Hands down they are the best! My appointment was scheduled quickly (within 2 days) and price was good. I received a text with time prior to the technician arriving. He was fast, efficient and workmanship was professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace the headliner.

Overall great experience with Wills. I had this company replace the headliner in my 05 Silverado, the tech was crazy fast and did a good job. I would 100% recommend using Wills.

They did a great job installing a new headliner in my LeSabre. I was given the option of a newer polysynthetic material which I'm really glad I decided to go with. Hired Will's Mobile Auto Headliners to redo my Honda Civic's headliner. Great price compared with what I was quoted at a shop nearby, and Will's comes to you - super convenient. It took Wes and Ashley just 40 minutes from when they pulled into my driveway to when the redone headliner was fully installed and everything was reattached in my car.To top it off, the fabric they had is an exact match to the factory light gray headliner that came with my Civic - the stock fabric is on my visors and you cannot tell the difference.Convenient service, great results, and friendly employees. Would use again if needed on my other car.

These guys are who you want to go with for your vehicle upholstery needs. They come to you and keep you informed along the way. They strive for perfection and back up their word and work. In today s economy their prices are fair. My truck wasn t easy to do as it had after market sunroof in it and they did their absolute best to make it perfect. Their team replaced the headliner in my Chevy Tahoe and they did a fantastic job. I had a couple of small tweaks and spoke with Dawn and she handled them professionally as expected. If I ever needed this type work to completed in the further, there s only one number that I d call. These guys are way ahead of the curve with their operation!! Very pleased!!

I didn't notice until a month ago that my Headliner in my car was coming down. So I looked up and I was recommended by Knights Body Shop to call Will's Headliner. Wow, they came out to my home and within less time than expected got my car looking new. Fast and Friendly Service I would definitely recommend Will's Headliner. Awesome job. I waited a week to do my review. It was on my wife s car and she happened to be out of state. She is a lot more critical about the work we have done. That being said, she is over joyed with the headliner repair. I will definitely use them again if needed and would highly recommend them.

So far they've been very nice. However they needed to order the correct color headliner material for my husband's truck. I've had to call them to try to get an update of when they will be back to replace the headliner. So far, the headliner has not been installed. The original date was October 6. It's now October 14. I have complete faith they will return and replace the headliner, as this is his birthday present. Thanks. The headliner was installed, the color doesn't exactly match, however, it was done. It looks good. Happy with it. They were very quick, and the best part they came to us. After installing/ repairing the headliner, the young lady informed me that there is a year warranty. We are very pleased with the service. Thank you very much.

I called yesterday and they just left my house after completing the job in less than an hour. Very easy to deal with and convenient having them come to me. The job looks great and it will undoubtedly hold up better than the glue spray job I tried to do myself on my wife's car when we first met!

I had what I thought was a simple repair but needless to say a mess was created by not relying on a professional. Contacted them, got it scheduled rather quickly, even with a rain delay. The work was done very quickly and very happy how it it turned out. My headliner still looks amazing and very happy with the work.

Called them on a Monday and was told they could do the replacement on Wednesday around lunch. Well they were a little since they were coming from Charlotte to Rock Hill. Once they were there it was less than 45 minute it was completed. I had a lot of compliments about how good it look. If I every needed another one replace or someone ask if I knew someone; I have no problem recommending them.Great thing about it, I didn't miss work or had to go anywhere.

We set an appointment on 6/28/22 Wednesday for headliner repair for july 6 thday between 11am and 3 pm they never showed up or called i called at 230 pm and 540 pm and got runaround both times so i told them I would find someone dependable, so do not use them unless you want excuses instead of service!!!Service: Upholstery installationService: Upholstery installation

We have a 2004 Mazda 6s that we ve had for 14 years. Looks great, runs great - but the headliner started sagging in the back. I m one of those people that once I see it, I can t unsee it! It was driving me crazy! So I called Will s. They came out the next day. 30 minutes and it was done. It looks SO GOOD! And the price was about 1/2 that I was quoted by others. Usually, I d say you get what you pay for. This time, I feel we got a great deal!

They came to my house promptly and had a new headliner installed in our truck within an hour. Everyone I talked to was very nice. Their price was half the price as other places I called. I am very satisfied.

Super Fast, Professional & a Great Job! I found them online, called them, they arrived and went straight to work. In less than an hour they did a four door pickup. It looks so good! I will use them again and I highly recommend them!

I grabbed their cell number off the website and shot them a quick text asking for a quote on my Honda Pilot. He quickly responded with the price. I had 2 other numbers from auto upholstery guys in Charlotte. Will's beat them both. I texted Will's (who is actually his son now) back 2 days later and he ended up meeting me in the parking lot of my work and knocked it out in 1 hr. I'd definitely recommend these guys. I'm only writing a review because I saw someone gave them anything less than 5 stars which doesn't reflect the service I received. Highly recommend and its convenient that they come to you.

Purchased a headliner from CJ Poney and had Wills come out to install it. He ended up cutting the headliner wrong and then offered to just give me my money back and leave the car the way it was or put in another color that didn't match. Also, half the screws were either missing on the trim or they were the wrong ones. Several pieces of plastic trim was broken a s well.Service: Upholstery installation

I contacted Will's Mobile Auto Headliners to get a quote for my 2000 Buick LeSabre and a possible time to have the work done the following week. I first sent Will an Email through his website detailing the year/make/model, color, and making note that it had a sunroof, along with a link that had several pictures of the headliner/sunroof I took to get an idea of the job and included my Email/phone number.After a few days went by with no response, I called to follow up. Will answered and said I should have sent him an Email first because there were alot of questions he needs answered before he can give me a quote. When I told him that I sent an Email a few days ago with all of the information I thought he needed, he said "I don't know what happened but that's not my fault". He then proceeded to talk to me like a child, asking the same questions I already answered through his Email in a condescending tone. Out of all of the questions he asked, he failed to ask what the color of the headliner was and shrugged it off when I told him as if it was irrelevant.After getting a quote I asked him what would be a good time to do the work, he tells me "my son actually does all the work now, I'm just the glorified shop owner". He then tells me to get in contact with his son through a different number, which he does not know off the top of his head, is not on the website, and can't look up because he's driving - how do you not know the direct phone number to your own son and business partner? He then guesses the phone number and tells me he will call me back in five minutes when he isn't driving.I call the phone number he gives me and it's incorrect. After waiting ten minutes with no call back I get in contact with a different local mobile headliner which got the job done promptly the next day with none of the hassle Will gave me, and at a lower price than Will quoted. I cannot speak for the quality of work Will's Mobile Auto headliners provides, but the customer service is poor enough for me to not want to do business with them. I would suggest spending your money with another mobile headliner operation who actually appreciates their customers.
