They "sealed" a Crack from a rock in my windshield much smaller than a dime. They said you can still a small spot but....IT WILL NOT RUN NOW...FAST FWD LESS THAN 6 HRS LATER. IT HAD CRACKED IN TWO DIRECTIONS...THEN WANTED TO CHARGE ME TO REPLACE THE WHOLE WINDSHIELD. Needless to say I went a more reputable class repair and it was FREE TO REPLACE MY WINDSHIELD!!! I don't not recommend this place.However the lady at the desk was very nice but that's the only good thing about my experience with this place.PS I've had these rock damages fixed multiple times over my years of driving and I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD ANYTHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN.1st pic is after they "repaired"2nd is original before3rd pic is 5 and half hours later

The team at Sigmon really saved me on my recent trip to South Carolina. I was driving a rental, and the vehicle in front of me kicked up a big ole rock leaving a beautiful crack through the windshield. I called all over, and no one could get me in before I was due to leave the state. Finally, I found Sigmon. Allison was absolutely amazing. She made calls and got everything coordinated to squeeze me in the very next day. Allison and everyone else I interacted with at Sigmon were so kind. The work was done thoroughly and efficiently, and I was so pleased. If you re in or around the area with a crack or chip in your windshield, go see Allison and the crew at Sigmon immediately!

Fast service!! Came to me. Didn't have to worry about anything. The guys were nice and polite. They even wiped off my dash!! Would recommend to anyone that listens!!! Lol

The company has rapid a response time and professional. Laura Sigmon returned my call after I completed a repair request within an hour. She also emailed me within the hour. My concern was with the quality of the repair. I am aware that some evidence of a crack maybe visible. However the area was not completely filled. A small hole was still present. Laura did offer to take a look when I notified her. She told thay she could deducted $50.00 off the price of a new window in stead and to pay them an additional $450.00 to replace and calibrate the windshield. I had take my car to another glass repair company for them to correct the work of Sigmon.Service: Auto windshield repair

Good communication, very good prices, (on two windshields), and conscientious.The installer pointed out that my windshield had been replaced before by someone who was in a hurry and there was rust from a lack of prep work. He did what he could to make it better.High recommendation for this company!

A child got angry and busted out the windshield, back glass and both driver side windows of my son's truck. I did not have the coverage on the vehicle at the time so I called Sigmon and she worked with me and got the windows and a mirror put on for half the money that Safelite or a body shop was going to charge. These people are very nice and professional, the guy that came out vacuumed all of the glass out of the vehicle and installed the windows and 1 mirror. I recommend Sigmon for your repair needs.Services: Installation, Auto side window replacement, Auto rear window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

Won't service Saturns. First time I called lady was nice and said call back to make an appointment after getting the part I needed, but second time a man answered and then gruffly told me no Saturns.

Great service by Greg. Had a cracked windshield and talked with him and insurance company. Left truck at 9:00 am and truck was ready at 10:30 ! Take your cracked windshield to Sigmon Glass !!

Took a Ford F150 in for a windshield. Everything was working. Picked it up. Windshield wipers not working and windows will not roll down. They will not take responsibility for it. BBB has been notified.
