Overpriced and extremely long for no reason. I had 2 tires already and it cost me over $40 to just get them mounted and balanced and almost a hour to do so. I recommend west gate tires. Far quicker 10 -20 min. Top and half the price

It was a good experience. My Tire Service indicator light came on. The tires and service was only about two weeks old. The service department was professional and check the tires and sensors. It was a good service visit. They didn't find anything wrong.

Took my car to get 4 tires left my car was pulling HARD and TPMS light came on. U can visibly look at the car and tell the right tire is sticking out more. Worst experience.. take ur vehicle to someone who actually knows what they re doing. These are a bunch of unskilled idiots.

Seriously, save yourself the misery and go somewhere else. You could train a 136yr old Galapagos tortoise how to turn a wrench and it will be faster than the service here. It took 3hrs for them to put tires on my car despite me having an appointment. Another lady came in at the same time as me to get her battery tested, she also waited 3hrs and they never even checked her battery. There were a total of 4 cars waiting for service, only one of which was getting tires, so they were not that all that busy. This auto center only exists so that you roam the store for hours buying other stuff while you wait.

Sorry experienced, was there 3 hours and they didn't do anything to my car. I went for a battery my car was parked on the side a long way from the building, they didn't even call me on the inside of the store to let me know if or when my car was ready, I questioned about why the service wasn't done to my car the only thing that was told to me was, there was a guy in the Wal-Mart auto center was messing up a lot of people cars, my question was why he is still working on cars than, the only thing that was said was we don't know, Then the auto center manager said if I still wanted the service did to my car was to get back in line, and they could write me out another ticket, and they would let a different person to do the work that I wanted, but remember I had already been there for 3 hours. I simply said no, and I would not be coming back to Lancaster Walmart auto center, the manager words was OK.

Rocky start. Prepaid for tires. The time I was told that the tires would be available for installation Monday. After calling Walmart auto center several times, the tires were not installed as promised. Tuesday morning I called again. Was told not available. Ended up going in person & that's when things started going forward. Exhausting but thankfully finally done at 1:30pm Tuesday.

*DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE!!!!!! If I could have put 0 stars I would gave. Took my car here to have one of my tires plugged because there was a nail in it and the guy working there checked it out and told me it couldnt be plugged because it was in the side wall of the tire and i would have to purchase a new tire at $100.00 . I didnt have 100.00 to spend so I left and took it to a local place to hopefully get a used tire. He checked the tire and the nail was nowhere near the side wall and plugged it no problem for 15.00. They will rip you off here. Do not bring anything to them they are LIARS!Service: Tires

This place is a joke! It is not a mechanic nor professional tires place. It s only convenient, but when you go, you paying double to fix elsewhere. They charge you more and don t honor warranties they give to you!! Waste of time and space!Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

I had a good experience with having new tires installed on my vehicle. I made an appointment, they took my vehicle as soon as I arrived and started immediately. It was completed 1 hr and 20 mins later as promised.

What do you need to do to purchase a tire?Tried to get a tire twice today. Didnt know I needed to make an appointment or wait forever to get a tire put on my car. There was only one car in the bay and no one in front of me. Can't get an appointment bc yall don't have any for today and yall are closing at 4. This is ridiculous. I will have to take my car somewhere else

Disappointing! While I got my oil changed, I wanted my cabin filter change also. Was told that could not be done. It would take too much time. I had already been told that would be a $10 service charge for the installation plus the charge for the filter. I was okay with that. How long could it possibly take?

Dropped truck off for oil change came back afyer an hour to find they had moved my truck out of line told me it would be an additional hour . ask for my keys and left . guy working mumbled foul language as he walked away. Terrible attitudes if he doesnt like his job he should find another. Dont be rude to customers who give him a reason to have a job in the first place . Hes lucky I'm not his manager.would like to offer no stars but it wont allow.

First of all your website states that the tire and Lube center is open until 11:59 P,M. Monday thru Friday. Not true the centers Tire and Lube express closes at 5:00 P.M.. Second the person that answered the phone was very angry about something and decided to be very curt with me and put me on hold for over 15 minutes came back on the phone. I asked if they had my car battery in stock and that is when she got extremely curt and wry . She advise me of the price of the battery the tax disposal fee and the installation fee etc. When I asked for the total she was even more upset and said I can't give you that! Wow no wonder Walmart is closing stores. I bought my Battery at Napa Auto Parts Yes it cost more but wow the young man at that store was super great.

Aweful. Because of the disconnect between the mechanics and the tellers. An hour after checking in for an oil change, they couldn t figure out the problem with the ticket, spent a lot of time troubleshooting the printer, then decided they hadn t done the oil change, and wouldn t because of an oil leak. I knew about the leak and still needed an oil change. Meanwhile a crowd formed standing for 30min to pay and retrieve their hostage keys. Horrible experience.

Got there first thing in the morning in the first day of the 2021 Black Friday Goodyear Tire sale offering $20 off per tire and free mount and balance...They tried to upsell me two things, first was a $2/tire free unlimited lifetime balance and rotation (after clarification, unlimited means however many times I bring in this car with these tires on it and lifetime means these tires on this car and me as the owner) and the second was a $14/tire road hazard warranty (which I kinda drifted off during the explanation of the prorate part and the only for the first 25% of tread wear in the case of a sidewall puncture), which I thought was only $10, but didn't want it, so didn't care...I did take the balance and rotation deal though because local roads are horrible and getting them balances every other month while shopping is very tempting to see if I can remember to do it...Anyway, I was first one at the auto center and they had the Outlast model in stock in my size... And had them installed and ready to go till I finished the other stuff I had to do...The only bad point was there was my lug nuts had swelled to be in between two sizes of sockets (a known problem on a lot of Ford cars) on the previous set of new tires I had installed, at this same Walmart, at that time I told them to just beat a socket over them to get them off and replace them all... About a year later I discovered my car had two different size nuts on it, so I just bought a new matched set in Amazon and the the box in the seat and asked if they could put them on with the new tires... About 10mins later I was called over the PA and then told because Walmart didn't provide the lug nuts, they couldn't install them... I felt that was kinda hokey given I was replacing them because they didn't provide the right ones last time, but it is what it is I guess...All that said, one last point, "last time" I had tires installed was 6 months before the pandemic, it was at Walmart and I bought 4 Lionhart tires from Walmart.com... They came with a 40,000 mile tread wear warranty, but they were worn out in 8,000, bald by 12,000 and had exposed belts by 15,000!!! I was told in the store because they had to be shipped to my house, I had to contact the manufacturer, but I couldn't get a hold of them... I tried phone and email several times and even on Facebook, still nothing to this day... Lionhart doesn't even have any details about the warranty or warranty claims on their website... I'm not sure why Walmart, or anyone, would even sell Lionhart tires... Anyway, this time I went with the 80,000 mile Goodyear Outlast, apparently a Walmart exclusive, but I contacted Goodyear and they said they're really Goodyear tires, so hopefully I'll have better luck with these...

Refused to help me after I drove a long way to get a SIMPLE tire plug. It was 5:30 and the auto center closed at 7. I won't be bothered to come back since they couldn't be bothered to help me.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews here. My family and I have been using Wal-Mart auto center for years and have always received wonderful prices, customer service and I have always felt confident after leaving them that they took care of my vehicle. I wish they would hurry and open back up, I hate Covid-19

The mechanic that came to my car was very rude when I checked in. When I got my car back after they were finished there was a black substance all over my steering wheel and door handle. They had tracked the same stuff into my carpet and even put a shoe print of it in the interior at the bottom of my door.

I have been waiting for over two hours to get my tires changed. There are four people working the back but they alternate two at a time for smoke breaks. So no more than two guys working at a time.
