Started the process of looking for a car last week. By Friday, Carl Boyd and the team at Lancaster Motor Company had me leaving their lot in a budget friendly vehicle that suits all of my needs. I believe I will have few troubles with the vehicle other than standard maintenance. Unlike some other businesses, the team here at LMC cares about you, your experience, and the quality of their product. They were all kind, offered popcorn and drinks, and everyone was happy to help however they could. Stark contrast from my experience with other businesses. Thank you Carl, and everyone else, for helping me get what I needed in a timely manner.

I could not be happier with new car!!After reaching out to various dealerships for months, trying to find this exact car, I thought I was just out of luck and would have to settle on something close-but not exactly what I wanted. Luckily, I found Lancaster Motor Company and my dream car. Spencer made the process easy and was beyond helpful from beginning to end. He is incredibly personable and was there for me whenever I had any questions or concerns. Having little luck with dealerships in my hometown, it is truly amazing to have had such fantastic customer service from a dealership states away. I feel so incredibly lucky to have found this dealership and to have had the pleasure of having Spencer guide me through the process. 10/10 great company, great people.

Carl helped me from start to finish and even beyond. I would recommend Lancaster Motor Company to anyone who is considering buying a new car!! They have a big selection of new and used vehicles and are very knowledgeable of their cars!! I told Carl what I had in mind to what I was looking for and he helped me find the perfect vehicle for my family I am loving my new Chevrolet equinox thank you Carl for a great car buying experience. You took what I thought was going to be a stressful process and made it very smooth and easy.

I got there at 10:15 am as scheduled and had my first oil change and alignment. However, the mechanic didn't know how to use the alignment machine where I waited over 3 hours for the job to be taken care of. Lancaster Motors was so apologetic about my long so I received the alignment free of charge. It was a blessing to be able to save that extra money.

I typically drive up to Charlotte to have my Tahoe serviced. Recently I thought I would give Lancaster Motor Company a shot since it's a bit closer and I can get in on Saturday mornings.Major mistake.On my first trip there, I had an oil change done, and also had them look into my washer fluid pump which had stopped working. They did not have one in stock, and said they would order it and call me when it gets in. I also had an open recall to have the parking sensor module swapped. They needed to order that too.After two weeks of not hearing anything, I called the dealership and spoke to the parts team who confirmed they now had a washer fluid pump in stock, but it was not on hold for my vehicle. They had no record of the parking sensor module being ordered, so they placed an order that day for me, and I scheduled a Sat AM appointment to have both installed.Saturday AM comes around and when the tech comes to get the vehicle, the service advisor tells him he's doing a module swap and his reply was "I'll try, but no guarantees." Really great way to instill confidence in the "certified service" you'd expect to receive based on the signs on the building. The service advisor reassures me they have it handled and will take care of it.A few days after the swap, I get a call from Justine who informs me they installed the wrong part in my truck and I need to make a return trip to have it updated. I ask her if Sat AM works, she confirms with the service manager. All good.Came in Sat AM to have the work done, service advisor says "we absolutely do not have someone who can do this here today." Not acceptable. I ask him why I was advised to come in today to get it done. I explain that he never even ordered the parts following my first visit, and that I had to call and follow up to get it ordered. He disagrees stating he did in fact order the parts. Well, the prior service advisor and parts person I spoke with both stated to me the parts were not ordered for me, and there was no repair order for my vehicle for either part. His response is "we're not going to go back and forth all morning." Way to take ownership and accountability.I ask him to get the service manager on the phone. He says he doesn't want to call them when off the clock, but I can wait for him to arrive. Sorry, that's part of management. I push again and he calls him. He gets a call back and is explained that they just need to swap the part, not update software (what I was originally told and what I relayed to them) and he says they can in fact do that.Three trips to this dealership's service department, and each one has had its issues. While it's convenient to go here, I do not have confidence the team knows what they are doing.

I had just recently wrecked my car and was in the movement to get another one. I had already had my eyes on the one I wanted but after so many let downs I was feeling hopeless. When I pulled in Chris greeted me with straight confidence an confirmation he was determined to get me in a new car. Not only did he get me in a brand new 2020 but he got me in the one I wanted with lower mileages and better rates than all the others I have spoken too. The process was nerve wrecking but Chris preserved and didn t give up. Now I m the owner a brand new 2020 GMC Terrain. Thank-you Chris for an amazing experience you have bestowed upon me. I highly recommend y all go holla at ya boy Chris at Lancaster Motor . He will do you right!

Lancaster Motor Company is the dealership to go too. After weeks of looking online at different dealerships in our area, hunting for a good deal, I saw LMC posted a SUV... Great price, with low mileage. After about 2 weeks of watching the SUV online, My husband and I went to test drive it. Curtis was so helpful! He was able to answer all the questions we had concerning the vehicle. Buying a car is always a process, but Curtis made that process easy! Highly recommend Lancaster Motor Company. All the members were very friendly and helpful.

I received a true blessing during my visit to Lancaster Motors. Carl Boyd did an awesome job of helping me find the car that I not only wanted, but needed. I wanted a car with more room for my growing athletic children, and the very first car he took me to was the car I drove off the lot with. His patience and kindness played a very huge part in the process of my vehicle purchase. I thank Carl and the Chevrolet team for getting me into the car I was meant to drive!!!

The only reason they got 1 star is couldn't give them no stars. It has been 6 weeks since my visit. Bob was suppose to call me with an estimate. No call yet. I even called them on Feb 21 and didn't get a return call. Also...what they said was wrong is NOT what is wrong. Got another mechanic to look at it. I have told them several times I do NOT want Bob as my service advisor. But yet they still keep sticking me with him. But not any longer

SPENCER- he went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations of any car buying experience we ve EVER had. He understood all of our frustrations and any concerns we had. He was very thorough, genuine, and discreet on everything. Never once did he or his finance manager try to upswell us or sell us some over priced warranty. It was the easiest, no hassle car buying experience that me and my husband have ever had. We were in and out in record time. If we ever need another vehicle we will be back to see him because of his genuine personality and professionalism. This guy needs a raise!

Over the weekend, my wife and I were looking to replace my truck. By Monday evening, Curtis was great to work with, had knowledge of each truck we looked at, and was top knotch! I'd certainly recommend these guys. Larry and Chris were great also, such a great team. Quite frankly, we'll certainly be doing business with Curtis in the future!

First of all, I would like to thank every employee at Lancaster Motor Company. When my daughter and I would go get oil changes everyone is so nice and professional. I recently purchased a Jeep from them and Joe D. was phenomenal at assisting me with every decision. Joe helped me fall me in love with my choice of Jeep. Not only was he informative, he also had a great sense of humor. Joe and everyone there gave me a sense of ease getting a new car. I can't thank Lancaster Motor Company enough!

We had a great overall experience w/ the salesman, Joe D. When purchasing our new used car, he presented our negotiations to the higher ups. Joe was down to earth & explained our vehicles features w/ ease. Answered all questions or found the answer for us. One of the staff members, Stacey, was very friendly. Thank you for putting a smile on my 10 year olds face at Christmas time. Great customer service overall.

Great experience with the salesperson, Joe D. when purchasing a used car. He listened well to what we wanted so we did not waste our time looking at cars that didn t fit what we were looking for. Not at all pushy and also came in on his day off when there was a car that we wanted to see. Willing to present our negotiations to the powers that be without hesitation. Answered all questions or found the answer for us. Great customer service from the salesman.

I had my car towed there on the 20th of February and got it back on march 12th the worst experience ever .. Damien is over service area and he was very little help ...no one called me to keep me updated on my car I had to keep calling ,....Justine there was extremely helpful and also Larry everyone else there was horrible I will never use them again my car sat there for 7 days before they even touched it and when I got it back it the other day I noticed it made noises it has never made before and I paid almost 3,000 to get it out this place is horrible i could go on ...the only reason im giving one star is For justine and larry

I dealt with Spencer. We spoke through text and call for about a week after I reached out on an online post for another truck. I put him through a lot of this and that over making a good deal on the right truck. He happened to have the perfect truck for me at a fair enough deal. I m a big fan of southern hospitality and that s what I got. Couldn t find a reason to leave less than 5 stars.

Absolutely Amazing! Went to the dealership on Saturday walked away with a new Chevy Impala on Tuesday morning! Great and friendly team ! Derek Johnson kept in communication with me from the time I left til the time I came back ! So an amazing guy ! Love my new car ! I truly thank these guys for making everything so quick and easy ! Easiest car buying process I ve had in a while !

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The informed me the the person I was working with was with a client and they would be with me shortly and kept me up to date with his availability status. Small things like that go a long way when some dealerships would just tell you to have a seat and then forget about you.

We were in a bad accident that totaled our car at the worst possible time as we were moving out of state. We had a short window to get ourselves a new car and be on our way to Chicago. We bought our first car at Lancaster Motor Company from Carl. Remembering how good Carl treated us then we decided to try it again. Carol took care of us once again and got us out of there quickly. An awesome place to get a really good car. Thank you Carl for stepping up to our needs one more time!.

Joe has been wonderful in advising and helping me to make my final decision to purchase my 2020 Buick Encore. He answered any questions I had and wasn t pushy.As an overall team Lancaster motor has excellent bedside manners!! I really felt comfortable while we were working through the paperwork.

Carl Boyd sold me my 2019 buick encore and I got in and out it felt like! He was so helpful in getting me the best car for the lowest price being a single mom of 2! I absolutely love it!
