Max is wonderful! I bought the most beautiful 2011 Ford Escape from him. I had been through such a headache trying to find a car after getting into an accident in 2021(go figure).Max is a completely honest guy and a family man. He treated me with great respect (which isn t common as a young women looking for a car).Max didn t try to sell me a hunk of junk, he didn t try to upsell me.My family is planning to buy their next truck from Max. You all should do the same.Max even allowed me to take the car into Waxhaw (25 minutes) to have my mechanic look at it during the test drive.I cannot recommend Max Auto enough! Go find a great car, and support a small business!

This place is great and let me tell you why. The guy who runs this place is just genuinely nice. Now, when I say this, I don't mean he just treats you fairly, no he's probably one of the nicest people I've met. After buying my car from him, I was trying to figure out how to get the car back to my place. The man offered to drive it to my place the next day if I drove him back to his home. I live almost an hour and a half away. That's insanely nice. This was the first time in my life where I understood why small businesses were nice to work with. I've been to many small businesses before, this was the first one that matched what my parents romanticized about them. I get it now.Obviously I love my new car. It's got problems sure, but my car was 5500 dollars. So the seats were a little dirty, some natural wear, etc on a 20 year old car. But I was all aware of this when purchasing the vehicle. He didn't hide anything, or not show me something that was wrong. He didn't do dumb things like super gluing flimsy parts to make them feel rigid (yes, I've seen people ruin cars interiors doing this).He takes great care of his cars. One can see immediately, when meeting the man, that he takes great pride in himself, his business, his cars, his honestly, and his customers. If you see something on his website you like, I'd highly encourage you to at least stop by to know how buying a car should feel like.

What a great company. The owner Max is so pleasant and understanding and really wants to help you get the best deal for your family. He met us and let us check out the car to our satisfaction and called us back with updates on how he was getting the car prepared for us. Fair price on the car also. Max is an honest man with family values and I recommend him.

I drove down from NC to look at a car for my daughter and it was exactly as Max said it would be. Max is a very upfront and honest man and a genuine pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend him to anyone searching for a good used car. To top it all off when my daughter saw the CR-V I got her she instantly fell in love with it!!! Thank you Max for all your help!

We bought a nice, clean van from this dealership. Runs smooth with no mechanical problems and we got a great deal! Very nice selection of vehicles there, and it's very apparent that these guys take pride in the vehicles they place for sale. Would definitely recommend!

Nice guys. But you had better be explicitly specific about what you are asking for when you negotiate the missing parts on your salvaged vehicle. Otherwise you'll drive away spending more money after the fact ordering parts you were told would be installed.

The bottom line . Guy from the shop promised me I would have the Silver convertible by my birthday 6-26-21. It was for my birthday present.He never showed up! Never called!The convertible top doesn t work.Not honest

They are very honest and do not try to take advantage of you. I would truly recommend them to anyone if you or someone you know are looking to buy or rent a car this is definitely the place to come to. Very very honest business people.

Avoid!!! Nice guy is very deceiving and sells lemons! Salvaged title means no true information about the vehicle. He swore that this was not a flood vehicle after I directly asked. Found out from a mechanic that the vehicle is most definitely a flood vehicle, but Magdy Macharios, owner, denies. Evap sensor was cracked and hanging by a stripped screw, but he gave me a new aftermarket gas cap and reset the check engine light, stating that it was only a crack in gas cap setting off check engine light. Next day it was back on and in the first 3 weeks of owning vehicle I have driven it twice .... Had repairs at my expense done to evap system, breaks, transmission and i have three lights on still ... lemon, lemon, lemon!!!! I called again to see if we could work something out and he tells me that it is a used vehicle, sold as is and it is my problem.

Caveat emptor! Very misleading. They report rebuilt titles in their listing but when you ask to see the title they present a salvage title. HUGE difference. If a car has been in an accident and is declared totaled (a total loss due to accident damage) by an insurance company, it's clean title is replaced with a salvage one. ... In most cases, a rebuilt title is only provided after the car has been fixed and inspected by the state or jurisdiction that issues titles. Max even told me there is no difference between Salvage and a Rebuilt title. This is absolutely false and they are definitely trying to mislead buyers. Again, caveat emptor!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR WEST LAKE FINACIAL, THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF GOOD HARD WORKING PEOPLE, I BOUGHT A 2012 NISSAN ALTIMA WITHIN 30 DAYS THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT ON THE CAR AND THEY BLAMED ME. I DID NOT DRIVE THE CAR 30 DAYS, I AM CURRENTLY PAYING FOR A CAR THAT IS NOW NEEDING 2,000 WORTH OF REPAIRS, THEIR FINACE COMPANY WEST LAKE ARE ALS0 SCAMMERS. I ADVICE NO ONE TO BUY A CAR FROM MAX THE FATHER OR THE SON, THANK ME LATER!!!
