We went there because my daughter needed a front end alignment. We expected the wait to be long but we were in and out. They told us 45 minutes before they can get to us but it was actually about 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and alignment was affordable.

First off, place is an absolute mess.Took my car here - took them 6 days, we authorized them to replace a HOSE, instead they replaced a housing and charged me $600, saying it was fixed.It was NOT fixed, is still just as broken.Can t imagine any way this service could be worse at all. They couldn t fix their attitude much less a Kia

I think they only know tires. Asked to have a hose changed and came back and without my permission put in a $600 part but heres the thing! wrong part and car does not work. So wasted $600. When I calmly tried to discuss on phone, hung up on me twice.

About a month ago I purchased a tire from this company. Today I went back to see if I could get the tire replaced I would have paid. The owner tells me to speak with the tall guy name, Tony. I spoke with Tony Tony walked out to my car read the number that was on the tire and told me that they did not have any in stock and that I needed to walk back inside of the building and speak with the owner. Tony had already got the number off of the tire so therefore I had to go back and look at the tire and get the number off of it myself in which I was not going to do. Because I don t work for this establishment. Tony should have went and delivered that message himself. I called the owner and he said that he wasn t going to do anything about it. As far as I m concerned, that was very poor customer service. Note, I am an African-American male at a Caucasian car shop. I really feel some type away about this.

as a car enthusiast who needs tires mounted and stretched these are the people to go to. ALWAYS does amazing work and all i do is call ahead and they work quick on putting my tires on. i will continue to always come here when i need till my dying day.

We thought the starter on my Jeep needed to be replaced so we purchased a new one and dropped it and the car off like we were told. The man called said he thought it was the battery and that was it. Never heard anything else until he said to come pick it up. We got there and it was just the battery but they charged us $245 for a battery, diagnostic, and labor. I felt like they should of called confirming it was the battery and asked us if we wanted to have it replaced or not. I feel like we were robbed when I could of purchased my own battery and installed it for way cheaper. Definitely feel like their was a lack of communication on their end and won t be returning.Service: Battery

Worst place took my car there to get it checked it was running before i took it over there but when i went to pick it up it wouldn t even start never would go back there and the are the rudest people i have ever met

DO NOT come to this place! Very rude people overall. They will cuss you out and will try to rip you off of your hard earned money. They re not even worth 1 star but this is the only way I was able to leave a review.

Went there and received an alignment and was done wonderfully. Somehow my vehicle now makes a horrible noise from the front end that it wasn t making when I took it there. They did however take the time to attempt to fix the problem but ultimately could not identify it. Now have to take to another mechanic to have this issue fixed.

If I could give a 0 rating I would , I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE . I dropped my car off Friday to have a wheel hub pressed on and they couldn t get my axle off . So It was beating with a hammer or some type of object now my axle is messed up and whoever did it is acting clueless and want reimburse me for my axle bc it wasn t messed up before it was taken there . Then the communication skills are HORRIBLE!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a serious tire mishap on a Friday afternoon a little before 5pm. The next morning, I attempted to go to the tire places I knew of, but they were all closed due to COVID-19. I came across T&C Automotive on Google and I am so glad I did. They had mounted a new tire on my rim and had it back on the car in no time. They were very courteous and efficient. I will definitely be returning for assistance in the future.

I m not sure how anyone got the idea that as a whole they are professional. Shops I used to go to in Rock Hill and Charlotte would not only call with updates and news, but would also tell you of upcoming potential problems and how to avoid them and fixes for now to correct said issues. I was needing my car to be looked at and make sure the issue everyone thought was happening was the real issue. Well now if I choose to even keep my car I ll need to spend 1500 on just a engine. I might look younger than I am, but I know where I will not be spending money ever again.

I sent my 17 year old son to get an alignment after installing a leveling kit while out of town. These crooks told him his tie rod was bad and would have to fix it and charge an extra $125. Luckily he didn't do it. We jacked it up and everything was fine. Took it to another garage the next day and it was aligned with no trouble. Can't stand when people try to take advantage of young people.

had a noise coming from my passenger wheel one of the mechanics put it on the lift and noticed it was just the plastic wheel well protection. did not charge me anything. i m now going to have a wheel alinement done ... they mad a customer for life .... trust is very important

On the 6th of May I came in with zero problems. I wanted a tune up for preventive care. That same day I left with my car stalling, and a check engine light on. I went back on the 9th expressing my concerns. I was sent home with a guarantee for a part on Tuesday, and a temporary fix for my check engine. I came back today because my check engine light came back on. I had autozone check the engine. Multiple cylinder fails were detected. Duck tape was located on the hose that was damaged by them, and my car was still stalling. These people are bad for business, and shady. You think you're paying less by coming here, but you end up paying more in the long run. Now I have to consult someone else to figure out what was done wrong with my car. P.S. please get a detailed description of what is done to your vehicle. So in the case you do have to go to a second mechanic they'll know what to check. I'm a single woman, and I'm 21 yrs old. They prey on the unknowing, and vulnerable. Look out, and trust your gut. I didn't...

Ya listen up, ya hear me. T&C ain't just another used tire store, it a adventure!!! Dizzying array of some of Lancaster county finest tires. 13" to 28" ,TC got em all.

HORRIBLE!!!! If I could go lower than a star I would! Went had a tire put on a rim and they broke the valve that goes in the sensor. They acted like it wasn't a big deal til I called and found out how much it was to replace it. Called back to the shop and spoke with their so called manager Tom and he assured me that his " boys couldn't have done that" and hung up on me! Not only that he when I called back he hung up on me 2 more time and also hung up on my husband! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! They will mess your car up and won't own up to the damage nor will the be grown up about it. They act like a bunch of children hanging up on their customers!
