PITA because it is under the car by the fuel tank. I got the part, special tool, 2-ton jack, and the assistance of the wonderful guys there. I know how to work on my car, but don t have the strength in my hands anymore. I could not have continued on my road trip without the assistance of these guys. Thank you!!! I forgot his name, but he is CSR 30 - very wonderful man who thinks for the customer. Kudos!

There was an employee who gave me great instore service also delivered to my business once aswell his name was cairo and honesty the coolest down to earth employee I've met found everything I needed instore and was super respectful

Spent 1000s of my dollars here and yet they're still rude. Go to advance, their customer service is alot better even when you aren't spending alot of money if any at all

Was looking for parts to get car back on the road, was told they could be there by 5, came back at 5 no parts, there is no pm delivery on Sundqy. bought another part I needed, got home I was charged for the right part but got the wrong one. They are getting 3 stars because when my friend went to take the wrong part back to get the right one, the manager found the parts locally and arranged for the store to stay open long enough to get them. If not for the fast thinking of the manager this would have been a 1 star review.

My battery light was on so I took it to this location to have it checked. I specifically asked them to check the alternator. The employee said to just go home and charge the battery without checking the alternator. Needless to say I drove less than 3 miles down the road and my car went dead. NO MORE AUTOZONE for me or my family. Thank you O'reilllys for having one in stock.

I went in to price parts for a routine maintenance on my wife's 2012 Kia Soul 1.6 Liter. All of the parts were in stock but Amazon.com beat every price on every item by nearly 30%.

Overpriced on just about everything. If just buying simple maintenance items go to Walmart and get the same brands and save a good bit.
