I just left there after waiting for about 10 min or so. No big deal, I wasn t in a hurry. As I was pulling into the bay, the guy was telling me to turn left with his thumb that I clearly saw and then he yells out ma am do you see my thumb! I said that s rude! And I proceeds to back up because I did not have to spend my money at that business that I ve been going to for years. This is not the first time that they have been rude and after about six months, I finally went back after the first incident, and as I m back and out this lady with the long hair runs out of there if you re gonna be grouchy, you can leave I said that s exactly what I m doing and nobody s grouchy. Oh I said was that s very rude. You did not speak to customers that way what he did not know was that my power steering pump had just went out, so it was harder for me to turn. Had he been a little more professional with me he would have know that! Last time I will ever pull in there and give them my money not to mention that I have three vehicles that they do old changes and other services off not to mention that I do private home care I have clients that I have sent there no longer will I do that They re elderly people and I could not imagine someone speaking to them that way. I also needed 4 new tires that I was gonna ask if they did tires because I wasn t sure as I e only ever used them for oil changes!Service: Oil change

I drive all the way from Greer to get my oil changed at Landrum Lube. The staff is friendly, the service is great, I refuse to go anywhere else.

Landrum Lube is a great place for oil changes. I went there on a Saturday, an hour before they closed, and they took care of my car immediately. The price was very reasonable. Look for this place on the north side of the road, not far from Stone Soup Restaurant, behind a self-service car wash.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Wow! Fast, easy, professional, great price, what more can you ask for! I ve lived here 5 years and take my car to Columbus. I have to drop it off early in the am and wait to get a call 4-5 hrs later just for an oil change! Needless to say, I have a new place now!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Everything always top notch, young ladies always do a great job. Good to see professional work ethics in these young people. Would have give 5 stars would they do tire rotation as well.

The service here was lovely. Besides being so well-mannered, this family made me feel like I would be welcome, not just at their place of business, but anywhere. They were so caring toward us and each other. Pertaining to the actual oil change, the service was fantastic. It was quick, easy, in-and-out. Thank you.

They change your oil. Great team. Fast and clean and efficient. They know what they are doing!They don't try to upsell you or try to get you to spend more $$$.I've used ONLY this place on all my cars for over 10 years. Never had any problems.

Really quick and easy place to get your oil changed. Prices are pretty much on par with other places that perform the same service. Staff is very friendly and eager to answer your questions.

Everyone was polite and efficient. In and out, never have to get out of your car. Good prices and didn't try to upsell anything. Will return here for future oil changes

Honestly the best lube shop i have been to in a long time! I showed up right before closing after a long trip and needed the oil change. Both the people in there was super friendly and very talkative! So good I might drive the 30 minutes down to it just for the service! Will highly recommend to anyone wondering about the place!

I got the fastest oil change ever from friendly guys. And my synthetic oil change was less than $52 before tax. Liked they didn't try to sell me on other things too.

We've been taking our cars here for years. They have always done a fine job and often offered some good suggestions (about cleaning off the battery, etc). The last time I went (early 2016) they checked all the air filters which had never (or rarely) been done before. The whole thing takes about 5 minutes and everyone is very polite.

FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND QUICK SERVICE. YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO GET OUT OF YOUR CAR. 5 MINUTE OIL CHANGE. PENNZOIL PRODUCTS.

I routinely go here, normally in and out. The last time I was here, the woman said my oil cap was stripped due to whoever tightened it last, it was her. As I waited for them to try and fix it, I made a phone call to my father to talk about it and the same woman listened in on my conversation from a different room. She then came over to tell me she'd been listening and used a very demeaning tone to "explain in words you can understand" to me why my car was being worked on this long. When I tried to remind her this is the only place I have my oil changed. She said she agrees but there's no way they would've done that work. They then put in a weird plug and said that everything would probably be fine but I would have to continue only coming there because mist places won't deal with a plug like that. I've had to pay to have the oil leak fixed. Turns out, I've met some people whom this has happened to before.

Professional service had me in and out in 8 minutes, changed oil, checked and capped off all fluids and checked tire pressure for less than 50 bucks, ill be going back
