I could not have anything better to say about my experience! Johnny & the crew at iNetwork are SO great! I had consistent communication while my car was being worked on, they answered all of my questions regarding insurance, and made me feel so comfortable. Truly they went above and beyond! They even vaccumed & washed my car - I got it back better than expected! Worth the drive from Charlotte :)

Great experience with iNetwork Auto Collision. They repaired my Audi and the job they did was truly outstanding. They really went above and beyond to get our car back to where it was before the accident. The staff are very friendly and professional, and the job was completed on time. I will recommend them to anyone I know who is in need of repairs and will be coming back to them for all our future repairs.

After some one backed out of parking place as I was leaving Aldi s, they banged into and snagged my bumper with a bike rack and nearly ripped it off. First I went to a collision business in the town of Waxhaw and they gave me a quote of nearly $1000! Next I decided to check out Inetwork Collision on highway 75 in Waxhaw. Austin, the GM, could not have been nicer or more helpful! The pictures are before and after! And the cost? Well, let s just say it was unbelievable ! I will be recommending them to all my friends!

Everyone I've encountered at iNetwork are extremely nice. Very knowledgeable and upfront with pricing and keep you notified every step of the way. Even gave me a ride to work and dropped car off when completed. Definitely made me a loyal customer and I will be sending anyone I know over that way.

Let me tell you about customer service! Austin and his team were fantastic. I had a problem with my car and they helped me get it fixed and wouldn t even let me pay.You don t find people like that very often in the world anymore and so if you have anything wrong with your car, I would say bring it down here and I know for sure if we do ..we will be back down Here to have them work on our vehicle . What a blessing to run in to this caliber of people.

Literally went above and beyond repairing our Tundra. Even fixed the headlamp bulb and fuse on the driver side. Great ppl staff and very welcoming. Definitely recommend!

We recently had a rear end accident with our new car. Our auto repair garage recommended iNetwork Auto Collision. Staff was very friendly and assured us they would restore all the damage back to new. They gave me an estimate and worked with the insurance company directly on damages and repairs needed. They also checked for any underlying damages. Completed in a little over a week and cannot tell the car was ever wrecked. Great group of guys that made the whole experience less stressful for us!

If I could give more than a 5 Star review, I would. The Team at iNetwork Auto Collision definitely goes above and in beyond keeping you informed every step of the way. They stayed on top of the insurance company, so the process did not drag out any longer than it had to. Once all parts were in the mechanic stayed late working to make sure my truck would be ready to go the next day. I promise you are in better hands with iNetwork Auto Collision than any of the big chain collision centers around.

Aa former new car dealer who owned body shops for more than 20 years, I could not be more pleased to give Network Auto Collision a five star rating. They repainted the front and rear bumpers of my GMC Yukon and the workmanship was absolutely perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any family or friends.

Brought in my 04 Yukon for a minor fix and needed my hood painted as well, so they were able to fix both problems and discount labor costs.My vehicle still looked REALLY good for an almost 20 yr old truck. Now it looks like i just brought a "new-old" truck . Definitely happy I made the decision to go with "iNetwork Auto Collision".A+ work and Customer Service. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, flexible and realistic.I enjoyed the transparency throughout the entire experience. The communication was Awesome and my vehicle looks brand new. iNetwork is the best. The team has excellent customer service, provides feedback on the progress, answers all questions and concerns, works well with you and the insurance company. Your vehicle will look amazing when they are finished. And when you pick up your vehicle they have cleaned it inside and out. I highly recommend them.

I have had minor bumper crash into my garage for my Mercedez. My insurance gave me option to go to their preferred shop - the mass managed - Caliber in Indian Land. They always say well insurance says you must bring car on mondays or not later than wednesday blah blah - when I am paying through my insurance why they side with insurance?They even scheduled for Friday and I was 30 min late and they were like sorry we cannot accept etc.Luckily I already spoke with Austin earlier and got his opinion on how to get this fixed.I called up Austin and see if he can fix mine instead of giving to stupid Caliber.He was so nice and said yes I can bring any time that works for me. The way shops used to do business with customers.Luckily parts were also available and they did wonderful job to fix mine within 10 days - way faster than anyone else.They did amazing quality work and I recommend to go your choice - such as iNetwork - dont fall in trap of Insurance nonsense.

Excellent experience with iNetwork Auto! When no one else would take my call, Johnny and his team got me in just after I hit a deer. With frequent communication around our busy schedules, my vehicle was repaired at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

I experienced a very sudden flat tire when I was driving to Waxhaw from Lake Wylie. I do not know the area at all but was lucky enough to see iNetwork Auto Collision close down the road. I pulled in and several gentlemen immediately stopped what they were doing and changed the tire with my spare. They were kind and professional. And, when I asked what I owed they graciously declined any payment. It was beyond outstanding customer service. I'm not sure what I would have done without their help. Highly recommend them!

My daughter was in an accident last year and Inetwork repaired the car. We found another issue with the car recently due to the same accident and took the car back to Inetwork. They stood behind their work, fixed the car in a timely manner and were wonderful about it. Johnny and Austin are absolutely top notch guys to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Brought our truck here after a non-at-fault accident and the entire staff, including the owner were great to work with. Johnny took the time to explain the repair process and worked with a very challenging insurance company. The team at iNetwork kept me updated on the status throughout the process and exceeded our expectations. We've had the truck back for about 1 month now and very are very pleased with the work. Did great work on my son s Toyota Rav-4 as good as or better than new now. Biggest take away: These guys enjoy their jobs and are happy to be there. The service was okay. My vehicle appointment was delayed and once in shop it was kept beyond the scheduled time. A bit of an inconvenience. Also once retrieved the vehicle was not fixed so I had to return the vehicle again to be fixed. It seems they appeared to be rushing through completing the fix and were honest about it. The final product was okay but not the delivery promised initially. The business owner was honest overall but not sure I would return to this location again.

To be honest, I didn't even know this auto group/company even existed. However, I was more than pleasantly surprised to learn that, not only do they have fine vehicles that are in great condition, but their customer service is second to none. Prior to visiting iNetwork, I had gone to a larger dealership, where the staff wasn't as caring, thoughtful and upfront. Instead they tried to sell me a car, instead of allowing my needs to be heard. At iNetwork, every concern I had was met with a positive, no-hassle response. What I liked most is that the staff is very down-to-earth and are truly willing to work with you, regardless of the fact that others wouldn't. iNetwork Auto Group, I'm a fan for LIFE! Thanks again.

I had a really good experience getting a vehicle repaired here. It took a while to get it scheduled and get the parts. But, once they arrived, the work was done fast and well. I couldn't find a thing out of place. They were straightforward about the process and did a great job.

Austin and his team of professionals did some pretty serious body work on our Acura and honestly did an amazing job. Not only did they do fantastic work, they finished the job a week earlier than anticipated. Their communication was consistent. Never had to chase them down . I gave them my Tahoe to get the frame straightened and they told me it was straight and charged me $250 just to look at it and I got a second opinion and it was bent
