Outstanding dealership! VERY nice, neat, clean organized business. All of the staff there was super friendly, very knowledgeable of their products. Also, they were extremely helpful and reasonable today with our trade-in and purchase. I would highly recommend them for your powersports needs!

The parts department Tommy Irvin is on speed dial,I've been dealing with powersports for several years and all around the best people to work with ,just bought a new razor from them and my only regret is I didn't buy my other 2 toys from them.Trust me,once you give them a try ,you will never need to go anywhere else,keep up the great work powersports..you kill the competition

Preston was very helpful in getting our sxs repaired when we noticed it had a small leak. He did a great job getting it back to us fast as we had a trip planned for just 2 weeks after taking it in. Thanks a lot Preston!

I made two purchases this year from Powersports Carolina. One being an atv, a CF Moto 600, the other, a Scag zero turn mower. Two great products from a friendly dealership. They don t try to sell you something that you don t need or want, rather they ask you what your specific needs for what you are buying. Nikki James was my salesperson both times, and I highly recommend her if you are looking to make a purchase, because she is highly knowledgeable on the products on the lot. Also a shoutout to Shannon Weisner who handled the paperwork in the office. I am a repeat customer for life! Thank you Powersports Carolina for selling great products.

First time SxS buyers here. So thankful we found Power Sports in Lancaster. James was very knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase of our Polaris RZR XP 1000. The entire staff we came in contact with were very helpful and super friendly. You could tell they all seemed like one big family. We are so excited to get this baby on the trails. Just bought my 2022 CF 300ss. Niki James was my sales rep. She did a great job with customer service, texting me helping while office was closed and customer service was top notch. Shannon Weisner helped me with the paperwork and DMV stuff. She had me in and out of there in 10 mins! Tell me buying a 2022 vehicle doesn t take all damn day. I was happily surprised they locked me in super fast! Top notch service that really made me feel at ease. Highly recommend

Couldn't ask for better service. When we got there to pick up the bike, everyone was so welcoming. They helped my husband load and tie down the bike for the trip home. They also helped to relieve some of my anxiety to being a first time rider. I can't wait to do business with them again.

The people at Power Sports Carolina were all so friendly and informative! My husband and I love our CFMoto 800! It is such a beautiful and fast machine, sounds nice and is super comfortable for me in the passenger seat.

In the market for a new mower, ATV or side by side. Go see the crew at Power Sports Carolina in Lancaster, SC. They are very good at what they do and take tier time to make you feel comfortable. My experience was amazing from first conversation to loading my new Bad Boy mower into my truck. James is an amazing salesman and the rest of the crew is top notch and very polite and friendly! Strongly recommend this place!

I purchased a new Polaris Sportsman from Power Sports Carolina in October 2020. My salesman was James and he did a great job helping me choose the ATV/UTV that was best suited for what I wanted to do. I also had interaction with Scott (Sales Mgr) and that was also 100%. I was invited to go on a ride with them the first weekend I had my new ATV and had a great time at CAW. Apparently they do regular customer appreciation events so I am looking forward to participating in those as they come along as well. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful and they will be getting my business for all of my power sports needs.

bought a Can-am 850 from them, Preston Null was my sales rep, was informative and helpfull with the buying process along with the rest of the staff, stayed afther hours so i could pick up the quad that day, awesome staff

I ordered and recently picked up my Polaris Ranger 500 and took notice that the entire team at Power Sports Carolina was extremely efficient and professional! James was my salesman and he kept me informed all along the way of shipping dates, etc. Once there, James went above and beyond, introduced me to the sales manager, spending time going over the details of my Ranger, maintenance even helping me secure the UTV for transport. Prior to making this purchase I did a lot of dealer comparisons and Power Sports Carolina won my business due to their pricing and reputation. Highly Recommend!

Power sports Carolina is a awesome place to buy a machine or get the repairs you may need. Preston and Bobby in the service department have kept my machine running great and on the trails. They can get your machine back on the trails in alot less time than the other services departments in the area. I recommend everyone use them!

Very pleased w purchase and treatment and attention and price. However 2mos later my wife's purse was stolen with all her keys including the cart key, yet you advise us no way to buy a replacement key. U can buy for cars, riding lawn mowers, boats, and homes...BUT NOT YOUR CARTS U SELL?

My husband and I purchased a Polaris a couple of weeks ago. After the plow came in and they put it on they delivered it to our Mountain home which is 2 1/2 hours away. To me that is customer service. Every one we dealt with was so pleasant and friendly. Our salesman James Jackson was great to work with as well. I would highly recommend anyone to come and visit them if you are looking for a Play toy.
