Staff was very helpful. Had everything I needed in stock and waiting for me to pick up. Helped me carry all of the items to my car. Could ask for a better experience.

Placed an online order. The order was waiting as I entered the store. Plus I saved 20-percent for ordering online! I was in and out in 5 minutes! The sales associate was very nice. It was great the core could be returned at another store. Thanks for a great price and experience! Advance Auto is my place to go for car parts!

I was on a road trip on Friday night and the alternator went out of my truck luckily i was able to lamp the truck to advance. They had one in stock. I must say the employee and Manger on duty where very helpful wish I could remember there names. A+ business

These people are very eager to help u get the right parts u need and will let u kno which others can be used as replacement. super friendly and social which for me is new because auto parts places are not typically social.

Good guys. Reasonably priced, had the windshield wipers I needed. Was there less than 10 minutes, paid for and got wipers replaced.

They always have what I need. They bend over backwards to supply my friend Jim Wood repair shop on east main shop. They deliver within 1 hrs. And very seldom do not have the parts he needs. They are all great friendly people. He uses them almost exclusively

Always buy whatever I need at advance. They have the best prices and most the time have everything in stock...if not, they will order it and is usually there the next day.

Great place to find all of your automotive needs. This location has great staff that are very knowledgable and happy to help you. Great prices compared to their competitors. If they don't have what you need in stock, they can get it ordered and shipped within a couple days. I have been shopping here for years and have never had any problems.

Order apart and it never came in they told me to either stay there for an hour or come back in an hour so I let them keep the part never went back..

I went there to get my battery checked and said I needed one. The battery in my car was under warranty and the guy that worked there said he would not change it. I told him I bought it at advance in simpsonville. He told me I had to take it there for them to put one in. I have never had a problem until today with advance I will not be going back there anymore and come to find out it was not my battery so that shows how much experience they have.

Sign said system was down! I showed the man cash and was expecting to pay cash. The denied me service. I would expect a business takes cash no matter the system up or down. Very disappointed.

Counter person didn't know where parts were located. On checkout, made errors that took 20 minutes to solve. Of I go there again, I will not with that incompetent associate.

Jacob helped me get a new car battery, was very nice, and willing to install it for me, no problem. Batteries are expensive but I'm not sure who to blame for that but it won't be Jacob. Be like Jacob, people.

I went 0-2 in Larens, SC yesterday. The check engine light came on driving down the interstate. The lady in Advance said we don t check engine lights because of Covid. Similar response at O Reilly s. Asked Siri where nearest Auto Zone was. It was 10 miles away in Duncan. Called before I went. The guy there said no problem. Went to Autozone, he hands me a checker, I plug it in, get the reading, take it back inside to learn I have a electronics problem, but not critical. Seems odd to me that Autozone Is the only store with a working solution for travelers.

They sold me five quarts of oil and I found out my truck takes six and I went back the next day and another associate claimed they didn t even sell that oil after I showed him where it was he suggested that I go somewhere else because he didn t want to exchange the oil for something they had six quarts of. Bought some bulbs for my truck and they gave me the wrong ones. They was not happy when I returned them like it was my fault. DO NOT go in the morning three out of four associates smelt like a brewery

Prices are out of control what they wanted for one HID headlamp 137.00 ,amazon had two for 27.00
