Adam from Southern Tire Mart was my literal angel on Friday night. Heading to my hometown, 2 hours in and 2 hours to go, I have a blowout off of 38 and pull onto a side road. I immediately call AAA and they say someone will be there at 6:10 - over an hour later. 6:30 comes around and no one long story short they never got a service provider to come out. I then go and start calling local shops to see if they can do a roadside call. Despite southern tire mart only doing commercial truck roadside calls, Adam ended up finding a small jack and showed up where I had told him I was when on the phone with him earlier. Right when I m loosing hope and nervous being stranded in the middle of nowhere as a young woman alone - there s truck lights pulling up right behind me. Adam knocked it out in less than 10 minutes and was so kind. Highly recommend doing business with people like Adam(southern tire mart), who care and go above and beyond to help someone in need!

Went in for an oil change, they broke the tip off the primary fuel filter during installation,. They over cranked the starter trying to start the engine, causing the starter to fail, then claimed the starter was wore out anyway. I don t recommend this shop because they don t stand behind their work, and don t follow manufacturer procedures when servicing a vehicle. In response to the reply from the owner. Again, your shop damaged the fuel filter they installed. Which caused the starting issues. Just because a truck is older, doesn t mean it s ok to abuse it!

My company called for a roadside. The mechanic couldn't repair the tire on the road due to a low pressure air compressor on the truck. He said he couldn't get the lugnuts loose. The mechanic followed me back to the shop in latta. I needed a mudflap and bracket welded back on the trailer. The mechanic said the welder was broken. My company ended up having to get another company to fix the mudflap and bracket. The employees were polite and professional. I was extremely disappointed in the loss of time and the faculty equipment the Tire store had. " IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE TOOLS TO DO THE JOB THEN YOU CAN'T DO THE JOB RIGHT!" WHICH IN RETURN COST COMPANIES AND PEOPLE TIME AND MONEY .

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible stuff is working here! I don t expect mechanics to be polite and professional when it comes to communicating with the customer cause they are not customer service rep but at least I expect people who check you in and out for service to be at least professional at minimum level of communication! I m so mad and angry the way they treat you! They treat you like you don t exist and you are not in front of them!

After weeks in needing assistance with my hood, mr William Parnell customer service was outstanding and was able to fixed my hood. He is a great example of how shops were back in the day. Thank you mr William for all your help

My family got a nail stuck in our tire. We were in our way to Florida. Southern tire mart helped us out in a BIG way!!! We got back on the road under 10 mins! There so awesome!!!! Thank you so much!!!

20 minute wait less than an hour and I was on the road again. To young mechanics, They were fast and efficient. Far better than most places.

After spending the night at the Flying J @ Latta, SC and while doing my pretrip this morning, I discovered that I had a flat trailer tire. I went in to see what they could do for me and was pleasantly surprised to find great customer service at the counter and a very helpful shop crew! They had me fixed up quickly and I was rolling down the road in no time! They have an awesome group of people at this location!

I called here June 28,8:40 PM To see what time they opened the next morning and told the girl I talked to that I would be there . When I got there it was not any truck in either service bay and the attendants were standing there talking and smoking. I went in to give them the information on the service I needed and was told that I had to wait till after they serviced a truck that wasn't even there to pull in and it would be an hour or hour and a half wait time. When I left there was still no truck ready to pull in. I think this was very poor customer service. My prior experience here was much better under different management. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone needing efficient service.

Do not go here.In this place work IDIOT!He told me he will come to do road services on my truck in 1 hour and when I called him after 2 hours he said he forgot to tell me he will not come.So unprofessional!I will report him at every place where I can.This happened Sunday 3:00 pm.Hopefully someone will see this and get him out from his place.

Very helpful and courteous service. Helped me get fuel to my truck 20 yards away from the pump when I gave out. Fuel needle was off.

It's got all the services for RV's but the RV parking is too short for our Winnebago. If you're not over 25ft you'll fit. Pizza and wings were good.

Hours say they are open Saturday s until 10pm, it s 4:45pm and they are closed. The pilot doesn t even know that they are closed

Asked to borrow a wrench to tighten catwalk, the guy came out and helped me get it done. Always had excellent service here.

They say on the webside alignment service and when you come and that the alignment machine is down as if it were working with the internet, another one with a terrible shop service they have nothing or the employees do not want to work
