Absolutely the best paint finish I have ever had at a repair center. Painless from start to finish. The ladies in the front are great. The paint finish has NO defects at all. Just want to thank all who worked our car, we could not have asked for anything more.

My car was ready earlier than said. Very happy with the lady I spoke with. She was very nice and helpful. Only thing that I wasn't thrilled with is that they didn't clean it. Other than that it was great. Will use again without a doubt

I just want to take time to thank all of the wonderful craftsmen who were responsible for the repair on my 2015 SRT Challenger . Their work is absolutely top shelf! Bryan and the team are the best! If you want your vehicle done right, this is the place!

My vehicle was in an accident and I needed a shop for repairs that was both close and reliable. I picked Henson because of the good reviews and they are very close to home. My experience overall was wonderful. Catherine and Lindsey kept me updated the whole way through the process and were very accommodating answering all my questions. Repairs took over a month, but that wasn't the shop's fault. I also had to have my car towed and Catherine was a great help getting that taken care of right away at the beginning. The day after repairs were completed and I picked up the car, I noticed a noise from the speaker on the door that was repaired. I called and spoke to Lindsey and within 2 hours they took my car back in and fixed the problem no questions asked. If I need any more collision work done I will use this shop again. Thank you guys for being so awesome!!

I am very happy with the work on my vehicle. After it was damaged from a trees that fell on it, Henson Collision helped me fix the vehicle and put it back to its shape and safe to drive. I would definitely recommend them to others.Thank you to everyone who worked on my vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

I was involve in a side swipe that took out the driver side mirror and done some damage to the door panel. When I went to have the adjuster there at Henson look at it on a Friday afternoon, I asked if there was a way to at least get my mirror taken care of withing the next 2 weeks even if the door panel could not get done. (we had a trip coming up where we would be towing a camper and must have a mirror). She said it shouldn't be a problem to get it all taken care of. She asked me to drop the truck off on Monday morning. A week later, I Picked up my truck after a repair and it looked great. To my surprise they had cleaned the inside of my truck... no work was done on the inside... wow. Great service and friendly people. Would definitely use again.Service: Body & Trim

They were on our preferred list with our insurance and we couldn t be happier. The car was involved in a hit and run in a restaurant parking lot and it was only 9 months old. The repair to our truck tailgate and bumper was outstanding. It is nice that they work directly with Allstate and submitted the estimate(s) directly with the insurance company. The repair took a bit longer than expected but Henson Collision notified us of why it was taking longer and the repair was completed by the updated completion date (which was the next week).Service: Body & Trim

I hit a deer and did quite a bit of damage. Henson s did the repairs in record time. They are professional, they kept me updated through the time they had my car. And when I got my car back, it had been vacuumed out and was pristine. Very happy with them!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This has been the worst body shop I have ever been to in my life. If I can give this rating no stars, I absolutely would. I have a cracked headlamp, my radiator hose was not installed correctly and has been leaking along with multiple wires not connected. Today I am doing my regular oil change, and according to the specialist there were multiple installment errors. I do not recommend anyone going to this body shop. The service here is very irresponsible and unresponsive to questions that you may have. The front desk has an attitude every time you want to ask a question or are wondering why your car is taking long. The staff has a way of beating around the bush instead of telling you the truth. Worst collision center in South Carolina.

Just picked my car up from Henson Collision, where they replaced a bumper and fixed rear-end collision dings and scrapes. It was a bit of a wait to schedule the work due to parts shortages, etc., but it was definitely worth it. The car looks perfect, the work was done quickly and it was ready when promised. Everyone at Henson is friendly and professional, and they deal with their backlog efficiently (and with a sense of humor). I definitely recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

CROOKS!!! These folks are thieves. My teenage daughter hit a deer doing front end damage to a new car. With things the way they are and no one wanting to work anymore we had trouble finding a body shop that was not booked months in advance. I grew up in this area and have always been vaguely familiar with Henson s to the extent of knowing that they are the most expensive body shop in the area. I decided to give them a try and they were very pleasant and accommodating. They gave us an estimate and when they started the work decided that claim needed to be amended because they had underestimated some of the costs. They took almost a week longer to complete the work than they had proposed and told us that they were still waiting on a sensor that had not come in and we would need to bring the car back when it did come in. My daughter picked up the car and they said they would call us when the sensor arrived. After a couple of days I noticed about six or eight spots on the bumper that looked like they had painted over holes and rough surfaces. I called the body shop and told them and they said bring it by. After looking at the bumper they apologized and said they would fix it when the sensor came in and they installed it. We then took the car back to have the bumper repainted and the sensor installed on a Friday and it was supposed to be ready the following Friday, but instead they said they had to send it to a dealership to have the sensor programmed and almost a week later had the car back but would not release it when my daughter went to pick it up. When I called and asked why they would not release my car they said that they had again under estimated the charges from the dealership for the sensor and would not release the car until the insurance company once again amended the claim. These people are very unprofessional! I will never use this body shop again and suggest you don t either unless you re prepared for a hassle and probably even having to seek legal action.Service: Body & Trim

I cannot say truly how awesome the service is here but I will try! The techs did a beautiful job on our car! The office is very professional as well to say the least - I have been in customer service for years myself and couldn't have asked for better. When i picked up my car it was like a brand new car inside and out even though we brought it in for body work alone - full disclosure it was damaged by two deer horribly and when we got the car back it seemed brand new - thank you Steve and Catherine and the team!!!Service: Body & Trim

We hit a deer on the interstate and had damage on the front of the car. We brought the car to Henson for inspection. The people at Henson determined what repairs were needed, gave us a date when they could start the repair, stuck to the date they had proposed, did a quality repair in the time frame they had anticipated, cleaned up my car before I picked it up and gave me a call to come and get it. I could not imagine a smoother process to get things done right the first time around. Very professional, very courteous - refreshing to experience this quality service in the world of today. We had trouble dealing with Allstate's app, so we called Henson's for help.Catherine got through to a real person at Allstate--when we couldn't, then took care of everything else. She arranged for Allstate to tow the car to them within minutes, then she kept us updated every step of the way. On top of that, we got top notch repairs as promised. Working with Henson's took all of the pain out of the aftermath of a troublesome "man versus deer" experience.Services: Electrical repair, Body & Trim

This place is top notch. Not only did they fully detail the exterior of my vehicle after paining multiple body parts after I was sideswiped by another driver. They went above and beyond and fully detail the interior of my truck. I will definitely recommend Henson s collision center to anyone looking for a top quality company.

I had damage to the front end of my Mini Cooper. Their assessment of the damage and what needed to be done was stellar. Their workmanship was perfect. The office staff were helpful and professional.Previously I had part of the car repainted at another body shop getting it ready to sell. Henson's work quality is significantly better; no comparison. We now go to Henson's for any car body work.
