Absolutely love this place! I got a 2011 Jetta for an amazing price that also had an AMAZING carfax! It was in great condition and was cleaned up very nicely. Words can t express how happy I am with my car The couple who owns Starmount Motors is also so so lovely! The man was super friendly and his wife was so super sweet. I felt very welcomed there. From the get go, they were very up front about the process and how they conduct their business. I didn t feel pressured to buy or look the entire time. Just drove by, saw a car that was exactly in my price range and went in for the carfax and a test drive! That s something I also love that most other places around here don t do, Starmount has the prices RIGHT on the windshield! As a first time car buyer, out on her own for the first time, with a limited budget, I can t recommend this place more.

I absolutely loved Starmount Motors! My husband & I drove an hour to purchase a 2014 Dodge Caravan & if I ever have to purchase another, I will from them. They were so sweet & made us feel right at home like they had known us for years even though we had just met. Even with my 2 year old running around, they didn't seem bothered by him at all. They made everything so quick & easy & worked as a team. It was unbelievable. I've never seen a business run like this. I highly recommend them!!

Bought a 2014 Ford Mustang from them on 3/7/18 and Grant was awesome! I drove 45min to see this vehicle and I came back the next day because this was the best customer service I have ever had with anyone buying a car. Not pushy, let me look and test drive the car with no hassle, and very smooth process when purchasing the vehicle. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone!!!Thank you Grant!!!

Just so you know, they add a $200 "docking " fee at the end...said he'd rather drive it himself and I had $26,300 in my hand, not to mention the key fobs both had "dead" batteries and passengers door wouldn't unlock with electric locks. Shady is the vibe I got....

I just brought a car from them on Friday afternoon and the check fuel cap light and check engine light came on. Of course it's my problem because the car has a limited warranty after five days and you only have 5 days to purchase the warranty that they offer you. Wasted $2900. Just to turn around and do more repairs within the first few days of purchasing this car. I don't recommend them at all.

Starmount is awesome!!! Great cuatomer service, cars are all very reliable and in great condition. Tanya helps with everything imaginable. My little sister is happy with her new purchase!!! All our future purchases will come from our new family at Starmount!!!

Purchased a 2009 Chevy Tahoe for 14,500 had it for less than 3 months and the motor is now blown. His mechanics had replaced oil sending unit in Tahoe 2 weeks after purchasing it. Was back to mechanic for a dead cell in a new battery . Now it s sitting in my yard with lifter dropped. Called to see what can be done was told nothing. Would not recommend them at all period. Stuck with coming out of pocket for a new motor or taking a repossession three founders federal credit union. Thought with all the star rating they had would be good but was highly disappointed

Never again with I ever come here to try to purchase a vehicle I told the owners wife I would be there Monday January 23rd the pay cash and pick up the vehicle I was already PURCHASING and when we came to pick it up she sold it from under me and all she did was smile like it was no big deal I went threw hell to be able to purchase the vehicle and I get told that she sold it to someone else extremely unprofessional and I will make sure to tell every single person I know to never come here to look for a vehicle there crooks and don t care about anything but money so shameful

Salesman didn't push me to buy a car. He was polite and courteous. He simply told me what he had and when I saw something I liked he handed me the keys and let me test drive it.
