AMAZING! READ ALL!Preface:I was in a terrible mood this morning and knowing that I had to go and speak with people at an oil change place. As a young woman who is not knowledgeable about cars, I have been ripped off and made to feel less than too many times while getting car services. I came prepared with extra coffees from the gas station just to have an excuse for them to be nice.My experience here at Strickland brothers was different than my past experiences with other places.Taylor L (main person servicing my car) and Taylor B ( gentleman helping another car) were so kind. I didn t expect to talk to anyone at a quick service stop and go oil change more than a few minutes but I talked to these gentleman the entire 20 minutes. I am new to the area and they gave me many great suggestions, talked about jobs, talked about kids, and they even explained things about my car I had no idea about. It is rare when I can say that someone else has lifted me from a bad mood but both Taylor s did that for me today. (they were gentleman before the coffee LOL)Not only was the customer service AMAZING, but the delivery of the service was above and beyond. These men were knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cared about me as a customer. AND I DIDN T GET RIPPED OFF. These guys explained the price breakdown as we went. Not only explaining the price as they went but also explaining WHY such services were needed and it made perfect sense to me. Great price- great service.My family and I will now be going to Strickland brothers for all our oil change needs.Thank you again to Taylor L and Taylor B for making my day a little brighter and changing my mind about car guys.

Very friendly people. I didn't have an appointment. They worked on my car, and I didn't even have to get out of the car. I will definitely be going back to get my car worked on. Thank you so much

They did great for a oil change but they didn t do there 8pt inspection didn t ask me if I needed anything else like air in my tire first time there and it will be my last

Good at first got home and realized they didn t put side plastic cover on came back made them put it back on, plastic piece was ripped where every screw went leaving me to believe they did not take the time to take off correctly explains why they didn t tell me the first time they just left the cover off. Would not go back again after paying $70+ for oil change and no one to tell the customer they had messed up!

It was super easy to just drive in and have my oil changed. Very quick and they did check the filters and the oil. However, they forgot to check off my maintenance check light. Well, I did as well but now I have to try to figure out how to turn it off. Very polite group of guys.

My first time, they were just really easy to talk to, very friendly. In & out in no time. They didn t even slow down on a Saturday when it was a much-needed last minute decision for me and a vehicle had broken down in the way of access to a bay. To be my first time coming to this place I can t express my worst experience.I came 9:30 am Sunday Feb 11th, 30 minutes before this place opens( BTW they didn t open at 10 am as the web page says) and pulled my car in the second door waiting until they decide open , then two cars came after me and the second was took care first than me. I left from my car said good morning the employee answered me and keep walking, so I was very upset with his attitude because I was trying to find an explanation why my car was not took care first, wasting my time 30 minutes, he said I opened the door and who comes first that is the first who is taken care So I shouldn t put not even a start for bad attitude, they are working with people, you should care more about that! I will spread the word about your bad attitude in your business.

Such great service from beginning to end. These guys work hard and you can tell they care. So fast and reasonably priced. I wouldn t go anywhere else.

I did not expect this place to provide me with such a great service the staff was respectful kind answered all my questions and the charge was great it actually took them 9 minutes 31 seconds I had my stopwatch running to make sure it would not go over 10 minutes. They changed my oil and my cabin filter I will be returning to this location in the future

Pulled right in and got the job done in ~10 minutes. I had brought a $10 off coupon, but they forgot to apply it to my purchase. So...they gave me $20 off on my next visit. THAT is how you take care of customers!!

Tried to get full service (wipers,filters,oil) ddnt happen. All he wanted to do was change the oil for $129.99 (it's clearly stated $89.99 on advertising) . He also checked off all the efleets boxes saying he checked everything. Nope. He ddnt! I was there. He's full of excuses

We used to come here all the time and usually have no problems, but lately they never have the oil that you need and prices are outrageous. It cost $100 for just an oil change on a minivan. They used to give your a $5 discount for repeat customers and a free car wash, but stopped doing that too. Unless you re in a hurry and don t mind paying sky high prices, I would suggest you shop around. It probably would be a good idea to call ahead and see if they even have your oil type.Service: Oil change

The new manager was not very friendly. He wanted to take my payment I asked him how much.. his answer was a Hundred and something.. I'm sorry... idk what that means. I ended up giving him $100 for an oil change in a Honda. After a consistant 5+ years going there.. I WONT be back !Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I use Strickland Brothers for my oil changes all the time. I have used them for multiple different vehicles through the years. They are friendly and efficient.

I was way overdue for an oil change. Several other places I had tried either were out of the oil I use or weren't comfortable with my make of vehicle. Strickland Brothers were very helpful. They did not carry my oil filter and asked if I would mind purchasing it at an auto parts store. I had no problem doing that. When I returned, they had no issues changing the oil. They are polite and had me out of there quickly. I will definitely use them again.Service: Oil change

I usually use this business but the team today was the most thourogh and least pushy I ve ever had. They replaced all fluids, added air to the tires, and replaced filters and wipers. In and out in 10 minutes and we re completely great.

Sooo I pulled in for a diesel engine oil change and they said it was going to be 43.99 for up to 5 quarts and oil filter included. They said it would take longer since they wouldn't have oil filter in stock. So I told them I would go get oil filter and be back. I returned with the oil filter and they done the oil change. It takes 15 quarts to do my oil change so I knew I would be charged extra for 10 quarts and since I brought my own oil filter i figured the 43.99 would go down a little. After receiving my bill they charged me for 12 quarts of oil not 10 and no discount for me bringing my own oil filter. I wont go back for sure. First and last time. Wish they had a way to give zero stars.Service: Oil change
